Dieses 3 Schlafzimmer / 2 Badezimmer Haus befindet sich direkt gegenüber vom Strand! Sie können den Sonnenaufgang vom Vorgarten aus sehen oder über die Straße gehen und ihn am wunderschönen Sandstrand beobachten. Das Haus wurde komplett renoviert. Alles ist hell und neu mit einem sehr "beachy" Gefühl. Alle 3 Schlafzimmer haben Kingsize-Betten, Flachbildfernseher und Deckenventilatoren. Das Florida-Zimmer verfügt über ein Ledersofa mit einem Queensize-Bett und einer Pillow-Top-Matratze sowie einen 55-Zoll-Flachbildfernseher mit einem Blue Ray-Player, auf dem Sie Ihr Netflix oder einen anderen Online-Streaming-Dienst nutzen können. Dieses Zimmer hat auch Sichtschutzvorhänge, die es in ein viertes Schlafzimmer verwandeln, mit Zugang zum Pool zum Booten! The property is a well maintained home at the end of a dead end right next to a path to Atlantic Avenue. The house was secure and extremely comfortable. We loved the pool and the ease of access to shops and the beach. Everything was in place and available for your use. You used what was there and replaced what you used. It was your own piece of Daytona Beach Shores. The host was very knowledgeable and responsive to every concern I posed! It was a terrific experience for me and the family!

Love, love this location. We walked in and tried to rebook for next year right away. We visit Daytona every year. The location was perfect. The home had absolutely everything you could possibly need. The only advice I could offer if you’re an early bird do not take the master, the bedroom doors have limited privacy with bi-fold doors, and is right off the living room. If you’re not a fan of firm mattresses bring a mattress pad. The backyard is fenced in and was great for my grandson to have some freedom to run and play. The pool area was a great size for a family of 7. We didn’t even go out to eat the kitchen was so enjoyable to cook in. Gas Grill was great addition. With outdoors dining table and chairs with lots of extra seating, the lounge chairs were a perfect way to spend all the day. Lisa was one of the best hosts we have ever had. Not only did her rental live up to and surpass our every expectation. She found us a place to park our trailer the week before when my father, brother and myself were in Daytona for Bike Week. I could not say enough thank you’s. But here’s one more Lisa. Thank you for your amazing hospitality.

This property was clean, cozy and efficient! Everything we could possibly need for our stay was available, beach towels, nice outside patio with seating. The bedrooms were spacious, and all had comfortable king beds. This listing will definitely be added to our favorites!

The house was nice and newly renovated. Some minor work still needs to be done but didn’t change experience. Only able to use pool twice because weather was cooler and the heater was only on for a timed 8 hours with no solar cover to help prevent heat loss so it took most of the day to get to 80+. Everyone said they had a good time and would stay there again.

There are plenty of towels for the pool and an ample supply of chairs and pool floats.
The beach is just a short walk away.
We stocked up at the nearby grocery store and prepared almost every meal at the house using the kitchen stove or gas BBQ grill.

The house was beautiful and so well equipped. We actually brought more than needed. The pool and yard was so nice. The neighborhood was so quiet and the neighbors were very nice. Be careful of the lower back yard we had a few prickly weeds get stuck in our feet but no big deal. Would definitely recommend 100%.

Loved this House and description was perfect. Extras like beach towels and supplies appreciated. Only issue, which we were told in advance about, was Hurricane destroyed beach access. If there are mobility issues cannot make it up and down the sand dune. We did drive onto a beach which was better for one member of our party. Will rent again.

What a perfect home in a great location! Owner was very responsive and helpful during booking along with checking in. Home was extremely clean and comfortable. Loved the single story layout with use of the garage for our motorcycles and perfect parking for our truck and trailer on a dead end street. The backyard and pool area are huge! Loved being able to walk across the street to the beach. The house had everything we needed as far as amenities. Plenty of towels, linens, outdoor seating, beach toys/wagon, beach towels,etc.
Six adults (3 couples) stayed very comfortably in this 3 bedroom, 2 bath home. We will definitely consider staying here again! Thank you Lisa, you have a very lovely home and we enjoyed our week there!

Mother Nature decided she was gonna throw the coldest temps that Daytona has seen in over 30 years during our stay. Got down into the 20’s a couple nights. Other then that, our stay was very enjoyable. The pool was heated which helped. The kitchen had every pan and utensil you could need. We cooked several meals. To get to the beach, you had to walk up to the Van St public beach access. Every other path was destroyed by the hurricane. There’s a ton of work to be done to restore all the oceanfront properties. Publix is just a block or two away. No major complaints about the house. It’s very clean and spacious. Last house on a dead end road so very quiet and no traffic to worry about.

Lovely villa. Couldn’t be closer to the beach if you tried !!! Everything you could think of in the house. Very comfortable spacious and a lovely pool !! The owner couldn’t be more helpful and responded to any query very quickly, even with the time difference in England ! Would highly recommend a visit !!!

We loved this property. The house was nice and clean. It's close enough to the beach to walk. There's a ton of beach toys, beach cart and umbrellas. Private pool and garage parking and at the end of a private street. We had a few minor hic ups during the stay. Owner responded very quickly and had the problems fixed right away. Would stay here again!

When we arrived in town we went to the store to buy food for the next few days. We stocked up the refrigerator in the house.
Several hours later, shortly after midnight, we discovered the fridge was not cooling adequately. (Temp was 50 degrees) Fortunately, there was a second fridge in the garage that worked just fine. The next morning when we contacted the owners they were very responsive. Since it was a holiday weekend the owners could not quickly get in touch with a repairman. We told the owner not to worry about it until we checked out because the garage fridge would suffice.
This is a nice house with a good location. It was nice having the pool in the backyard.
We have already booked the house for next year.

Had a great time, loved the pool and beach, just didn’t like having to cross 4 lane busy road to get to beach, drove most of time to park that was very close. Should schedule pool cleaning after lawn mowing, pool was cleaned one day then lawn mowed next, pool got a lot of grass in it. Nice location to walk to places.

Great family vacation spot!
This is our 2nd year renting here with our family (2 kids 2.5 and 2 months old) and our friends & their kids (4 and 7). It’s the perfect location, right across the beach and a pool for the kids and adults to hang out in! Highly recommend this for anyone coming to the area!

Days by the private pool were accented by days on the beach ( just across the street). Restaurants, amenities (groceries, spirits, beachwear) are within walking distance. Everything we needed was there such as a beach wagon fully furnished ready to go, towels, plastic wear, etc, etc. Absolutely seamless. Thank you Lisa.

This house is beautiful and spacious. It is well equipped with everything you need! Just bring your clothes and your groceries! The beach is an easy walk right across the street and the pool was fun and refreshing! I cannot say enough about the house or the host. The property is across the street from the beach. Beach access to drive onto the beach )if you have a 4x4 vehicle) is also right across the street. So convenient for my family. There were 7 of us & we fit comfortably in the house. Restaurants & grocery store (Publix) were located near the property as well.

This listing was perfect for our family vacation of 8 people (6 adults, 2 kiddos) The location is perfect! Easy, short walk to the beach, just across the road, or if you’d rather drive, there is also a drive on access right across the road! The house was well stocked with everything you could ever need! There was even extra beach chairs, toys, wagons, coolers etc! We all enjoyed the pool so much! The host, Lisa, was a pleasure to deal with, as well! We will definitely be booking this rental again! 10/10 recommend!! ⭐️

Very nice home and location was great. Beach access is close and walkable with small children. The kitchen was well stocked...the best we have had in a rental. Plenty of beach towels and sand toys for the kids. There was also plenty of pool floats available. We would stay here again!
