Only room size was spacious

Where do I start!! I would rate it 0 if it was an option Pest infested rooms, small cockroaches all around Waste water leakage from commode plumbing, causing foul smell throughout my stay - didn't even change the room on request Unclean, sticky and stained bathroom floor and fixtures, stained mirrors Bed linen was stained and you would have to make them change these in front of you. Towels are worn out and have almost become rugs Housekeeping wont replenish stuff on their own, every time you have to ask!! For a double occupancy room, they will keep one towel, no face towels, no bath mats, no tissue rolls, the list is endless Food is overpriced and tastes average.....One Phulka for INR120+ tax (hope this explains things) Same with laundry Extremely rude and worthless front office staff, they should be fired immediately. Nobody to assist with luggage They wont allow food delivery guys to come up to the lobby, it is extremely inconvenient as you would have to walk 250 m to get the delivery. During rains it is impossible. The hotel is used mostly by lewd young couples, and definitely not a family place. Loud partying goes on till orning, as they have no control on the number of visitors to the rooms. the elevators are not even access controlled. I can go on but the list is endless. Pay a little more and stay at the Ibis or Lemon tree, or even Novotel

Firstly they have given us smoking room when we have requested for room change they offer us suite room they hav upgraded our room which was not clean at all. Room has cigerate bud and use milk packet near the bed. They have taken 1500 extra for room upgrade that is also taken in their staff personal scanner. Because they informed us that their mechine is not working. (Hotel should have their own scanner). The person from Room-dine in was too rude. we have asked for extra plate and spoon. The person replies that they don't have extra. Last but not least they ring the bell while our room was on DND mode. Just to ask about the payment for late check-out. Which also we have informed them over the phone that we will be checking out late and will do the payment while coming down. We were not running or leaving atleast u should not ring the DND room. Where is guest's privacy then? I was heard that this hotel is good in terms of service or staff but I don't feel any good thing about this hotel. Because they don't care about guest's privacy. At checkout we have informed all the feedback but the staff was so casual he didn't even response to in it. I would have not write it here if we get proper response in property itself. We were not asking for any compensation it's a genuine feed back and they should respond atleast. We were paying for our stay. The staff behaviour was like as if we are staying as a free.
