A beautiful condo that is comfortably furnished with lots of Mexican art. The kitchen is well stocked & the dishes are festive. The onsite staff is very helpful. Quiet small complex that is very clean. A 20-30 minute walk to town. Taxis are plentiful & $5 to town. Be sure to bring plenty of $5s. There are reusable shopping bags in the condo for trips to the Mega grocery store. Also lots of books & movies to use. The sunsets from the balcony are beautiful. Snorkeling right off the property & a nice pool. The harbor is a 10 minute walk to get on a dive boat. Matais hooked us up with a great dive master & chef to come in & cooked a fabulous dinner. If you’re looking for a restful spot away from the hustle & bustle of town but close enough to enjoy this is the place.

Last second rental. Easy and simple to book. Very responsive owner. If the price is right for you then book it.

This property has it all. Excellent location, Easy access, Quiet, Perfectly maintained, Meticulous grounds, Superior water…dive boats drop groups in the back yard! We have stayed in Cozumel prior and this is our go to property now.

My wife and I stayed at Miramar 201 for 4 nights in March celebrating our anniversary,up on arrival Matias surprised my wife with a beautiful Floral arrangement ad a happy anniversary Note! it was Very kind of him, The apartment was wonderful, we enjoyed every part of it, from the cozy living room to the relaxing terrace , super clean, bed was comfortable, AC was great when used, TV for relaxing evenings, fully equipped kitchen, nice bathroom with great water pressure, Every time we had a question Matias was there to assist quickly, and Jose the attendant was always friendly and on top of his game, always with a smile, Jose went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, and gave us great advice on places to go and things to do around. We will definitely come back and rent from Seaside Retreats for sure!

Mu wife and I stayed at Mirmar for 10 wonderful days. We planned our trip with 25 of our freinds and we all stayed in various properties located within walking distance of each other so the location was perfect. We particularly enjoyed the snorkeling behind the properties. We would get in the water at Miramar and snorkle to Palmas Reales which is probbaly 5 buildings away, get out thedn do it agian. Fun. The property is'nt very large which is a plus for us because it was always quiet and relaxing. We rented a car and there was always available parking in front of the building. The support staff were very helpful and kept the room clean for us. There was only 1 thing that we had a problem with, the internet service in our room was not stable. We had very limited service which made it difficult to communicate and watch our television streaming services. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay and would reccomend Miramar to our family and freinds.

We’ve visited Cozumel about 9 times over about 30 years. We’ve stayed at a number of different properties and decided to give VRBO a try with this property. We were quite pleased with our experience. The condo, location and amenities were outstanding. And although it was further from town for us, it still was manageable for us 70 year olds for a one way walk! We enjoyed snorkeling off the shore, and must say, our host, Matt, was spectacular! Taking care of all our needs! We wholeheartedly recommend staying at Miramar!

Our second stay at Miramar #201. We love staying toward the north end of Cozumel, little bit slower pace. The condo is very clean and has a beautiful view of the water. Beds are very comfortable. Pool area is always spotless and the outdoor staff does a great job keeping everything clean, neat and tidy. Matt is awesome to work with, answers any questions you might have right away. He made it very easy with the new Covid testing before we headed back to the states. He lined up people to come to our condo for testing and everything went very smoothly. Will definitely be back next year!

This is the third time we have stayed at Miramar and it's because of the wonderful job Matt and his crew do to maintain the property as well the hospitality they show. Anything and everything you could want is available and if not, Matt will make it happen if possible. We will definitely be back to stay on our next trip to Cozumel!

My husband and I enjoyed out stay at Miramar. The condo had everything we needed, was well stocked for cooking and very comfortable for relaxation. The staff onsite was very friendly and helpful through our stay. We enjoyed sitting outside and watching the sunset. The grounds and pool area are very clean and it is very quiet and relaxing. We would stay again!

This is the second time we have rented in this condo building. Both units were very clean and contained all the essentials. Even though it is a half hour walk to San Miguel taxis are available which makes not having a car an option. The best part about this condo building is the great snorkeling right in front. Jose does a great job of keeping the grounds clean and is around every day to help with any issues.

We had a great time here. The unit was perfect for a couple. The location of the building is terrific. Close to airport and town but far enough away from noise or crowds. We didn't even go to the beach. We loved basking in the sun at the pool which overlooks the sea (bring a float or noodle). The neighbors in the condo were wonderful and considerate. We snorkeled right there off the property. Coral was beautiful. We went scuba diving (used Blue Project Valet - great dive opeartion). Went to great resturants. We rented a car -- Budget Car Rental -- in town was half the price of local car rental service. We felt very safe on the island. We didn't want to leave.

AMAZING VIEW!!, good size balcony (2nd floor), ocean/pool view, very comfortable KING size bed (not too soft ...not too hard, nice soft sheets and pillows). Matt the manager and staff were very responsive, easy to get a hold of and super friendly. Close to town (5-10 minutes), probably 15- 20 minutes to south marina if you are diving but a nice easy drive. The kitchen has all it needs for vacation cooking, washer/dryer (laundry soap is supplied! yay!, so you don't have to buy a large one you'll never use up), the hair dryer, although not used often is nice to have if needed/wanted. The cleaning service is amazing (every other day if you want it). We looked at several other condos in the building and area managed by the same company, will definitely stay again, or in a larger one when friends/family join us on our next vacation to Cozumel. AWESOME!!

This condo was absolutely wonderful! We loved the location and Matt, Jose ( Pepe) and Oscar were so helpful during our stay. Snorkeling right there was so enjoyable and convenient. The sunsets from our balcony were amazing. We loved the pool area, very clean and well maintained property. We are already planning our return sometime next year! Would highly recommend!

I stayed here for 4 nights out of my 3 weeks in mexico. It was nice being on the water. The condo has everything you need and is very comfortable. The AC works great and the shower was the best i have seen in mexico. Having washer and dryer was nice also.

We are also VRBO property owners and appreciate the thought care and attention that went into everything. In Oregon, we don't get sunsets, so we really enjoyed the evening with a beverage, playing cards, and watching the sunset. It will take you 75 pesos to get to and from town. The pool is clean and the beautiful feature is you can walk right down the to water via the stairs or jump off the plank. We snorkeled once and truly enjoyed it. We took a walk once and heading north there is a private beach club for $10 each the entrance goes toward food and drinks. Nice place. We just stopped and toured. Our favorite food places were: Taqueria Los Sera's and for a nice meal either Buccano's Kondesa We did take one snorkeling tour to go out to 3 different spots. 15 others on the boat but it was well worth it. We rented a Jeep for 2 days and did the loop. Not much to see on the other side. We did eat at Chen Rio. We had the shrimp plate and a fresh fish marinated in a shrimp sauce. Both were fantastic. We truly enjoyed our 5 nights there. Thank you, Art and Bettina

We enjoyed our week long stay. The condo was nice but the view was way better! The condo was a short $4-5 cab ride to town. There’s a safe path for riding bikes or running/walking in front of condo. The property management (Matías) was prompt to answer any questions and checking in was a breeze. Condo: clean, housekeeping every other day, kitchen loaded, comfy bed, but pillows need frebreezing, very nice shower, tv in bedroom needs updating. Overall we had an excellent vacation and would definitely stay here again!

We stayed at Miramar 201.The condo was clean and well furnished with spectacular views. The staff was very friendly and courteous. We plan on visiting Cozumel in 2018 and Miramar will be on the top of our list.

This is my third stay at Miramar. I love the location and the flexibility to walk or grab a taxi to town. The condo is pristine. The shower has strong water pressure which is a must for me. I stayed at the condo during the day and I was able to make breakfast and lunch in the full kitchen. I had no reason to leave the condo for a beach club because the pool and ocean are incredible. I made daily snorkel trips and dives off the ocean platform. Perfect condo for my staycation on the island.

On a recent visit to Cozumel I had the good fortune of staying in this wonderful one bedroom condo with a fabulous view of the amazing blue waters of Paradise. The complex was very clean, the staff highly courteous, and the pool area was amazing. I would highly recommend this complex and condo and look forward to going again soon.

We spent a week in Cozumel Miramar 201 and had a great experience. Condo is clean and nicely furnished. The pool and grounds are well maintained and the property management/staff were easy to work with and responded promptly to some minor concerns early in our stay.

This was a great condo in a small development. The space was nice and updated and the complex sits just about 10 feet above the crystal clear ocean. The pool/ocean area is absolutely beautiful. Each night, you can watch the sun drop into the water from your back deck or the pool area. You can snorkel and see a huge variety of fish and coral (including a few moray eels) just a few feet from the unit. The island is also great. There are great restaurants and bars and a few spectacular local spots with great food, drink and prices. We have traveled a lot and this was one of our favorite places that we have visited. You will love it.

A Fantastic place!! The condo has everithing you need, furnishings were very good, and the view is breath taking at sunset. You can jump into the ocean and do some amazing snorkeling right from the Condo. The pool is great and your view is amazing while in it, Great dealing with the people.. Highly recommend!!!

Awesome condo 201 overlooking sea and pool Beautifully appointed condo with everything you could need. Great location. We loved being outside of town where it was extremely quiet and away from all of the cruise ship traffic but close enough to pop into the heart of it all in just a few minutes. Bed was great--a rarity in condos we have found. Waking up to the sea view each morning was a treat. A/c worked great but we found it was nice to have it turned off and all the windows open--fabulous breezes. Would definitely stay here again.

This was our second time in the same condo (201). We found it 3 years ago and loved the vacation. Came back this year after a massive search around the Caribbean for what we like. Close to town...but not too close. Quiet, beautiful North end. Pool space is usually quiet and adult. Jump right in the ocean and come back up the spiral stair case. Some of the best snorkeling anywhere on the island I found within 100 yards. the grounds are maintained with precision. One thing....they really need to replace the poor grill with a nice propane grill by the pool!

I'm taking time to write a review because the reviews of others have helped me plan trips and avoid problems....giving back. Thanks. - Stayed two weeks. - pictures of the place are accurate, there are cool steps down to the ocean and 10' dive platform from the pool deck!!! - 201 is great because it's at ground level on the street side, but one floor above the pool so you have a great view of the ocean, Cancun in the distance, cruise ships coming and going, but also the pool area. - Snorkling is excellent in this area. We snorkeled many various places on the island and even took a snorkel boat out on three locations...the snorkeling at the condo area is as-good- or better than you'll find. We would walk 10 minutes down to the Marina and climb down the wall but the fenced gas tank (next to the castle pool). The current takes you down to Miramar (usually). - Maid service every other day was excellent quality - property managers are effective and helpful. - staff keeps the grounds very clean and organized. PRISTINE. RECOMMENDATIONS for your trip: - we rented a scooter for $20/day (250pesos). Started with a week rental and kept the whole time. Very convent to get around. Yes, I suppose this isn't for everyone.....but its annoying to read that "they are dangerous and you'll put your eye out" - EAST side beach is a must visit. Also had someone say its "dangerous to swim over there!"...THATS BULL. Again, it's not for everyone and I sure would be choosy on the where and what day, but there were many days it's about like the Pacific with the normal undertow. And many places are sharp coral so are not desirable....but some sand beaches can be found. - Corona Beach - is a good place .

The condo was comfortable, clean, safe and overall a wonderful experience. The staff is completely kind and helpful. They went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed to make our meals. We like to carry a lunch when we go out for a day of diving. We highly recommend the condo and will return again.
