Somewhat noisy street with buses on cobblestones, few ceiling leaks when rained (a lot) management company was average didn’t address a few issues we had.

We had a great time in Palermo. The rooftop was the highlight for my son! Great location, near everything and once in the apartment iyou don't hear the busy street below. Two blocks from the hop-on hop offf yellow bus which made it very easy to tour the city! Thank you for hosting us!

This apartment photographs well, is located in a trendy but noisy-at-night neighborhood, and had outstanding property management by Mayra. It is time, however, to spend some money to upgrade the furniture and mattress and to repair the water leaks in the guest bath and above the staircase, which also leaked into the food prep area in the kitchen.
One side of the master bed mattress has caved in and has a distinct sunken hole in it - it needs to be replaced. The sofa has "bottomed out" and has no support whatsoever - it also needs to be replaced. Some panels of the sheer curtains and blackout curtains are torn or dirty and also need to be replaced, as do the inoperable kitchen blinds.
There are items shown in the photographs or on the inventory list that are no longer in the apartment, unfortunately for us as one of the deciding factors in booking this apartment was the very comfortable-looking, white upholstered chairs that have been replaced with hard chairs. The big white sofa cushions shown in the photo are missing; they would be useful for back support on this deep couch. The terrace lounge chairs are different than what is at the apartment now and actually look more comfortable than the wooden lounge chairs with thin pads there currently. Also missing from the inventory list were: the pay-as-you go cellphones, alarm clocks, deluxe hairdryer, and stationery (pencils, pens, markers, scissors, tape, glue).
The gas range was disconnected temporarily and replaced with a portable, 2-burner electric cook top, which worked for small pans/pots only. Only one of the two small safes in the master bedroom can be accessed.
Mayra was very responsive to our needs and worked very efficiently and effectively to resolve issues. Among other things she replaced the broken international phone, which was very useful during our stay. She also replaced a rusted clothes drying rack. She provided a missing Nespresso machine and part; brought towels to mop up leaks from the rainstorms; and scheduled maintenance to begin leak repairs and to replace burned out light bulbs.
The general cleanliness of the apartment was good, although it could do with a "second level" in-depth cleaning, to include the dining room light fixture with dead insects and the greasy aluminum mini-blinds in the kitchen. We were surprised that there were no mattress pads on the beds and that the master bed mattress showed several large yellow stains through the sheets.

amazing spot in Palermo Soho
A well outfitted apt with great beds and linens. The location is fabulous to enjoy shopping, restaurants, catching the hop on hop off bus tours, or just walk to parks and explore. There is awesome nightlife within walking district and no problem to find grocery stores if you are inclined to cook. Would definitely recommend this apt which is very secure.

Lovely, central penthouse
A great property right in the middle of Palermo Soho. Central to shopping, restaurants and activities. Clean, neat, spacious. The two ensuite bedrooms were very comfortable with individual AC units. The rooftop patio overlooked the area and was wonderful for a morning coffee or evening cocktail. Excellent!!

A Buenos Aires comfort zone
For 5 nights we felt like we were “ home” in this Palermo apartment. The location could not have been better for two senior travelers...the apartment was served by an elevator and the neighborhood was easy to walk around in with restaurants, shops and groceries close by. The outdoor terrace was a bit windy during our stay so we didn’t take advantage of it. The building swimming pool was not particularly appealing - no chairs around it and water didn’t look clean ( again, perhaps the wind). But with much to see and do in BA, we didn’t miss using either. Though we were decades older than most of the people living and playing in the neighborhood,
we enjoyed the exuberance of the Street life.
Communication with the manager was excellent and responsive and very helpful, always! She was very attentive and consistently went out of her way to care for us. We so appreciated her help!
I will say that the apartment wasn’t as pristine as I would have liked. The upholstery on the chairs and sofa could really use a good cleaning , comfort not withstanding. The oven didn’t work ( there was no gas connection) so the microwave became very helpful.
The Nespresso was an odd size and I couldn’t find pods to fit. There was a Mr.Coffee type coffee maker and a few filters so we made due after buying coffee. Kitchen could have been better equipped.
Bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and a change of linens mid-week was a nice surprise! Grab bars in the showers would be very helpful, as one shower has a high step in and out. For older guests,
that was challenging!
This was an attractive space, bright and tasteful! But I feel some freshening up of upholstered furniture would be very helpful! Also, the thorough booklet you receive with apartment descriptions before you arrive is not exactly what is there...once we figured that out, we managed fine.
Overall I’d recommend this unit, especially because of its size, location and manager....good combination all around.

Puerto Madero, is the perfect place to experience, Buenos Aires
This penthouse apartment with loft was just perfect. Very clean and well managed.. Communication with Managers was the best. If we return to Buenos Aires this is where we will stay again. Every street in this area is worth exploring. We felt very safe

Our stay in Buenos Aries was short and sweet thanks to the property in the Palermo Soho area. The two bedrooms had everything we needed to get a good nights rest and the living area was a great place to gather in the mornings and evenings to plan our excursions. The rooftop terrace was a ideal place to relax in the evening after exploring the area. It was a great place with everything we needed.

Relaxing while in busy Palermo
The apartment is lovely with lots of room for two couples. The management nicely arranged the beds in the second bedroom into one, with a memory foam over both, making a nice king sized comfortable bed.
The location is perfect with so many restaurants in the area. The Property Manager Melanie was very helpful. She responded very quickly on WhatzApp and had good suggestions of restaurants. She had a good contact for booking tangos, tours...
Only 2 tiny negatives, The furniture on the fantastic terrace needed repairs and we never could figure out how to turn on the ball lamp in the living room.
We'd stay there again and recomend it to all travellers to BA.

Beautiful Palermo penthouse
The apartment sits on one of the the great streets in the Palermo district of BA. The apartment is very well appointed with the piece de resistance being the roof deck with a 360 degree view of the surrounding neighborhood and extended parts of the city skyline.

Wonderful Experience!
We enjoyed this beautiful place in the middle of the best part of BA! The concierge service was really friendly, helpful and prompt! The apartment has an epic rooftop with beautiful sunsets. The bed was very comfortable. Everything worked as expected. Most importantly, we were in the middle of the action in Palermo Soho and enjoyed having dinner & drinks on the surrounding streets. We highly recommend this hidden gem.

The apartment was perfect, central, spacious and cozy. The best was taking a glass of wine up on the terrace and watching the sunset. Every night was different with spectacular colour all from our table with the smell of the parillas being prepared for evening meal.

Nicely decorated apartment in a lively area of Palermo. Close to many wonderful spots to eat. Friendly rentals was easy to work with and attentive to our questions. Helpful in arranging airport transfers and a luggage hold. Beds and baths were comfortable. A bit of street noise but for the most part the air conditioning made it not noticeable. The pool area was not very welcoming.
