Haus hat 10 Meter Sichtschutzwand, Schritte von der Terrasse bringen Sie direkt zum Strand. Die gesamte Rückseite des Hauses ist zum Meer ausgerichtet und mit einem Deck versehen. Gäste genießen 160 Meter lineare Ozeanfront.

Our family had an AMAZING time in the Bahamas. I wasn’t sure how it was going to work out because it was so many of us in one house. We had the BEST time. The house was big and accommodated my family well. We were not on top of each other and we had the big living room and dining table to share meals together. Shenque was the house manager and she was absolutely AMAZING!!! She helped us navigate most of our trip. She was truly a godsend!!! I had a chef to cook for us on our final night and Chef Bevens’ food was soooooooo good!!! My entire family LOVED the food. I highly recommend this place. It served my family well!!!

What an incredible location for a weekend stay in Nassau. We were centrally located between Baha Mar and downtown Nassau. Sonal was also an incredible host. Thanks for a great time!

The home was very spacious and was able to accommodate our large party of 16 comfortably. The property manager was superb and very attentive to all of our needs. Would definitely stay there again.

We had a family reunion stay here total of 12 people. The house needs updating but was large and roomy for us all and everyone was comfortable. The hot tub wasn’t working but Shenque got right on it and it was quickly fixed. The only thing was we thought we would have our own little beach area but there was none at all. That may have been due to the time of year.

A truly wonderful stay at a beautiful home! AMAZING views, spacious home with plenty of amenities. Centrally located but definitely a busy area on the island. The home provides plenty of privacy, including multiple entertainment areas.
Shenique, the Propery Manager, was both highly accommodating and responsive.
The recommended Private Chef (Chef Bevan) was great and prepared meals for two nights and they were truly culinary delights.
Please note that the recommended Private charter (Captain Eugene) was not reliable, but Shenique helped turn lemons into lemonade and assisted with other options.
Will definitely reserve this home again!

I stayed here with a party of 10. There was plenty of room, the home was very spacious. Everything was spotless upon arrival and the check-in process was easy.
Shenque, the property manager was amazing. She explained and showed me where everything was and how to operate certain things within the home as well.
The location is perfect as it was not too far from everything we wanted to do and everywhere we wanted to go.
I'd definitely recommend and book again if I have the opportunity.

the views are insane! the house fit 11 of us comfortably. everyone was so nice and helpful- from the owner to the house manager to the vendors they recommended (chef, driver, etc).

The view is spectacular, it is not child friendly.
The property needs TLC, with some fixes it would be much better.
The only nice bedroom is the master bedroom.
Although you pay for extra guest, extra towels had to be requested. The staff manager was very nice and tried to accommodate the best possible.
There is fine cracks in the walls, the whole place needs to be painted, the furniture is very old. The gate at the stair that lead to the ocean is missing (extremely dangerous for children) the dishwasher has rusty racks…
Leaving the property is a nightmare due to a very busy road, although the location is good.

We had a crew of 18 girls stay in this house over a long weekend for a bachelorette trip, and this house surpassed all expectations! There was so much room for all of us to hang out together, whether in the living/dining room or outside by the pool. The house was clean, we had hot water, and the view was absolutely immaculate. Sonal, the host, was responsive and took great care of us and our needs, and also provided some great local recommendations.

The stay we had was fantastic!
The house was clean, felt very safe, plenty of space in the house (we had 17 people), the pool and yard gave us a lot to do while hanging out, and the view of the sunsets off the water were unbelievable. A surplus of taxis around the island make it extremely easy to get around.
Sonal (the host) was extremely helpful and extremely responsive as we prepared for our trip and had questions about how best to spend our time.
I would recommend this location to anyone looking to stay in Nassau!

This home is located right on the coast on West Bay St. near the public Saunders Beach. It is between Baha Mar and Atlantis, closer to Baha Mar. The home has a incredible views from the living room, dining room, kitchem and Master. The pool and the hot tub were a perfect for the 7 kids we had with us. The road is on a busy road, but it actually is beneficial to reflag down a bud or a taxi. I would not rent a car. Easy walk to a gas station and the public beach. Easy to get a cab to and from the Baha Mar casino. Sonal was easy to speak with for information before our stay and Shenique is the local home attendant that is very responsive to any need. Make sure you negotiate your taxi fare before getting in the taxi. You can expect $3-5 per person. This home was a perfect spot for our spring break vacation.

Beautiful home! We really enjoyed our stay with children and grandchildren. The pool and hot tub were a hit. We also enjoyed going down the steps to the ocean, and that the rocks don’t hurt your feet and there is sand to walk on. The ocean being swimmable there (waves were often calm) was a bonus! Kitchen was reasonably equipped for making meals for our group. Having a washer & dryer was a plus with our little ones.

House exceeded expectations. 3 bedrooms with en suite baths, 2 bedrooms with shared hall bath. We had a family group of 16 people from 1-74 yrs old. Property manager was extremely helpful. Generator supported entire house when power went off with out any limitations.
House is slightly dated , (a few exterior doors didn’t open for example) but for us it was not important. Dining room / kitchen supplies easily handled our large group.

We had a great stay at Seaduction! The views from the master and deck were unbelievable. It was super easy to get around by taxi, walking and bus. The house itself worked great for our group (parents celebrating 50th wedding anniversary, kids and spouses, and grandkids). The bedroom layout was awesome- teenagers got their own wing for sleeping in, little kids were far enough away that they could be laid down early without hearing the adults in the living room, and even though the master was right off the living space the walls are so thick that the 6 am wake ups from the littles didn't disturb them.
While the house was very clean, there were mismatched patch jobs throughout, what appeared to be spilled paint on the floor of the master bath, and the living room couch has seen better days BUT it made it less stressful having 5 kids aged 13 to 1 running around. I would definitely stay again- especially with such a big group!

The house was very spacious. The kitchen was amazing and was enjoyed by all the family who love to cook. There was some damage to the steps down to water due to late season hurricane. There was also a delay in checking in which was due to the late checking out of the previous guests but the cleaning crew allowed us to drop off all our luggage.

Great location right on the beach with a pool, hot tub, and private access to the ocean (though not a beach really). Property is not lux but is sufficiently taken care of, clean, and well worth it for a large group. House was stocked with everything we needed in the kitchen and otherwise and Sonal and the Seaduction team were friendly, responsive, and helpful along the way. Would 100% stay again.

So where do I began. When we got there we find out from the property manager that the chef we hired was banned(after paying the chef and having no idea) so talked to the owner which reluctantly let him come.....well this ended with a fight between the chef and the property manager in the living room in front of us all. It was very uncomfortable. My mother in law had to jump in and try to calm them down.
Aside from that the listing seemed as if it was written 10 years ago as the "private beach" was non existent anymore even at low tide and the "no car needed" was very untrue as we asked the manager when we were there what we could walk to and she said nothing.
The house itself definitely needs some love as well with rje foundation inside is cracking and no door but 1 in the back work.
They did let us have a late check out which was kind of them.
I would of rated this a 4 if it wasn't for the unprofessionalism of the fight in our stay.

This place was an absolute gem. Sonjal was a great host and responded on time throughout the process. The pool patio along with the view was worth the price alone. We barely left the house because it was like our oen personal resort. Highly suggest staying here, it was an incredible trip.

If you haven’t decided where to stay on the island. This is The Go To! I have nothing but great remarks for this home. The location was perfect. The scenery was perfect. The host was extremely pleasant. We had friendly neighbors. The pool guy was perfect. Everything was perfect. We really didn’t need to leave the home. Only to grocery shop. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay here. I would do it again and again and again. THANK YOU!!!!

Amazing amazing amazing! Idk what else to say but amazing. The pictures look like crap compared to in person. We will definitely be back. Check in was easy, contacting and communicating with the host was easy. Location was also amazing lol everything was walkable even fish fry. The kitchen was loaded with everything you need to cook/eat. I can't wait to go back! It was 5 couples and we all loved the entire property! Don't think book!

We just returned from a bachelorette weekend at Seaduction. It was perfect for our needs. While situated on a pretty busy road, we felt secluded and safe on the other side of the fence.
Sonal is a gracious and accessible host. She answered many questions as they came up, and provided us a detailed information PDF about the house, area, and other recommendations for dining, entertainment, transportation.
The house itself sits on a stunning waterfront location with sweeping views. When you walk in and see the view from out the back of the house, it’s jaw dropping. The pool is in a great location and the sun hits the back veranda from sunrise to sundown.
The master bedroom and bath also overlook the ocean. The views are unparalleled.
The house itself is spacious and has many rooms and configurations for a number of guests. There are plenty of bathrooms. The kitchen is equipped with just about everything needed. The house is decorated nicely without being over done.
Full disclosure that like anything else, there are some obvious flaws. But we are a low maintenance group who were unphased by the small issues.
There is weather related damage outside and inside the house. This is something hard to avoid in tropical locations. I assume it’s going to be rectified in time. It’s more cosmetic than anything, however there was a cracked window in the rear of the house that should probably be replaced before children stay.
The front door was difficult to open with the key and took some real effort to get in.
The master bathroom is really hot..we couldn’t figure out why. We just dealt with it.
The pros outweigh the cons above and beyond. The views alone are worth the stay. We swam in the ocean (which is down some concrete steps and can be deep depending on tide.. May not be a great idea with kids) and in the pool every day.
We took Sonal’s recommendation for a private chef, Mario, and he was fabulous. He came to the house and made us a curated menu that included food for our 2 vegetarians. Everyone was blown away by how great the experience was. He also shopped for us prior to arrival, which was an amazing help.
The house is 20 min from the airport, 5 min from Baha Mar and central to many other restaurants and marinas. It was very easy to get around. We chartered a yacht for a day that left from a popular marina 15 minutes away.
All in all, we really enjoyed our stay in this house and would recommend it to anyone!

Great location, wonderful view, beds were comfortable.
The house was dated, certainly not the "rich and famous" description.
The Master bedroom window doors did not open.
Master shower, the hand-held operated, and 1 overhead "rain" outlet leaked, it was inoperable, and the light sensor in the master bathroom went on at will during the night, very annoying but we closed the drape.
The printer did not work, no ink cartridge, no paper. Annoying when it came to the last day, for boarding passes.
The dining room table was wobbly and "sticky" some sort of finish problem I would guess, but accommodated us all.
The Hot Tub got warm, not HOT!
When the power goes out, and it did, there is a generator but very difficult to get to, we did not use it, we waited until the power came back.
The couches are big and comfy but old and shredded, leaving pieces all over the floor.
We had to re-establish a password for the router when the power came back on.
The recommendations restaurants were great and Chef Mario was spectacular. Sheneque was very responsive and upbeat.

While the Wi-Fi was very good, the basement games room was smelly and completely unusable as were most the games and videos in the room. Despite being on the list of available items, there was no snorkel gear or inflatables and only one kayak, not two. A side room contained many fishing rods, none with line or lures. There was no Pergola for shade by the pool and the lounge chairs were the old plastic strapped variety and not the ones shown in promotional photos. If you are going to prepare your own meals, be sure to buy everything you need—there were no condiments only spices. The garage is advertised but we weren’t given access for our rental vehicle. The front yard has not been maintained and there are areas that would be a concern for young children. Despite this we enjoyed our stay because our family of six made our own fun, that’s why it gets 3 stars.

I can't thank Sonal and her team enough. They were able to accommodate an early check-in when flight schedules were unexpectedly changed and were available as needed throughout our stat. The villa was perfect for my group of 15. I highly recommend hiring Chef Mario for breakfast and dinner.
