Great House! I wanted separate bedrooms for all my siblings and I require sleep. Beds and pillows were perfectly comfortable. Everything was CLEAN. Things were easy and we had fun in the hot tub, and got a great family photo around the pool. Had 2 nights of fun at the River Walk. The price was very worth the comfort, ease, fun, and happy memories made w family.

Property is 20 minutes from the base and is easy to get to the hwy, shopping, and attraction. The house was able to accommodate a low key lunch and relax with our graduate. Highly recommend for a laid back stay.

This house!!! By far the best Vrbo rental we have come across and we rent often. We had all ages from 11 months to 73 years old. There was plenty of room and beds for our large group of 15. I really appreciated the cleanliness, easy check in/check out, quick responses from owner and the fact that there were all the little things extra- enough toilet paper, paper towels, extra trash bags, laundry pods, etc. These small acts of kindness and thoughtfulness having these items at your disposal was greatly appreciated. We loved this home and will definitely rent again if we can manage to get all the family together again for another trip. Thank you for sharing your home!

The house was absolutely gorgeous! It was a perfect oasis to hang out between our friend’s wedding activities for the weekend with fantastic amenities. Getting into the house was a breeze. The beds were all very comfortable. The pool and hot tub provided a lot of enjoyment.

This home was perfect for 8 ladies on a golf vacation. We didn't take advantage of the pool but would have loved to. Jose was available for our questions and the who experience was top notch.

We had a mini-reunion for our 50th wedding anniversary here. It is a quiet neighborhood. We have 6 grandkids, ages 13-19. They thoroughly enjoyed the game room. The games, although dated, seemed so much more fun than being on their phones. We did have to buy an HDMI cord for the Nintendo, but that was no biggie. They spent several hours in the beautiful pool. Neighbor's dog did get a little excited when kids were in the pool, but calmed down soon enough. There were towels galore throughout the house and I can't say enough about the cleanliness. It was immaculate and we cooked a couple of meals with no problems or need to go get condiments. The coffee bar was fully stocked. There was plenty of room for all 11 of us. Everyone was able to 'retreat to their quarters' when it was time to shut things down. We didn't have enough time to enjoy the balcony from the master bdrm upstairs, but we will stay longer on our next visit and do so. There were many extra 'touches' to make us feel at home, like the large hammock in the back yard, and we appreciated each one.

Very comfortable, very clean. The back yard/pool/hot tub was the icing on the cake. A perfect place for my family and friends to stay during my grandson graduation from BMT at Lackland AFB The host was gracious and accommodating. The neighbors dog did bark every so often but it was not all the time and only for brief intervals. It did not impact our experience.

The family got together to celebrate 85 years of a devoted, generous Patriarch. The young ones enjoyed the pool.

My family of 11 stayed for the week. There was plenty of room to be all together or have some privacy. All the rooms were comfortable. The house stayed cool in the crazy 100+ heat. The pool was amazing. We were close to shopping,dining, and the things to do were many!. Minutes from the airport.

The house was very nice. The house was clean and in a good location to downtown and everything we wanted to do. The pool was so much fun too. We really liked having a washer and dryer in the house to do our laundry so we didnt have a bunch to do when we got back home. The beds were comfy and the AC kept us all comfortable in the Texas heat. The only complaint is that there werent enought bath towels and wash cloths for all 12 of us to have one each. Would recommend and will definitely use again! Thank you!

Very spacious, plenty of rooms for the whole family. Pool is beautifully decorated. And a putting green for the little ones!! Way better than a hotel!

The location was great as far as being downtown within 20 minutes. It’s easy to get to. It’s close to grocery stores and Walmart. If we had one complaint, that is the next door neighbor’s dog. It barked a lot. We realize this is a residential neighborhood but it made it hard to even be outside in the backyard as it barked all the time.

We enjoyed our stay. Lots of room. We had 15 in our group & it was perfect size. Pool & hot tub was nice except the weather was not cooperative. The only thing I felt we needed more of was towels. There were not enough for 15 people. The kitchen was nice with everything there needed for cooking. It was close to all the places we planned to see. We had an enjoyable time staying there.

The accommodations were perfect for our family of 12! Everything was very clean and comfortable. Property manager responded quickly to questions.

We had a great time. The location was only 15 min from the city. We had plenty of room for guests.

The house was nice and had plenty of beds. Whenever I had a question I received an answer very quickly which was very nice! I would stay here again.

The rules of the house were not listed before booking. When we got to the home we were informed we couldn't swim after 10pm and no noise after 9 or we would be kicked out of the house. Also there were Nats and cockroaches when we said something about the roaches we were informed its because it was hot outside the reason they were coming inside. Also bees were everywhere around the pool. And the house upstairs was very hot even with the ac turned to 70 which is the lowest it could go. The master bathroom smelled badly of urine as soon as we checked into the house.

We truly enjoyed our family vacation to San Antonio last fall! We took our two grown children and their families with children ranging in age from 10 years to 18 months. It was conveniently located to all of the attractions we wanted to see and was situated in a lively neighborhood. There was plenty of space for all of us, with lots of amenities including a pool, bbq grill, upstairs deck, and more. We had a wonderful time!

Jose messaged us asking if they can come to the house to replace the grill and measure a filter the next day. I was home alone when he arrived and I heard someone come in and go upstairs. I assumed that they measured the filter and I heard them go back downstairs. About 15 min later I went downstairs and walk into the dining room to find multiple men in my grand mothers room. After I said hello to them multiple times, one of them finally talked to me and let me know he was the owner, Jose. He said that “chloe, told me it was okay if we came in and measured windows” I told him it was fine and went back upstairs because I was very uncomfortable by the fact that there were multiple men in the house when I expected A singular handy man to be in to take a “quick measurement.” It is not acceptable for a rental home host to come into the home without accurate notification. If it was going to be 3-4 men measuring a window and the ac filter, that should have been exactly what was messaged to me. To make matters worse, as I am laying upstairs trying to rest because I have food poisoning, I start hearing the sound of power washing against my window. We were NEVER told about any sort of power washing happening. An hour later, the rest of my family arrived home to find both driveways completely blocked, so they had to park on the street and drag 8 children into the house around more random men, water hoses, and water spraying everywhere after the rules explicitly tell us that we cannot park on the street. Kids needed to nap because they were at the river walk all day and as soon as they all get to sleep, the power washers woke them up by spraying the windows. About that time, we realized that the smell from chemicals gave everyone that was up there a headache. The power washing lasted at least 4 hours and was so frustrating as we had whiny children, sick people, and the rest were simply trying to relax as someone would on vacation. This was just such a negative experience that I cannot even begin to fathom. None of this should have been done when there are clients IN the home. If there are multiple maintenance items need to be done, it needs to be blocked off on your schedule or done in between checkins. We have stayed at so many large rental homes and I can stay with certainty that this was the worst experience we have ever had with a home. The house is so beautiful, so it is so hard to leave this review, but everything bad won’t even fit.

This is a great house to rent. Fantastic location, close to everything we wanted to go to. Nice pool and hot tub. Plenty of room in the house.

We did have a few injuries with the step downs but otherwise a great place.

Our group was 7 adult guys and was for 4 days / 3 night stay where we mostly were golfing during the day. The location of the property was very convenient for us; although the neighborhood and home are mature like the rest of us. Sleeping arrangements worked well for us. Well equipped kitchen including some basic supplies (seasonings, coffee with sweeteners, papertowels, paper plates, etc.). We were told the TVs and internet service provider were new and experienced some difficulty with the remotes (probably need some basic programming) and access point security (the booked had the old internet provider security information). All of this was quickly corrected with a very responsive property manager (he doesn't own the property). Good stay and I think you wouldn't be disappointed.

HOME HAD PLENTY OF ROOM, POOL WAS XGREAT AND WAS WITHIN 20 MINUTES OF EVERYTHING WE WANTED TO DO. WOULD BOOK AGAIN
