Was just as listed. Very clean. Couldnt get the owner to contact me back about what to do with something we found of someone elses and wasnt anyone in the managers office the whole week we stayed. Loved it would definitely stay there again.

Loved our stay! Pictures were exactly how the place was. 1 1/2 blocks to the beach! Building was quiet and people were friendly. Pool was clean and kids loved swimming in it. We walked to everything! Will stay again!

We enjoyed our visit. The walk to the beach was a lottle rough on the hot days but not too bad. Good restaurants near by. The host was very helpful and friendly. Only problem we had was with the shower head in the hall bathroom, but the host got to us within 10 minutes to assist us.

Perfect location, worked out well once I removed all of the area rugs that I found to be dirty. Simone was helpful when the cable went out.

We were very happy with this condo. It was exactly as described in the listing and the building was nice and quiet. We loved the pool, balcony, and keyless entry. It was very convenient being within walking distance to the beach, restaurants and shops. Simone was very accommodating and quickly responded to my questions. We would definitely stay here again. Charming and cozy condo near oceanfront
My wife and I enjoyed our 2-week stay in this charming and cozy 2-bedroom/2-bath condo a short walk to the oceanfront, several great restaurants and a wonderful pastry/coffee shop. The kitchen is well stocked with everything needed to enjoy your stay - even a tea kettle - except, of course, your own food. A ton of cute nautically-themed furnishings decorate the unit. The sectional sofa is comfortable, as is the queen mattress, although it is beginning to wear thin. The Wifi is quick and speedy. The 40" smart TV has a nice picture for its size. Communications with the condo manager was excellent.
The wifi went out one evening, and when we contacted, the manager quickly contacted Cox to ascertain what was going on and passed the info on to us.

Another wonderful vacation
We vacationed at this location many times and always have fun. It's extremely clean and comfortable. The owner is very attentive to any needs or issues. It's close to lots of activities. It's a great place to stay.

Lovely Condo
This condo is lovely with a short walk to the beach. There were a couple of short comings but they were minor and addressed by management. I would rent again.

Great Family Condo
This was a perfect place to stay for our Virginia Beach Vacation. Two blocks off the beach and 1 block off the main street. Convenient to great restaurants but not on top of the main street where it can get buys and loud. The grocery store is one block away which was perfect. The pool was very nice and we met a bunch of people swimming. Overall I would highly recommend this location.

Wonderful property
Everything as property was as advertised and then some. It seems these folks have gone out of their way to provide just about anything you might need during your vacation. I had a small issue with the plumbing upon check in on Saturday which was resolved by Monday. The location is so convenient there's a Harris teeter supermarket caddy corner from the rear of the property only two blocks from the beach. Only one small issue some may not find enjoyable is the military jets flying overhead on many other days. Of course this is totally out of the control of the property owner. Overall was a great experience therefore I've rated it five stars.

Great unit and location in VA Beach!
We rented this property for our college student and 2 friends to have a break from home during virtual learning. It was clean, quiet, and safe. The owners were very responsive and quick with any needs the girls had. We would definitely rent again!

This apartment was incredible. Everything was made in such a way that I had a feeling that somebody was waiting for me and made everything with love. It's that feeling you have every time when you return to your parents house during Christmas. Everything was clean and very comfortable. Enough hangers were in the closets, there were enough dishes, pots, and cups also. A lot of nice paintings were on the walls. It was a really nice place thanks to Simone!

Awesome and Accurate
Everything was how it said it would be. We were right in the middle of everything we barely had to drive. The rooms were exactly like the pictures. The only thing that sucked was the pool was freezing and the hot tub didnt work but otherwise a great place. Would definitely stay again

Perfect Beach Condo
My husband and I along with our four young children rented this condo for a week trip. The kitchen was stocked with pots/pans, utensils, and dishes. The bedrooms were comfortable with lots of extra blankets and pillows. It was a short walk to the beach,restaurants, and grocery store. We had a wonderful vacation and would rent again.

Clean and Convenient
My biggest concern was cleanliness and all rooms were immaculate. It was also very centrally located and close to the beach, restaurants and super market. The apartment is stocked will all your needs for the kitchen. My only suggestion would be to bring extra toilet paper and garbage bags. WiFi is available so the kids are also entertained whilst indoors.

Enjoyable Stay at Somone's pace
Excellent stay at unit 305 of Playa Rana Condominioms. The unit was spotless, decorated with taste and had all the amenities needed for a nice long stay like we had. Add to that the excellent location just two blocks from the beach and the affordable prize, it all made for a very enjoyable stay.

Clean roomy and conveniently located
This is a perfect place for a VA Beach stay. You are 2 blocks from the boardwalk and beach, plenty of restaurants within walking distance and a very quiet property. Neat as a pin and within walking distance to the grocery store, you can park your car and forget about it for the duration of your stay. I highly recommend this property.

This condo was absolutely prepared for any need.
I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this condo. All needs were met. The location to the beach was good, the furnacings were more than adequate, and everything was included from wine cork opener to pots and pans. The location to the elevator could not have been better. One fault was the basic cable TV was almost useless with a few stations of reruns and sales programming. All other needs were met completely.

5 minute walk to the beach, easy access to condo, nice grocery store behind the building made it really convenient to pick up last minute stuff. Easy and prompt communication with owner. Had several dolphin sightings from shore which made things exciting!
