The property is in a good location just a few miles from downtown. The local area has some great new places to try out for coffee and brews. Chris is a great host and tried to cover all the areas that guests might need. If there was an issue he was accessible via text. The decor is very fun and if music is your vibe its like a museum with many different items to catch the eye and the imagination. Thanks, Chris. This property did not dissapoint, Exactly as appears & clean. Location was 5 minute uber to Broadway. The 3 levels of stairs was tough after a long day of walking & drinking but it didn't stop us. Perfect for 6 ppl w/ private en suites. Nice terrace for playing corn hole and chillaxin. The only thing I would suggest would be more dresser space for stays longer than a weekend so that we could've unpacked suitcases. Chris provides a welcoming home and all the necessary amenities. Thank you for your hospitality, we would highly recommend this property. Thank you!

We stayed here for a long weekend and it was a perfect fit for 3 couples. It had everything we needed and was so roomy. The furniture, including the beds were very comfortable. This does have 3 stories, so if stairs are a challenge, be aware of that. I loved the natural light coming from all the big windows. Great place!

Private Bedrooms for 3 couples. Conveniently located to Uber anywhere. A few good spots to walk to. We would stay here again. Cool decor.

Loved having king beds (in 2 of the rooms) and that each room had its own bathroom. Great for different couples traveling together. Close to 2 cute coffee shops. Chris gave great suggestions for the area and things to do. We had a great time.

Beautiful 3 story townhome in East Nashville. There’s a new brewery just across the street that we loved visiting during our stay. Uber/Lyfts got us anywhere we wanted to go in 15 minutes or less - very convenient location! Highly recommend this place for groups wanting to explore Nashville without being in the hustle and bustle. Chris was so nice and easy to work with!

Had an excellent experience. Place was clean, comfortable and just as described. Three couples, had plenty of space and loved that we each had our own room and bathroom. Location was a quick Lyft or Uber to Broadway, Grand Ole Opry and several fantastic restaurants. Excellent communication with Owner. Don’t pass this one up!

Property is clean, VERY comfortable, well-equipped, good location. Chris gave lots of helpful information and suggestions of places to go.. Having garage, extra parking was great. Perfect floor plan for our group of 3 couples. Definitely would choose to stay here again. Loved it!

Great layout for my family with 3 bedrooms. We all had privacy. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cooking utensils. Very nice decor. Great location!

One of the best rental properties I've stayed in! Don't pass this place up! Close to everything! A fabulous host! The only bad thing, you may find it hard to leave!

Chris' property was perfect for 6 adults spending a long weekend in Nashville. The townhome is just as pictured and has a great Nashville vibe. The decor is fantastic and all of the rooms were very comfortable. There are a lot of stairs so it might not be perfect for someone with mobility issues. Everything was clean and in good condition. We had no problems getting Lyft to take us where we needed to go and nothing was very far away. I highly recommend this property and would definitely stay here again.

Everything was clean, very easy to follow instructions, great for hanging out and playing cards and also great location close to the airport and broadway strip

We had a great time and felt like we were pretty close to all of the things we did when visiting Nashville. Broadway, The Ryman, all the recommended food places, and more! The house was very clean and modernized. We went with 6 guests and each couple had their own room. It was a family trip, my parents stayed on the bottom floor, and the other 2 couples were on the second floor. Main entertaining area/kitchen were all on the top floor and that worked out well for us that stayed up late and could retreat downstairs when done for the night. The recommendations for restaurants were all spot on. We did "5th and Talyor", Merchant, Hattie B's (Hot chicken must for heat seakers), Biscuit Love, and a few others. All were EXCELLENT! My only recommendation would be that the master bedroom should add a dresser to unpack clothes into. All the other rooms had space for that; however we had to 'live out of our suitecase' in the master bedroom as there were not any available drawers for our stuff. A very minor inconvenience and as I said - we loved the place and neighborhood. Thanks for sharing your place!

Very easy check in and check out. A ton of space for all who stayed in the 3 bed, 3.5 bath house. Location allows you to access the city easily via a cheap Uber. Not far from the airport as well. Chris provided great recommendations and was very accommodating as well!

This condo is beautiful, spotless, and the owner was extremely communicative and responsive. It was an ideal property for three couples to spend a long weekend celebrating a 50th birthday. We took the owner’s advice and visited a few nearby restaurants; great neighborhood, and also easy access to Broadway and downtown.
