The room was spacious and comfortable at the same time, great location close to shops, good wifi speed, inside apartment was clean, also property manager Paul was amazing, very helpful and accommodating

The smell of the dog right next door had the worst odour every time we wanted to enter or leave our apartment, and the constant barking was annoying

Exterior building design. Room is spacious. Pool is good.

Lift waiting time was toooo long. Have to switch lift here and there to reach your assigned room. Sticker on lift worn off and difficult to find the assigned lift on first entry. Access to facilities and recreational areas are too complicated. Locked here and there for security purpose but creates too much confusion. Location is public transport unfriendly and basic necessities unfriendly. Dryer takes too long to dry up clothes. Need to do a few rounds before cloth dries up. Staff is helpful but a bit unfriendly.

Staff quite helpful

. Before you check in there a long que for car to get in. Their building are so confusing. You have to change two lift before you can reach your apartment. If old people go there by themself it will be terrifying for them. The lift also so scary.

cockroach everywhere on kitchen side , deposit is much expensive then rental
