Beautiful Beach Front Condo, Double Balcony, End Unit #403
Diese 4. Etage West End Wohnung wurde komplett renoviert. Alle neuen Küchengeräte, neue Schränke und Granit. Der Fliesenboden wurde durch gemeißelten Travertin ersetzt. Alle Badewannen, Duschen, Waschtische und Toiletten wurden ersetzt. Full Size Samsung Waschmaschine und Trockner. Stellen Sie sich vor, Sie genießen Ihren Morgenkaffee oder -saft auf unserem 4-Fuß-Balkon mit Blick auf das smaragdgrüne Wasser des Golfs von Mexiko und den zuckerweißen Sandstrand auf Okaloosa Island. Die Wohn-, Ess- und Küchenbereiche sind alle aus Glas und bieten einen atemberaubenden Blick auf den Strand.

Innerhalb weniger Minuten erreichen Sie auch viele schöne Golfplätze.

Phil is an excellent host. The property is in a wonderful location with beautiful views from the balcony. The family enjoyed the beach in the a.m. and the spacious pool in the afternoon. When we were indoors, our party of six had plenty of room to spread out. There are an abundance of nearby places to eat out or leave for day excursions. We had an overall wonderful experience. We would confidently recommend this property to friends and family.

This property was exactly as advertised. Our group of 7 (4 Adults and 3 Kids) had plenty of space to relax. The pool gave us a great place to go when the waves were a little to big for the littles.
Only negative I would give is that the building management is a little ridiculous when it comes to items outside your door. Twice we left our beach wagon outside while we ate lunch and dinner and each time we had a note left on the door. Granted on multiple occasions we saw other items left outside other doors for several days in a row.
All in all a great place and would stay here again.

This was our first time in Destin, and staying in this condo was definitely a treat! The views from the balcony are wonderful. The condo itself was very comfortable for entire family, and having three full baths with teenage boys was downright luxurious for Mom at least! Even though we had plenty of room to spread out, we all migrated to the balcony most of our time and enjoyed the views, sounds, and peacefulness. We had a few little questions for the host, and he was exceptionally speedy to respond, and very helpful. 10 out of 10 we would stay here again.

We were in Ft Walton Beach for my daughter’s wedding. We have a large extended family and we’re spread out throughout a number of condo complexes. Everyone who stopped by ours all said that ours was the best!
The only damper on the week was the weather but we managed to still have a wonderful time!

The condo was just perfect for our group of 6. It was clean and well-maintained. Loved the corner balcony and access to the beach. The pool was very nice as an alternative to being on the beach. The unit was everything we needed and then some to make our stay enjoyable. Would highly recommend staying here if you’re looking for a family friendly place to stay.

Our family and friends had a great relaxing stay at Phil’s place. The condo is very nice and had an amazing ocean view. We watched dolphins every morning on the roomy balcony with our coffee. His place felt homey and it met all of our needs. We would stay there again.

We had such a good time being close to a lot of entertainment and we were right on the beach. The condo was so cozy, it felt like home and that's we all loved about it. Every morning we were on the beach taking in sunshine, then spent the afternoon enjoying local activities and entertainment. The Tiki Boats to Crab Island were terrific for our group. Our host was most helpful and we hope to be back again.

Fantastic family vacation
Phil was so responsive to our needs! And we had everything in the condo we needed for our trip! Lots of space for 3 adults, 3 kids (ages 7-11). Location and view was perfect!! We will definitely want to come back!! We went to Navarre Beach and got some fantastic shells!! We did boat to Crab Island and the gator experience at Fudpuckers which the kids enjoyed. We enjoyed Dewey’s snowcones multiple times. And thoroughly enjoyed just hanging out on the beach!!

Family friendly
A large family group (24) stayed in a total of 4 condos in early April. Everyone thought ours was the nicest! Very clean property (the caretakers were out constantly), pool was perfect since we couldn't go in the ocean (riptide warnings). Phil was very responsive to messages/questions from me. Highly recommend!

Mom and daughter get away
The location was fantastic for the beach and the pool was awesome. Not many condos have a ocean facing large pool. The condo itself was beautiful and the large balcony was fantastic to spend time on. Everything we needed was at our fingertips. Would rent again if the opportunity arises!!

The unit was cleaner than any other vacation property we have been to. That was a HUGE plus for us. Good work!
The unit housed Grandma & Grandpa, Mom & Dad, a 3 year old and a 1 year old. We had an empty bed that could have easily been assigned to another child. Plenty of room and bathroom accommodations for 6 people.
Everything we needed was waiting for us. The kitchen was stocked with the necessary wares, the beds were comfy, the living room was inviting and the beach service was set up in advance. The balcony is big, on the end and has a great view of the surrounding beach. The pool and grounds are also kept in tip-top shape by a crew of dedicated professionals that work tirelessly to make the place super tidy.
The location is minutes away from anywhere you’d want to go in Fort Walton or Okaloosa, and it’s just a hop and a skip from Destin. Garage parking is another perk. We really liked this unit and would probably look to book it again next time we plan a trip to Fort Walton or Destin. A++

Cleanest Rental and Amazing View
This is by far the cleanest rental we have stayed at in the last 10 years! Everything stated in the property information was accurate. The owners were very easy to talk to and communicate. We went in July - the weather was perfect and the views were great. Enjoyed morning coffee on the big balcony and the one day it rained, watched the storm roll in from the gulf. As someone who hates carpet - I absolutely loved the fact that the whole condo had travertine. The furniture was also really nice for a rental, couch and chairs comfy. They also had great details like individual soaps/shampoos in each bathroom, cookwear/kitchen items, beach toys and plenty of towels. It was really nice to have a full size washer/dryer like the ones we have at home so it felt almost like being home. We also left an item and the owner was so kind as to mail it back to us!!! Would recommend this unit to anyone and would definetly stay again.

Family Trip with Kids
This condo was perfect! We loved the corner unit with all the natural light! We were so surprised with how well stocked it was. I packed my own muffin pan, lemonade pitcher, dish towels, scrub brush, trash bags, soap, Tupperware, etc. because most condos don't have all that, but this ONE DID!!! It was a perfect layout. Beds were comfortable, easy access to the pool and beach. I even used the workout room! There was plenty of room in the pantry to store all our groceries for the week. And there was adequate parking which was helpful for us. This is a great condo and Phil the owner is a nice guy! The umbrellas and 2 chairs was an added bonus too!

Beautiful condo!
We loved everything about our stay in #403 at Waters Edge. The condo has been beautifully updated and was very comfortable. There is a new washer and dryer, new tile and fixtures in the bathrooms, and beautiful floors. The view is great and the balcony is extra large. We enjoyed our stay immensely.

2nd year we rented this condo. We love this place. Would stay again! Big, roomy, with loads of blankets pillows and towels. They have pots, pans and all the dishes you need!! No need to bring anything from home. The owners have everything you need to have a great vacation! Just show up and have fun!! Thanks!!
