Our stay at this condo was awesome. Convenient to our favorite beach area. Comfortable place, clean, roomy, great views from the balcony, and secure. The hosts were great in providing details and made themselves available as needed. I would highly recommend!

Overlooking the ocean from the deck on the condo’s top floor was perfect for relaxing. Furniture and bedding were very comfortable. Nice decor throughout the unit. Location was central to shops, restaurants and the beach. The condo pool was relatively quiet and relaxing. Five women friends were all extremely happy with the entire experience.

From the very beginning - and mean before I ever made the reservation - Brischa was the epitome of what exemplary customer service should be. Even though the week we wanted was the ONLY week available for months, she agreed to hold it for 48 hours while I checked with the others in my party. And 24 hours later we reserved the property. From that point on I received answers to questions within an hour or two. Upon our arrival the fridge was stocked with margaritas, beer, juice, guacamole and salsa. A huge bowl of fresh fruit including mangos and pineapple accompanied by chips for the salsa and guacamole was on the kitchen island. And the view! A gorgeous view of the Pacific unobstructed from the 7th floor. The condo and the building itself had great security. At the end of our stay I realized as we were heading to the airport that I had left my iPad behind. She and Elaina, the housekeeper, did everything they could to locate it. I don’t think anyone can get a better place to stay or more proactive and customer focused owners than Brischa and Ted. Thank you, Brischa and Ted, for making our stay more than memorable!

This place is so beautifully decorated with outdoor views to match. Top floor penthouse overlooking the sunset every night. Very Clean and in a perfect location.
Ted And Brischa are just amazing hosts!
I highly recommend this outstanding condo right on the beach and the Malecon, Bars , restaurants, theaters, nightlife just steps away. I am so looking forward to planning our 3rd visit!!

Everything about this unit was amazing. The owners were very responsive to our messages and provided a ton of useful information prior to our arrival. When we arrived, the owner was waiting for us at the unit with fresh salsa, guacamole, and beers. The unit itself is beautiful and very well equipped. The unit is very large with a huge living room, dining room, and deck. As beautiful as the inside of this unit was, we spent the majority of our time on the deck looking out at the ocean. the view is absolutely breathtaking. I would definitely recommend this unit to anybody that I know.

This is an excellent place to stay when visiting PV with a group. The place was enormous and came with beverages flowers and some greeting snacks and fruit - and a complimentary bottle of champagne and water. The in-home laundry was a definite plus! You can see and hear the ocean from the balconies on the master suite and living room - which allowed for beautiful sunset viewing every night. Thanks Ted and Brischa for an excellent stay!

A spectacular place for my wife and me to gather with our family who no longer live close to us. Beautifully decorated, very spacious layout that provided privacy or togetherness as needed, coupled with a priceless view of the beach and bay 7 floors below. We enjoyed the beginning and ending our day on the balcony looking for whales as we sipped our morning coffee and our evening cocktail. We saw whales traveling together close to the shore on several occasions (maybe 300 yards away)!
As spectacular as the property was, the host was equally as impressive. It was extremely evident that they had put a lot of thought into all the little things necessary to create the best experience for their guests. The lighting in every room highlighted their decorations, the refrigerator came with refreshments and tastings of local favorites, coffee with accoutrements for varying tastes. We were greeted with fresh flowers along with some fresh fruit. No lugging of water. There was always a 5-gallon water cooler jug always available and some bagged ice in the freezer that lasted our stay. Every room had a box of tissues, that if ever emptied, would be replaced by the maid service. Again, not incredibly important, but a reflection on the attention to detail from the host. Another nicety were the over-sized beach towels that were provided making it easier to pack for the trip.
Lastly, the proximity to a multitude of local restaurants, shops and nightlife make it a perfect choice!

The team was wonderful and gave a lot of thought into the arrival experience. They had me at fresh quac and chips! The view is exceptional and across the street is our favorite beach club. There is also a taxi stand outside the front gate, super convenient! The penthouse has mini-splits for AC which made that humidity a bit easier to manage for a New Englander! Would absolutely consider for our next visit!

This is a very nice, clean, large, well-stocked condo right on the beach in the Zona Romantica area. There is an extensive private terrace; the owners are helpful and responsive. If this is the location that you’re looking for in PV, this is an excellent place to stay.

Perfect from the time we arrived. Ted met us with a much needed cold beer, fresh guacamole and salsa! Exceptional hosts with quick responses to any questions we had. The condo was spotless and true to the photos. The beds and other furnishings are all comfortable. Of course, being right on the beach, we spent most of our time on the balcony. We look forward to returning!

We were discussing a "May Long Weekend Trip" that quickly escalated into a 12 day trip and we were browsing VRBO to see what was available during that time frame. I came across this listing and showed it to my friends. We booked it on the spot.
The location and the accommodations were amazing. The hosts were inviting and accommodating to our needs. The building staff were helpful and kind.
It was a great place to start and end the day's adventures.

We (2 couples) were so excited to be visiting Puerto Vallarta for the first time. We did a TON of research prior to choosing our home base & we were all so pleased with this beautiful penthouse. From start to finish we truly could not have asked for a better experience.
The unit is modern and chic while still managing to be comfortable and practical. The terrace views are simply amazing, we enjoyed breakfast each morning and cocktails each evening there. The unit features comfortable beds and each bedroom with individual temperature control plus a safe and excellent WiFi. The master bedroom shower is one of a kind. We greatly appreciated the available beach chairs and umbrella, We also did Sapphire Beach Club one day and that was fun too.
The location can't be beat, steps to Los Muertos Beach and restaurants, groceries, pharmacy. We did our own street taco tour one night and the entire thing was no more than a 20 minute walk from the property. Cabs and Uber are easily accessible right at the front of the property, and the staff were so lovely and willing to help with anything.
Ted was so kind to greet us earlier than expected with fresh flowers, fruit, beer and snacks. The next morning we were delighted with the provided coffee, juices, half & half and bags of ice. Having a dishwasher and in unit laundry was very convenient throughout the week.
Honestly can't think of anything that would have made this a more enjoyable visit. We can't wait to return!

We have stayed in other penthouse condos before but this at One Beach Street tops them all. Greeted with beers and drag fruit and guacamole plus the rooms were amazing. The view, well, the best. Definitely going to stay here again. Ted and Brischa were great hosts and all the staff at One Brach Street were so friendly to us.

This condo was absolutely perfect for our family of 5. The oceanfront view from the balcony were stunning. At night time it was magical listing to the waves. The condo in itself was gorgeous, modern , and very comfortable. When you exit the garage your only steps away from the beachfront restaurants . Down the hill about a block and half there was a little grocery store where they had delicious burritos, prepared food and essentials. It’s a very busy area where there was always someone there to help you with directions and get a taxi. We always felt safe The check in process was very easy. Brischa and Ted they were very easy to get a hold of if I had any questions or concerns. I almost forgot to mention at night we had front row seats to the fireworks it was amazing. I definitely recommend this condo and will be returning again. Hopefully sooner than later. Thank you Ted and Brischa

The property is as advertised: beautiful, spacious, and comfortable. The ocean view from the master bedroom balcony and the main balcony is magnificent. Everything of interest to my group - beach, a variety of restaurants and shopping areas - is within walking distance. For those who prefer not to walk up and down hills from the shopping areas to enter the front, the building can be reached and entered on the rear side by walking on level ground on the beach side of the building. The building staff are gracious and accommodating as are the owners. The owners greeted us on arrival and had prepared drinks, fresh pico de gallo (salsa), guacamole and chips, and fruit. My wife and I have stayed in 7 different locations in PV and rank this one at the top. My group of 4 adults and two adolescents had a great time.

This is a very spacious 3 bedroom 3 bath place that is very nice. And the location is ideal if you are want to be near Los Muertos beach (which we did). The owner was super responsive to the couple of questions we had. A very good value and I plan to rent it again next year.

This condo is conveniently located within walking distance of everything you could need! Restaurants, spas, grocery store, bars, etc! The building is very secure and everyone that works there is very nice! I knew the trip would be wonderful when Ted greeted us with chips, guac, milk, beer, and a huge fruit platter. It was a much-welcomed gesture so that we could enjoy ourselves and didn't have to get groceries right away. There was bottled water there as well as coffee and pantry staples. We saw dolphins and whales off our balcony almost daily. It was a wonderful stay!

This condo is in a great location. Steps away from the beach and a short walk into town. Ted and Brishca are great hosts and very accessible when needed. Ted met us at the condo with cold beer and fresh guacamole and chips. We had 5 people and felt like we had plenty of space. We definitely recommend this place for a relaxing vacation in beautiful Puerto Vallarta!!

If you are looking for somewhere to stay that you can walk to beach, restaurants, bars, farmers market then this is the place for you.. Minutes to beach and amazing views from the deck. The owner was responsive to all our needs and we have an unbelievable vacation. We can't wait to return next year.

What a lovely relaxing penthouse property in Amapas. Well stocked kitchen let us explore the local markets in Zona Romántica with ease. Balcony whirlpool made for zen evenings. Bay views and coffee made for great mornings. 3 minute walk to the beach.
Three well equipped bedrooms. Linens, beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels, awesome showers. Master double shower with beach view is unlike anything we’ve seen in PV in all our years visiting Amapas.
And!!! The host, Ted, personally greeted us, walked through the unit, and had cerveza, guac, salsa, chips, fresh flowers. A very warm welcome to a holiday. Highly recommend.

My husband and I just returned from PV and are still talking about how much we loved this condo. The pictures are accurate - the place is large, beautifully appointed and super comfortable. Right on the beach and just a quick stroll to all that the Zona Romatica has to offer. Want a bit of adventure? The parasail people were on the beach in front of the condo. Step outside the front of the condo and have a taxi in less than 1 minute. We paid approx. $5 for just about any ride we took. Cute little grocery store one block away and beach resturants just steps from the condo.
Brischa and Ted even had snacks ready for us upon arrival. We never had any problems while there so no need to contact them, but I will say that the condo staff we so warm and welcoming that they made us feel right at home. Do yourself a favor. If you're heading to PV - book this place.
