Stairs to condo. Pots and pans, no bake wear. I also didn't like the times between boat Rides to & from zen to other side. Too much time between. Pools cold to swim but beautiful to look at

Everything at Blu Zen is perfect. Beautiful apartment, very well furnished and comfortable. Staff was very nice from Charlenne and Priscillia at the front desk to Captain Charles on the katamaran. I would definitely come back without hesitation.

BluZen is a beautiful, newly built resort with modern amenities and a modern aesthetic. Our 2-bedroom suite was clean, new and comfortable with a full kitchen, laundry and living room. We had an ocean front room with a large front balcony overlooking the water. The restaurant was delicious - every meal was yummy and even my picky eaters (kids) were happy with the meal options. The pools where absolutely beautiful - one is salt water, one is fresh water and they were both equally wonderful. The facility offers free bikes - which are worth taking advantage of to explore the other areas of North Caye Caulker.

Unfortunately, Belize, in general, has a sea grass problem. It is particularly horrendous at BluZen where the water in front of the resort is the most putrid brown you've ever seen. It also smells terrible at certain spots. You cannot go into the ocean at all at this resort - or rather, you wouldn't want to. Their staff works so hard to clear it every day, but it's a losing battle as it just washes up again overnight. To see that beautiful blue water, you need to go down the road to Koko King Beach for the day, or get off-shore in a boat and go snorkeling or diving. Additionally, the restaurant is not part of the resort so you cannot order room service or have anything charged to your room. It would be beneficial to have those two connected. There is also no phone in the hotel rooms, so you cannot call down to the front desk for anything - you have to physically walk down there. These are inconveniences they should work to fix.

BluZen is the experience of a lifetime. It truly lives up to its name, Zen. You have an oasis away from home and a paradise where you can relax and enjoy your vacation. I will recommend to anyone who wants to vacation with staff who are friendly and willing to go the extra mile. BluZen is amazing!

The condos are beautiful and everything is kept exceptionally clean. The staff is very friendly and so very helpful. Having a kitchen and the onsite marketplace was very convenient to cook breakfast in the morning. I also liked the proximity to Caye Caulker to get other groceries and try out the different restaurants. You can also rent golf carts to go check out Koko's Beach Club and El Ben restaurant.

The wifi was a little hard to connect to at first but this was minor. Everything else was great!
