What a fantastic vacation we had in Aruba! Our communication with Sue was exceptional from start to finish. The house is exactly like the pictures. Everything you could possibly need from your vacation home is there. Driving around town is a non-issue because everything is close by. We personally welcomed meeting the house manager upon arrival and departure. The home is very well-maintained and from the moment you arrive you feel comfortable. We are already discussing our next trip to Aruba and staying at Villa Chuchubi! It was a trip we will never forget. Thank you for being fantastic hosts! We miss Aruba already!

This listing is just as described. Our family enjoyed the pool and comfortable living room for spending time together. The kitchen was well stocked and had all the necessary items available if you want to cook. The showers are amazing! We loved the location close to Tres Tapi and Boca Catalina. We were able to see the sea turtles on two different trips snorkeling, The home has pool noodles that are perfect to take to the snorkel locations. Our family loved Arashi Beach and Baby Beach. The home has chairs available to take to the beach. Loved this amenity! Our favorite restaurants were Eduardo’s Hideaway, The Oak Restaurant, and Bingo Restaurant. Overall, we would love to come back to this home. Very relaxing and will recommend to our family and friends. The only suggestion we would give is to replace the some of the pillows.

Our recent stay at Villa Chuchubi was incredible! Sue and Paul were perfect hosts. They had Michael greet us at the home. He was SUPER nice and provided us an overview of the home and answered any questions we had. The house is perfectly located, just a short 5-10 minute drive from pristine beaches and vibrant local attractions, yet it still offers a peaceful retreat.
The home itself is stunning, with stylish decor and spacious rooms which made us feel immediately at ease. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything we needed, and the comfortable living areas were perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Each bedroom was comfortable, with TVs in each room and comfortable beds.
One of the standout features is the incredible outdoor space. The private pool and patio area were our favorite spots to unwind. We enjoyed coffee in the mornings under the covered side while Caribbean breeze kept us cool and evenings by the pool after a day at the beach.
Paul and Sue were fantastic, providing excellent communication throughout the planning of our stay. They have brochures and books at the home that offered great tips on local dining, activities, and hidden gems that truly enhanced our experience.
Overall, Villa Chuchubi provides the perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and convenience. We left with wonderful memories and can’t wait to return. We highly recommend this property to anyone seeking an unforgettable stay in Aruba. Thanks again, Paul and Sue for sharing your home!!!

Villa Chuchubi was just what we were looking for during our recent trip to Aruba! Beautiful, private property with its own pool and ample outdoor spaces. We had a great time watching the colorful local birds landing on the cacti! Well-appointed kitchen and outdoor grille that allowed us to cook at home during our stay. Very responsive on-island support for minor issues during our stay. Close to great beaches, restaurants, grocery stores. The ability to do laundry on-site meant we could pack lightly for our group of 5.

Myself (57) and two of my motorcycle buddies (67 and 72) had a blast staying at Villa Chuchubi for a week. Our 'thing' is to go somewhere in the Caribbean every February to watch the SuperBowl with our "toes in the sand" and Villa Chuchibi did not disappoint. Great responsiveness from the manager's Randolph and Michael. We had an internet when we arrived and Michael handled it quickly and professionally. The Villa was perfectly suited for the three of us (each of us getting our own private room). The living room was perfect for watching the game with a big tv. We spent a ton of time in and around the private pool, which was awesome. Good location for exploring the island (in the Noord neighborhood) and room for our rental truck inside the gate. Overall, highly recommend Villa Chuchubi. It was truly great. One minor tiny nit is that there was no kitchen "consumables" like aluminum foil or saran wrap , or even tupperware for leftovers. A tiny nit, but those items would have been really nice to have. Like I said though, a wonderful place. Thanks so much!

This was our first trip to Aruba. The Villa was amazing and more than met our expectations. The neighborhood is great and located just a short drive from the beaches. The check in process was easy. Michael met us at the house, showed us around the property and gave us some good tips for our stay. The Villa was very clean and spacious for us (2 parents and 4 'kids' 18+). The kitchen is well equipped with everything we needed. We really enjoyed the outdoor eating area and grilled fish one night on BBQ provided. The pool/deck area was great for lounging around after exploring the island. It was very relaxing too in the morning listening to the birds drinking coffee. The walk-in rain showers are awesome. It was nice having the laundry room too. The check out process was easy. Michael came to check us out at the time we requested. The description of the Villa is reality! We miss it already and will definitely rent it again.

Honestly, the photos of this home online do not do the place justice! Everything is high end, and everything we could possibly need was available to us. The Owners are immensely communicative and thoughtful. When we couldn't reach the property owner upon our arrival, the Owners responded immediately. The home itself was one of the highlights of our trip. It is very spacious and exceedingly well appointed. We felt very welcomed, and we will highly recommend this VRBO property to our friends and family! The location is perfect - a nice, quiet neighborhood, yet very close to beaches, restaurants, stores, and island activities. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

The owners present a beautiful property in a quiet neighborhood that is minutes away (literally!) from all the action - including some of the best beaches and snorkeling we have seen in the Caribbean. Comfortable, squeaky clean with all the comforts of home and a lovely pool to relax in at the end of the day. Can’t say enough about the location - Noord is clearly one of the best neighborhoods on the island and with Arashi and Boca Catalina (best for snorkeling) just minutes away, you simply can’t go wrong. If the “strip” is your scene, likewise minutes away, with the equally stunning Palm and Eagle beaches…there is everything you could possibly want on an upscale Caribbean vacation! Highly recommended!!

This was our 7th visit to Aruba. We bought a timeshare 20 years ago and started our trip there but it wasn’t as great as we remembered. We decided to move to Villa Chuchubi on day 2 and we were so glad we did! It was a beautiful property with every amenity we could imagine. We love being able to use the beach chairs and go to the beach each day. We can’t wait to go back!

This is a beautiful home with all the amenities you can imagine! Our family enjoyed an evening cooking out on the patio and watching the amazing sky as the sunset.
Sue the owner was super easy to communicate with and answered all our questions before we arrived. Randolph was there at the property to help us out with any of our needs during our stay.

We just got back from Aruba at the end of May and we could not have been happier with our stay. Villa ChuChubi is absolutely stunning and we’re glad we could call this place home for a week. The location was great for us being away from the high rise hotels, but not too far away if you wanted to visit the shops or eat on the Palm Beach strip. We traveled with my wife, one-year-old daughter, myself and one set of grandparents. The villa itself is lovely however, it is not baby proofed, so if traveling with children make sure to bring outlet covers and consider taking pictures and rearranging some things for the duration of your stay.
Outside the villa, the flora surrounding the house and the patio is as beautiful as the rest of the island. The pool makes for a refreshing cool down and has gentle steps as well as a bench however, there is no hand rail for handicap accessibility. The patio was lovely for breakfast and a book in the morning or at night. There are drying racks for clothes in the laundry room which was great for our bathing suits and beach towels. There’s a utility box by the pool that has four lawn chairs, a bunch of pool noodles, some older goggles and snorkel as well as children’s sand castle toys free to use during the stay.
In summary, I would hands-down stay here again. If you’re looking for a lovely place in a quieter and more residential area, this villa has it all!

My guests and I had a wonderful time in the fabulous home. We ate in each evening and found this home perfectly equipped for cooking at home and family travel. At all times, we felt perfectly safe and found communication with the owners and managers to be excellent. This home is exactly as advertised. We hope to return next year.

The property manager came and showed us around house.
And the house is gorgeous from the kitchen till the pool. I can not say enough about how comfortable this house is. I will be back for sure.

The house was clean and spacious. However, the neighborhood left much to be desired. There are feral dogs everywhere. A member of our group was bitten during a walk and required emergency room treatment. The pool area was lovely but was infested with these nasty little ants that had a vicious bite. Supposedly the property owner has pest control in regularly but the treatment is inadequate. There were four adults staying in this 3 bedroom 2 bath home and when the four of us were getting ready to go out at night, there was not adequate hot water for everyone to get a satisfactory shower. It didn’t get ice cold, but it didn’t stay hot enough.

We had a great time celebrating our 60th birthdays here in Aruba. The house is comfortable, clean and secure. Days were spent exploring the island and beaches , afternoons out by the pool. A perfect combination. You will need a car and/or taxi money. Easy access to Boca Catalina and Palm beach area. We found plenty of fish snorkeling and a few turtles. The house is close to the golf course.

Villa Chuchubi is everything it is described to be and more. The property is immaculate and offers all the amenities you could possibly need! The bathrooms and kitchen are modern and renovated, living room furniture so comfy, and the pool and outdoor terrace magnificent. Sue was super responsive to every question we had and very helpful! The location is awesome. Close to the main strip as well as so many spectacular beaches. Our stay at this villa was pretty much perfect. Highly recommended!!

Villa Chuchubi was the perfect vacation home for my husband and I plus our two college kids.
Our favorite part of the house was the backyard. It’s private and quiet. We loved spending mornings by the pool drinking coffee and listening to all the birds. We also enjoyed eating meals on the covered patio next to the kitchen and watching movies in the cozy family room. Nicely done modern bathrooms too. The entire home is clean and comfortable.
The home’s location in Noord makes it super convenient to get to beautiful beaches (loved Arashi, the closest one), tons of restaurants (including nearby Faro Blanco by the lighthouse and Eduardo’s Hideaway for smoothie bowls) and other sightseeing spots.
Both the owner and the property manager were responsive and helpful with suggestions to fully enjoy the house and the island.
This was our first trip to Aruba and it exceeded all of our expectations. We can’t wait to go back!

Lovely villa but no place to get away from the bugs so dining outdoors is difficult. Although it is nice to have security on the property, it is a bit creepy that cameras are located in the backyard and therefore not much privacy. Kitchen was well equipped, lots of towels provided, comfortable beds, large bathrooms, large master closet, nice grounds, bbq worked great, great location, pool was cleaned every few days and the a/c was nice to have in every room!

This house is amazing. The home is beautiful and is stocked with EVERYTHING you will need. The location is perfect as well, 5 minutes to the palm beach area where all the shopping and restaurants are. When pulling up to the house at night it is beautifully lite up as well. But the best part of this property is the outdoor/pool area. There is sun all day long, a lot of other property’s are only sunny a few hours and then shady most of the day due to small backyards and houses right next to you. The covered outdoor patio is where we would eat lunch that we cooked on the bbq grill. The living room furniture is soooo comfortable and has usb ports too. There is also an alarm so it makes you feel safe when leaving the house that no one will break in and steal your stuff (not that it’s in a bad area, it’s not, it’s just nice to have!) The owners and property manager are super responsive and very nice. You will not be disappointed in this property!

My wife and I chose Aruba and this property for our honeymoon. Property was exactly as advertised. Owners very very prompt and welcoming with all communication, and the property managers took care of anything we requested in a fast abd courteous manner. Would definitely book with them again should our travel plans take us to Aruba again in the future. Excellent experience overall.

This property is set in a quiet little neighborhood close to everything. One of our favorite vacation rentals! The grounds are so pretty! The pool is awesome too! It felt very safe in this home. Arashi beach(5 min from house) was our favorite beach! Baby beach is also a sweet spot! Especially for snorkeling. Zeerovers for fresh fish was excellent! The communication between owner, Julie the property manager and us was good! Ty for helping to make this a positive experience!

The property owners, Paul & Sue were very helpful with making suggestions and answering questions. They have amazing taste as Villa Chuchubi is such a beautifully decorated home that met all of our vacationing needs. The pool was great and the showers were amazing! Julie, our property manager was also amazing and helped us with anything that we needed for our stay! We hope that we can return to Aruba and stay at Villa Chuchubi again in the future!

Neither of us had ever been to Aruba before, and we considered the resort/all-inclusive option, but we decided that a private home was the best option for us. I knew that the house was going to be nice based on the pictures, but I can tell you the pictures don’t do the house justice. First of all, the entire property is gated/fenced so it feels very private and secure which was nice. The property itself is gorgeous. The landscaping makes you feel like you have your own tropical paradise, the pool is beautiful, and there’s no shortage of really nice quality outdoor seating to choose from. You will see a lot of birds, lizards, geckos, and iguanas which we absolutely loved. The inside of the home is beautiful. The kitchen is really nice and is fully stocked with everything you’d need to prepare a meal. The living room furniture is so comfortable that we are going to try and find it locally so we can have it in our home. The bed is nice and cozy. The air conditioners in each room work nicely, but you also have the option to open up the home and enjoy the Aruban breeze. Every amenity that you need or want is provided for you (a washer and dryer, outdoor grill, coolers, beach chairs, floats, beach towels, hair dryer, etc.). Also, Julie, the property manager is wonderful and makes the check-in and check-out process very easy. Perfect Family Vacation
We had the most WONDERFUL time ❤️ the house was absolutely amazing. At night we enjoyed the family room and watched movies and ate popcorn. Also taught our oldest how to play dominoes. In the day ventured out to as many beaches as we could (all offering so many different things). But always wanting to come “home” and relax by the pool, take lazy naps, and walk around to see all the vendors around Palm. We met so many nice people (including house manager, Julie!!)
Our girls enjoyed watching the lizards on the patios, listening to the beautiful birds, and enjoying those trade winds.
We were so glad to be back in Aruba. This was our youngest first time there and our oldest 3rd time and both just adored the vacation. We made lots of amazing memories. Even went to Philips and the Butterfly garden 🦋.
Everything is in working order. Greatly appreciated the high chair and crib!! The master bath is gorgeous!! We even took pictures to one day redo ours to mimic it.
We couldn’t ask for a better home away from home.

Great house all around! Julie the manager is amazing and walked us through everything. House was meticulous as for cleaning and extremely comfortable all around. Minutes from the beach the the amazing grocery store… superfoods. The owners are amazing as for the original communication to check out!

We just returned from a wonderful Christmas week at Villa Chuchubi.
Our family of four had an amazing time and loved every minute we spent there. Sue and Paul have created an island oasis that was perfect for all our needs. From many, many hours relaxing alongside and floating in the pool, to evening grill-outs and family movie nights, we spent much of our time at the house enjoying everything it has to offer.
The extra special touch of arranging to have a Christmas tree set up for us (along with two thoughtful gifts) demonstrate just how caring Sue and Paul are. Really outstanding hosts! Communication from booking to departure was incredible. Messages sent were immediately returned, which was very much appreciated.
This was our third trip to Aruba and our first trip as a family in more than 2 years due to the pandemic. It was truly special for all of us to spend time together to be thankful for all we have and we couldn’t have asked for a better place to be with each other.

A Beautiful Villa and Amazing Stay!

Early Winter Getaway
