resumindo os pontos positivos do hotel: a área da piscina era limpa e bem organizada, e o quarto tinha duas camas de casal confortáveis, sendo um espaço adequado para você e seu irmão.
1. Atendimento do quarto foi lento em um dia específico.
2. Restaurantes à la carte, o mexicano e o japonês, não foram bons, com destaque negativo para o restaurante japonês que não servia comida japonesa de verdade.
3. Alimentação em geral no hotel era de baixíssima qualidade, com doces, salgados e carne todos ruins.
4. A praia do hotel não correspondia às fotos promocionais, com a água longe de ser cristalina, dificultando até ver o fundo.
5. Em um dia de chuva forte, entrou água no quarto e o serviço de limpeza só foi realizado no dia seguinte à tarde, deixando você com água no quarto por todo esse tempo.

TODO el personal del hotel fue super amable y el staff de entretenimiento, de lo mejor! El hotel es muy confortable y siempre está limpio.
En mi habitación no había ni acondicionador de pelo, ni secador de pelo ni plancha. Pedí el secador y me lo trajeron rápidamente, pero, la primera vez, en vez de acondicionador me trajieron más shampoo y body wash, luego me lo dieron. La plancha nunca la pedí, pero me sorprendió que no hubiera.
Largas filas para poder conseguir un trago. El wi fi era inestable.

Расположение отеля отличное - в Пунта Кане. Кофмортно ездить на экскурсии - хоть на север (остров Самана), хоть на юг - в столицу, на острова Саона/Каталина.
- Выходишь из номера - 5 шагов и ты в океане!
- Перед отелем есть остановка - на общественном автобусе за 1 доллар можно доехать до супермаркета Jumbo (15 мин).
- Лежаков предостаточно. Нет такого, чтобы вы пришли на пляж и все заняты.
В общем ресторане у меня случилось сильнейшее пищевое отравление (была в 40 странах и впервые в жизни траванулась, да и еще в 5* резорте. Кто бы мог подумать). На обеде наверное была испорченная рыба. В номере вырвало раз 5-6. Думала сдохну. На рецепции даже не извинились, сказали что я смешала еду с вином... Градусник измерить температуру не дали, мол иди к врачу при отеле (прием платный)
- В коридорах отеля с утра до позднего вечера (21-22 часов) очень громко разговаривают между собой уборщицы. Не умолкают просто, смеются и орут. Сотрудники отеля ходят по коридорам с громко-говорящими рациями. То есть, книжку вам спокойно не почитать в номере - слышимость отличная с коридора. И каждые 15 минут это вечное хлопание дверьми. Не знаю кто - туристы или уборщицы.
- Неудобная кровать. Жесткий матрас, который с одной стороны уже просто провалился. Вместо пододеяльника - две простыни (!!!). Сделала замечание уборщику - а он только пожал плечами, мол нет в 5* отеле у них пододеяльников. Мда ...
- При оплате номера, рецепционист попросил у меня кредитную карту и ЗАПИСАЛ в компьютер номер карты, а потом перевернул и вписал даже 3х значный секретный номер (!) И потом произвел оплату через терминал. Я с удивлением спросила, а зачем он записал все данные моей карты то? А он психанул, взял в руки комп и повернул мне его экраном - мол на смотри, запись не сохранилась и это нужно было для оплаты номера. Я обалдела, но осадок остался. Блокировать карту не охота, но и страх есть, что рецепсионист может списать деньги с карты.
- А также, сразу при заезде, после 13 часового перелета, на регистрации сотрудник долго уламывал на оплату улучшенного номера. А ты итак с дороги уставший весь, а тут еще и эта ненужная болтавня.
- В душевой как-то неправильно вставлена стеклянная огородка. Вода стекает прям по всему полу. Приходилось подпирать полотенцем.
- Официанты в общем ресторане чуть надоедливые. Или ради чаевых выслуживаются, или просто менталитет такой - навязчивый иногда.

me gusto mucho las atenciones del staff, muy amables todos. La animacion fue excelente no hay quejas. :)
Lo unico que cambiaria es que no tienen mucha variedad de comida, por ejemplo no habia camarones y ademas para reservar los restaurantes fue muy dificil. Por favor, pongan cervezas en las habitaciones aunque no seamos premium

This was without a doubt the worst vacation that I have ever experienced. Not only will I never return to this resort I may never use bookings.com again!
The staff was terrible. Rude, refused to assist and consistently gave wrong answers or just flat out lied. The food was horrendous. My husband has food poisoning and has been sick for 4 days. One of the WORST parts?? The grounds allowed vendors on the hotel grounds. You could not walk from your building to the next with out a shake down or hustle…all day, and into the night! This was no vacation, this was torture.

Block 24. Close to beach. Very nice. The staff, Yeifri Cedano, María, Minerva, Camila, Ruth, Rafael, Deivi, Cecilia, Rosaura, Javier & Hernández, were the best. Always ready and willing to help. Very friendly and accommodating. They are an asset to the resort. Do recommend, especially block 24.

Friendly staff. nonstop activities all day! activities posted on website so you know times, they switch each day. There is a bar at everywhere on property! drink on the beach, drink by the pool, drink by the pool by the beach. lol. band is amazing. shows are amazing. massage was amazing. beach was clean. food was good. I can go on and on!
I like my room borderline freezing, but the AC was an issue. it worked, but didn’t get as cold as I would like. The Japanese restaurant was also warm. the buffet had some warm spots as well. not a deal breaker, but given the design I can see why.

The front desk waiting time was too long, the customer service was bad and the poor information on what to do was horrible. The pool maintenance was disgusting and the beach was one of the worst we ever seen. The dinning table service was very disorganized and they will pick up you plate while you were still eating and the drinks were horrible and again the waiting time to get a drink was unacceptable.

Reception- the minute you enter the hotel, they are trying to rip you off. we had a reservation at impressive and reception offered us to switch to premium for a price (I had originally booked premium and the difference was about half of the price they offered). when we said no the receptionist said he could give a discount. they also false advertise saying premium will have private beach access etc- which is not right- everyone goes to the beach from the same place. checkin takes too long. they are very slow. you can’t reach anyone when you call reception
Extadian sales people- BEWARE BLUE SHIRTED SALES PEOPLE!!- the second you turn your back from reception with your keys and want to enjoy the sun and go to your room, a blue shirt wearing guy approaches saying they will take care of you during your stay and will explain you about the hotel etc so you really think they are trying to help. they tell you no details but say they will meet you the other day to give more info. SCAM!!!!!!! they actually are the first step to a sales pitch trap. they made us walk around the whole resort at 12.00 under the sun, stole 90 min of our time, didn’t accept no as an answer- very invasive, trying to sell holiday packages for future. and every single person staying at the hotel is trapped like this for hours
Restaurants- very repetitive menu. ok for 4 days. you end up eating same things every day after that. between 2 pm and 6 pm the only option you have to eat is pizza (luckily pizza was good but not everyday). it is ridiculous to wait in line to be seated for an open buffet.
Rooms- I really hope I don’t have to stay in a similar room again. not clean. the second air conditioner started working, the room filled with a mouldy smell which I didn’t mind too much at the beginning bc we didn’t need it during the night but my asthma was triggered and I avoided the room as much as I could. when you took showers the whole bathroom would be flooded.
