Die Residenz verfügt über 4 Schlafzimmer und 4 Badezimmer und befindet sich 8 km (9 Minuten) von der Innenstadt von Durango und 54 km (40 Minuten) vom Skigebiet Purgatory und nur 5 Minuten vom kürzlich eröffneten Lake Nighthorse entfernt.

Spacious and comfortable home for our group of seven. Everyone enjoyed the hot tub, ping pong, and arcade games. Coffee in the morning on the patio was perfection! Plenty of comfortable seating for everyone. Bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious and very comfortable. Only negative was the noisy plumbing that sounded like there was air in the pipes. We chose to drink bottled water because of the "salty" taste of the treated water.

House was clean and worked great for our family of 8. The house doesn’t have “whole house AC” but the bedrooms stayed nice and cool with AC units in each bedroom. Even though it was warm a few days, the house cools off nicely with the windows open. Overall, the house was clean and we enjoyed the grill, hot tub and fire-pit. We would definitely stay here again when we come back to Durango.

The home is in a great remote quiet setting. Hot tub & stargazing was wonderful! However, the home would be "luxury" with maintenance/modifications.
The garage entry sewer odor from the water treatment system was overwhelming! The kitchen pull-out faucet head was broken and sprayed wildly all around when used. The oven lower drawer was unable to be opened. The fridge ice maker was turned off. Notified the host who advised us we could turn on the ice maker and sent a tech who fixed the drawer but not the faucet! We used duct-tape to make the faucet “functional!” Lastly, the massive air sputtering and pressure extremes in the kitchen also applied to the water system throughout the house. Every sink, toilet and shower produced obnoxious loud sputtering/pressure changes throughout our multi-day stay!
Suggestions: Address the water system air! Vent the garage water system or re-locate it. Add low lighting to hot tub area as 2 guests fell at the rock step. Have property management address issues before renter arrival: duct-taped broken window in the living room, refrigerator light was a strobe light, ice maker made about a cup of ice/day, master bath towel ring fell off the wall, a 3' piece of chair-rail was hanging down in the dining room. Advise renters ACs are portable and will need to be put in windows. Get rid of the black Mr Coffee coffee maker as it ruined 2 pots of coffee using two different types of filters.
Would recommend if issues addressed!

Had all the essentials and the upstairs bedrooms were very insulated from the downstairs noise so it was great for a napping toddler. Would give 5 stars but the hot tub didn’t get hot. Management was very kind and applied a discount to our stay. Would definitely stay again!

What an incredible experience renting this property. The communication throughout the entire rental process, as well as the stay, was top notch. The house was very clean, had an enormous amount of room, and convenient to Durango. The area that the house was in was very quiet, and far enough away from the other houses to make us feel secluded. We will definitely be coming back to this spot!! I highly recommend this property!!

We had a family wedding in Durango so we stayed for three nights. We had a mix of ages ranging from 12-76 and the house was perfect for everyone. The kids enjoyed the video game and hot tub and there was plenty of space inside and outside the house for the adults to relax and hangout. I appreciated that fact that there were four full bathrooms so getting ready for the wedding was easy.
Lastly, when we checked in we had a problem with the Wi-Fi. I called to report the problem and got a call back within 3 minutes. Just nice to know if you do have an issue, you get a response right away

Great house! A bit further from town than mentioned but beautiful property. Only issues was internet was poor when trying to book restaurants etc. Broken tile in master shower and shower pressure was low or shooting out sparingly. Overall great for our family and the most comfortable beds ever!

The house was perfectly situated. Big enough for 7 people. The heated floors were great and made the house warm enough without being stuffy. The house was remote enough to sled quietly on the street yet close enough to town for your every need. Communication with the manager was great and the entire team answered all our questions even on NYE. The only problem was the internet.. Don’t count on having internet access or being able to hot spot through your cell phone. Great stay!

6 adults and 5 children, ages 2 to 6, and we had a great stay. The layout was perfect and gave plenty of room to spread out. Hot tub was amazing! We got a huge snow dump while staying and had the power go out. Found out the next day that the power line in the neighborhood was hit by a vehicle and impacted power outage throughout that area. The vacation management was quick to respond to our questions and concerns. We had a great experience and would consider using this property again. Just a reminder: If there is a big snow, 4 wheel drive or chains are a MUST!

Beautiful home with smelly water. This house was great for sleeping my big family. It was so nice that everyone had there own bathroom! Great outdoor fire pit and extra games like ping pong table and more. The only negative is the water smells like rotten eggs. I would still recommend the house to everyone!

The house was very nice and in a good location. Property manager was very accessible and quick to answer issues and questions. Only two problems with the home that renters need to know about in our opinion. We understand that area well water is sometimes influenced by the hot springs in the region. That being said, the water was extremely smelly and not in a good way. The property manager sent out someone to fix the problem the day after we arrived, but it didn't fix it. Not sure what the answer is but it definitely needs to be addressed. Also the internet was VERY unreliable, so not a good place to be if you need reliable network for working while on vacation. MT

- outdoor furniture was worn out, threadbare, and useless
- there was a forest of weeds surrounding the house and growing in the patio area
- construction debris, lumber, pallets, littered the property

With 4 bathrooms, our 6 adults and 5 kids were easily accommodated There was a nice area with games and tv upstairs for the kids to hang out. There was also a ping pong table, and bags games in the garage which we had a lot of fun playing. We did have a couple of small problems, which we reported to the management company, They promptly came out and resolved them. My grandchildren were looking for the hammock they said was supposed to be there and we didn’t find that, but they did have a new hot tub, which was not yet hooked up, so future renters will be able to enjoy that. It was a short trip into Durango and there was lots to see and do in the area. We had an enjoyable stay!

This house was great for what we needed. Our daughter was getting married in Durango and we needed a place that was comfortable for the rest of the family to stay in. It slept 10 comfortably and had plenty of seating at meal times. The kids enjoyed the ping pong table and we all liked the availability of a fire pit for fires at night, and the hammock outside was very comfortable. The home was in good condition and was clean. My only complaint with this house, is that the water smells like sulfur when showering/bathing, and I wish it was just a little bit closer to Durango. We would stay here again in a heartbeat :)

Loved our Thanksgiving at Oak Road! The open layout downstairs was great with some of us cooking, some playing games, and some of us hanging out. The kitchen dishes and pots were the best I've ever seen in a rental. We felt secluded yet were close to town - I highly recommend this rental to anyone staying in Durango!

The 4 BDR/ 4 BA rental worked perfectly for our family, with 3 adult children and 2 grandchildren everyone had their privacy. The house was in "like new" condition, finished with upper end materials and appears professionally decorated. The world cup was on at the time and my husband really appreciated that someone had thought to record it and there was even a box of children's toys and books in the upper living room (our grandchildren were happy about that) and we were happy that the grand children had their own place to play. Located in Wild Cat Canyon, minutes to Durango yet very private and woodsy. We saw deer walk by our window in the morning. The one problem we had was with the reverse osmosis system and it was fixed right away, we were very pleased with the customer service. Our adult children had activities planned for each day and we didn't make it through the list, so we'll have to return someday. The only suggestion I would make is a sun shade cover for the patio latilla. I would recommend this property, it was great!

The property was rented for wedding guests. It is well-maintained and spacious for five couples that were visiting from out-of-town. All arrangements through the management company were easy and friendly. Close to Durango (10 minutes), but in a quiet woodland setting. All included amenities and great value made this a perfect choice over hotels.

This house was more than we could have ever asked for - all the rooms were large and exactly as described. Everything in the house was very clean. Property management representative was wonderful - we had checked into a different property that was not acceptable and when we contacted the property management rep, she was able to move us to this property, it was perfect!!

We had a wonderful family gathering with 6 adults and 3 children (ages 9, 6, & 4). This home was perfect for our group. It was especially nice having 3 king beds since it provided plenty of space if a little one got scared during the night and climbed in bed with parents. The property was clean, kitchen well equipped and plenty of room for all. The outdoor area with the grill and fire pit was a hit. The little girls had lots of room to explore and spent lots of time playing make believe on the grounds. Customer service was professional and helpful. We were constantly busy with area activities and we especially enjoyed the kayaking and paddle boarding on Lake Nighthorse, as well as traveling up north for hikes and activities at Purgatory.i

We had a wonderful time staying in this home. It is very nice, decently spacious for two families, and well decorated. We spent much of our time at the home relaxing while our kids played outside. The kitchen was great for cooking meals and we loved sitting at the outdoor table to eat. At night the kids watched movies in the upstairs media area while the adults sat outside under the stars, it's a great set-up! The house is far enough from neighbors that you can't see another house from the backyard, it's very private. The beds were all very comfortable, bathrooms all very nice, and along with the ping pong table there were also a couple yard games we set up and enjoyed. Our contact for the home was very responsive and helpful too. Highly recommend!!

We much enjoyed our stay on Oak Road. The home is in excellent condition and very comfortable, it has good privately while being conveniently located. We grilled at night, sat by the fire pit gazing at stars and satillites passing in the night sky

What a wonderful experience! We had such a great time at the oak house. Everything we needed in one spot. We love the location of this house! It had all the beautiful scenery, day and night. We saw a few bucks in the morning and all the stars in the sky at night. The rental had everything we needed, even reverse osmosis water! The kitchen had all the kitchen appliances, which was very nice for our 5 day stay. King size beds, direct tv, and even extra beddings! The owners went above and beyond to ensure we had a great time! We definitely recommend this property and look forward to more stays at this location! Thank you for the wonderful time!
