Our stay in Aruba was amazing! We absolutely loved the Amber Penthouse. Our plane arrived 2 hours early. Prestige was already onsite and ready for our arrival. They went over everything with us in person in the penthouse. At other places we just get a key with written instructions and they send us on our way.
Having a security guard 24 hours a day made me feel very secure on the property.
If we were not at the beach or visiting the sites, we were on the roof enjoying our private open air space. My family rated scuba diving as the number one part of our vacation. They rated the rooftop as their number two. Every morning I would go up there and read while I ate breakfast. Almost every night we played Scrabble on the rooftop.
The penthouse came with 6 beach chairs, a cooler and 6 beach towels. The beach was never crowded and we were able to get one of the free umbrellas.
There were a lot of pots, pans and place settings. I did wish there were more than just two storage containers for leftovers.
We called maintenance for a minor issue, but no one ever came.
I would highly recommend the Amber Penthouse. We will definitely be staying here again the next time we visit Aruba.

We had a great vacation staying in this condo. The bedrooms are big and comfortable and the roof deck is INCREDIBLE! The property is beautiful and well-maintained. The pools were quiet and refreshing and proximity to the beach is terrific - crossing the street was easy and stress free, even with small kids. Overall a great stay!

We had a wonderful stay here. We usually stay at resorts but enjoyed the flexibility we had in a condo much more. The unit was very clean, comfortable, well decorated, and had everything we could possible need. The rooftop deck was amazing, from enjoying a cocktail on the comfortable seating while watching the sunset, to cooking on the grill and enjoying peace and quiet. The management company was always available with any questions we had. We hope to stay here again soon

While there were a couple things that needed fixing (glass table and decking on the rooftop) the accommodations were great, awesome views from the rooftop patio, comfortable beds, good water pressure in the showers, friendly and accommodating staff and over all just a great place to stay.

We loved this Condo. Great views of Eagle Beach from the living room, master bedroom and rooftop terrace. The location was close to restaurants and public transportation. Prestige property Management made checking in easy and management was responsive.

This is my 2nd time staying at Oceania. My 1st time in this unit. My family and I absolutely loved staying here. Plenty of pools, beach right there, so much space for us. My teenage boys loved the roof top and hot tub. I loved the sunset views. So convenient having the full kitchen, fully stocked with pans, plates, etc. Travel with kids, this makes it easy. They can throw a waffle in the toaster and be happy. Super close to the most amazing grocery store I've every been too. We can't wait to come back. My 1st and only place I've every stayed on the island. No need to look any further.

We absolutely loved this property. Eagle Beach is gorgeous and not crowded at all, unlike Palm Beach. The property had everything we needed. This location is close to the Super Foods and perfectly situated between downtown and Palm Beach. I highly recommend this property.

Plenty of room and all the amenities we needed. Food store near by. Short drive to many spots for sightseeing, shopping and restaurants. Beach was not crowded.

1st Time To Aruba!
The condo was located in a great area. Not too crowded and close to many restaurants. It was great the beach was not packed and you could always get a chair at the pool. The roof top terrace was perfect for drinks at night. The kitchen was stocked and there were plenty of bath towels and beach towels. There was even beach chairs for us to use. The only bad thing I can say is that the hot water heater was very small and 4 of us struggled to get hot showers. Everyone was very friendly there and the complex had great security, not that we ever felt afraid. If you don’t want to be in the thick of people, this is the place to rent. Great 1st time for us in Aruba.

Great fun in the sun
Our first time in Aruba. My wife and I came with another couple. The property is quite beautiful overall. Two pools, a third separate large baby pool as well. The view from the balconies and rooftop terrace overlooking eagle beach are gorgeous. We were a little unsure of the check in process when we arrived but, the guard called at the gate and got in touch with the rental company. We were quickly greeted by Josh who was extremely friendly and helpful with advice on restaurants, explaining nuances of the condo; the grill, hot tub, etc. A fuse blew in the hot tub but, the response from Josh and the maintenance crew was quick and they fixed the issue the following day. There are many places to go within a few minute drive including the grocery store. The condo was pretty well stocked. Had tons of extra towels. Washer and dryer were very nice. There were several beach chairs, a boogie board, floats, and even flippers you could use at the beach. The grill itself is a little rough to use. The knobs are used and some come off. Made even heating a bit difficult but, still got the job done. Overall it was a great stay and everyone working the property was friendly and helpful. We'd definitely recommend staying here.

Because of the very gusty winds, the second level went mostly unused which was unfortunate because we were really looking forward to using the space. Couldn't light the grill because of the wind. Wish the lounge chairs were up on a box of sorts, like the jacuzzi, so we could see the ocean while laying down...would have been great.Condo is walking proximity to great restaurants and a few minutes ride to an amazing grocery store and other amenities. Eagle Beach is much more peaceful and only a few minutes ride to the busier touristy Palm Beach.Junior was a good associate and communicated well by e-mail. We had a few communication issues concerning excursions. We ended up paying more than expected for a half day tour. Completely useless as the guide was difficult to understand. I suggest getting COMPLETE excursion costs upfront as nothing was relayed to me even after asking...simply that there is a deposit. We were unable to use the SmartTv so no access beyond basic cable, not even able to simulcast Netflix or Amazon Prime.Overall, nice trip!

Great location, very comfortable!
We are a family of four with two college-age daughters. The property was perfect, management was helpful and efficient, and the quick access to the uncrowded beach was wonderful. We will return!

Beautiful Penthouse Condo
Great 2 BR property. Prestige was great to work with and very responsive. Property was well maintained and very peaceful. Most days we had the pool to ourselves and the beach was not overcrowded.

Great location on Eagle Beach
We are a family of 5 and we thoroughly enjoyed this 2 br condo. The facilities were outstanding. We have 3 teenagers and we didn't turn on the television for the first 3 days. We didn't use the top floor area as much as I thought. You don't have a view when you sit in the shaded area up there and honestly didn't need to go up there as much- we only really ate breakfast or lunch in the condo so we didn't need the table up there either.
The location is fantastic. Eagle beach is awesome and where you are on Eagle beach is a little more quiet than either direction. It is a great spot!

We enjoyed our stay here very much. The only thing that was a problem which has nothing to do with The Oceania, was if you don’t wake up at 6 AM and put your chair under an umbrella you will be sitting in the sun all day.

Another awesome week in Aruba!
Spent the last 10 days in the Amber Penthouse Oceania and had a fabulous time, once again! Clean, well stocked kitchen, plenty of towels and beach chairs and beautiful rooftop deck and jacuzzi. Staff was extremely helpful with any issues we had. Discovered a new restaurant just a 3 minute walk from the Penthouse..Chalet Suisse. This is by far the BEST restaurant on the island (and we have tried them all!!) and you can walk to it!! Eagle Beach is beautiful and quiet and the sunsets are unbelievable! Highly recommend this unit!

Lovely Condo
Bed was comfortable - sheets were soft. Everything we could need was provided - beach towels, beach chairs, a cooler, all kitchen necessities. Check in was quick and friendly. Pools were nice. Property is fairly quiet as there's no bar or restaurant on site.

Perfect place for us in Aruba!
The whole complex was very nice and secure. The unit was just perfect. The rooms were large, the a/c worked great, the kitchen was just and the view was very hard to beat! Having the penthouse unit with the private rooftop patio was simply amazing! We enjoyed the private hot tub each night; my daughter especially. The check in was smooth and friendly as was the check out. The safe worked fine and we had plenty of towels for the unit, the pool and the beach. We were within walking distance of a number of restaurants. We rented a car while in Aruba and the parking at the complex was secure and adequate. The security folks were great, Sandra was especially nice and helpful about the island. The Super Food was close by so shopping was easy.
All in all, this was a dream place to stay. The only small ding would be that the unit could have a signal booster for the internet as it was a bit dodgy in the kids back room and non-existant on the roof...but it worked fine in the main unit and in our room so it certainly sufficed. You cannot go wrong at the Oceania Residences if you are looking for a family oriented place away from all the craziness but close enough to get to it quick of that is what you want! When we go back to Aruba we can't imagine staying anywhere else!

Everything was there that we needed and prestige property managers were the most helpful nicest people I ever met on vacation!!!! It was such a great feeling being at this development I intend to go back and definitely want to stay here !!!! Exceptional
Staying at Oceania and in room P512 was the best decision for our vacation with friends. The room was decorated very nicely and what I would consider high class living. Everything worked and we had no issues with the condo. The views from the balcony as well as the roof top terrace are amazing. We did not spend as much time on the roof as I thought we would due to the wind. The pools were great and there is ample parking for our rental car. It was nice seeing security around and seeing them turn away everyone at the gate who didn't belong in the condo area. It is only steps to the beach. Not sure if this was a bad week in May to go to Eagle Beach but the sand was pelting us in the face as we sat so we spent a lot of time at the pool instead. Sandra who works there gave my friend and wife great ideas on things to do and places to go. All of the staff we came in contact with were very friendly and accommodating. We were able to check in and leave our bags in the room while they were cleaning it. Around 330 we had our official check in. Overall a great experience and wouldn't hesitate to stay again if ever in Aruba.

Outstanding Stay on a beatiful island
We quickly had to change our vacation plans because of the hurricanes. We found this location and it was a great stay. All five of us enjoyed the roof patio and the evening breeze. It was great to relax and have meal. Everything you needed to enjoy your stay was there, Beach towels, Cooler, Chairs and all the kitchen gadgets you could think of. Mangement was great and answered all our questions. Will definatley be booking again

All that we imagined and more!
We have stayed at Oceania in the past, but at a different condo. We chose this condo for its rooftop terrace. It was amazing! I think it is the only condo with an outdoor shower! So cool! The air conditioner worked like a charm. The only thing was that the thermostat was inside the master bedroom so to [revent the rest of the apartment from getting too hot we had to leave the bedroom door open. ( slight privacy issue). Other than that....We found it very convenient to just leave our towels at the pool and hop across the street for a quick dip in the ocean. The Prestige company was VERY easy to work with. If you are not familiar with Aruba, we feel the low rise district is the best of both worlds. It is like having a private beach, but 2 minutes up the road is all the nightlife you could want at the high rise hotel district. 4 EXCELLENT restaurants within EASY walking distance of Oceania. We highly recommend Passions, Tulip, Screaming Eagle and Chalet Suisse. Super Foods is a quick hop away, especially since the road from the complex to 1A has been completed to the traffic circle. A++++++ rating for this condo. We will be back!

Amazing trip!
We stayed at the Amber Penthouse (P-512) for a week from 7/27 to 8/3. It is a 2 bedroom unit with a rooftop penthouse. The furnishings inside are beautiful and the view from the penthouse left us speechless. There is an abandoned waterpark behind the property but with the ocean the other way you don't look that way. That was probably the only negative that we had. The unit came with plenty of beach towels, beach chairs, etc. The pools at the condo development were almost empty. If you wanted to go to the beach, it was just a few steps across the road and you were on Eagle Beach. It was an awesome trip and I would not hesitate to rent the unit again or rent a different unit from Prestige. Prestige Vacations was awesome to deal with prior to the trip and very responsive if we had any questions.

Fantastic Vacation in Aruba!!!
We had a fantastic vacation in Aruba! The Amber penthouse was perfect for our family of 4! The condo was in an excellent spot on the island...Eagle Beach. The view from our condo was absolutely beautiful. The walk was short to the amazing beach and resort pools. The condo had everything we needed to help make our vacation so wonderful...beautiful furniture and decorations, plenty of room, lots of beach towels, beach chairs and floats (came in very handy). The roof top terrace was over the top! We ate dinner and watched many sunsets on the terrace. The outdoor kitchen and furnishings were just right! I would highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a wonderful condo in Aruba!!! We hope to return someday!

Perfect "10" vacation
The Amber penthouse exceeded our expectations. Everything about the condo was excellent. The rooms were spacious and had all the amenities of home. We enjoyed the penthouse roof in the evenings having a glass of wine
while watching the stars and moon overhead. The grounds and pools were immaculate. Being able to walk across the street to beautiful Eagle Beach was really convenient. The beach was clean and not crowded. The water was crystal clear.
