This house was absolutely perfect! The house was sparkling clean when we arrived, and the view from the pool deck immediately blew us away. The location was great, it was a secluded location but not too far away from downtown! The host was very nice and quick to respond as well. I could not recommend this house enough!!!

Nice home on the East End. Owner was very responsive. Location is great if you want to stay away from crowds. Per other reviews, bring water shoes if you plan on entering the water due to the rocks. We would stay here again.

We took our 4 children ages 17-25 with 2 daughter in laws and our 2 year old grandson to Grand Cayman for a week! This house was amazing! The location is perfect. We went to Spotts Beach, Colliers Beach, Barefoot Beach, the blowhole, shipwreck of Wren, Kaibo 2 days for fishing and stingray private charters, The Parrot Sanctuary, 7 Mile Beach twice, Cemetery Beach, Botanical Gardens and more! The beds were comfortable, the house was very clean, kitchen was very well stocked. I ordered a grocery delivery the day we arrived and Juanita was kind enough to meet them there and even put the groceries away. The freezer was not freezing and I let Juanita know and she had it fixed. The pool is smaller than it looks in the pictures, but we used it daily multiple times. It was very clean. We went out at night and looked for crabs. The shower outside was perfect for washing off. We used the grille 3 nights and cooked almost all of our meals but 3 all week in the house. Little things i would change, leave more than 2 rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom for a weeks stay, leave more than the existing paper towel roll and put a cushioned topper or have one available for the pull out couch. We loved this home! We felt at home and made memories for a lifetime. The pool by the ocean in such a clean and well cared for home made for the perfect week! Jim and Juanita were responsive and caring. We would for sure rent this home again, there is a reason it has all 5 stars!! Just perfect!

Beautiful and clean home. We we were so pleased. The view was amazing. There was only two of us, but we could have had 3 couples very comfortably. Had everything we needed. Jim was super accommodating. We will stay here again if we return to Cayman. It is a very special place.

We had the best time possible at Endless Breeze. First of all, the house is immaculate. It has anything and everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing vacation. There is enough space for privacy if that is what you need either indoors or out. The bedrooms are large and each one has its own bathroom and deck. LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION!!! The pool, the beach, the snorkeling right there off your very own deck. It is a little rocky getting out, but worth the trek. We thoroughly enjoyed every minute and were glad to get away from all the crowds in Georgetown. We would go for day trips to the beautiful beaches and then back to our favorite spot for the evening. Delightful. We weren’t interested in the “nightlife”. This place is heaven. Thank you so much for sharing your home with us. We would definitely come back to stay again!!!

The property name is Endless Breeze. What an appropriate name for this amazing villa!! There is an endless breeze that blows across the rear portion of the property that is soothing and different from any VRBO we have stayed at in the past. This was our second time visiting Grand Cayman and absolutely loved the East End. Everything you see in the listing is accurate, villa is every bit of 3000 square feet, sits right on a shallow bay, well equipped with everything you would need for an extended stay. My family and I stayed for nine nights and had a wonderful time. We found the property to be fully functional, good air con, multiple ceiling fans and rotating floor fans. We found the house to be spotless, very clean and fresh. Great pool to get away from the Cayman heat. We love to grill, had a small problem with the ignition switch on the gas grill. Juanita, the local property manager was responsive and visited the property on Easter Sunday. They needed parts and had it fixed a few days later, much appreciation for their responsiveness. The owner, Jim, also receives our thanks for his willingness to check in and follow up with us. Overall, we give Endless Breeze five stars and have already booked Spring Break 2025 at this fantastic property. Can’t say enough about the experience, many thanks to Jim and Juanita. We look forward to our next stay!!

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The house is beautiful and had everything we could have wanted and more. It is in a very private setting outside the hustle and bustle of the west side of the island. The views were breathtaking and it was so nice to walk down and look at the tide pools near the beach. We enjoyed the pool after snorkeling trips and touring around the island. The kitchen has everything you would ever need, we ate a few times at the house and ventured out for most lunches and dinners. The convenience/liquor store near Health City across the street was nice to have so close. Definitely recommend stopping at one of the larger grocery stores on the west side for any large grocery trips. Fosters near Morritts had "enough" but selection was limited because it's a smaller store. The owners were very responsive and gave us some great tips for snorkeling spots and any other questions we had. We wish we were able to stay longer and were so sad to leave.

Very beautiful home and location. Host Jim is great and very easy to work with. Property Manager Juanita was very attentive and accommodating. Cleanliness was off the charts and a perfect spot for a family vacation. Night-time stargazing good with very little light pollution. This is a perfect location away from the crowds. From the pool to the spacious bedroom suites it has everything.

I would give this listing 6 stars if I could. My wife, our 2 boys (10 & 8) and grandparents spent 8 wonderful days here. We travel extensively and usually stay at VRBOs. Admittedly, this listing was a little more than we usually pay but it was well worth it. First, the scenery and pool are unbeatable. Scenic views are an understatement. The house is magnificent. Plenty of space for all, and very well kept. But it's the little things. Kitchen is well stocked rather than the usual bare-bones equipment found in most VRBOs. And that's just the beginning. Would highly recommend this property for family get togethers in an amazing carribean setting.

Property was everything advertised and more. Absolutely fantastic locations if you are looking to remove yourself from crowds, have instant access to the ocean, or just want to lounge on the sundeck. House is spacious and comfortable, with 3 good sized bedrooms all with in suite bathrooms.

Jim and Cora are so kind, thoughtful, excellent to communicate with and they made the entire experience great. They accommodated us perfectly and the Endless Breeze is a gorgeous property and home. Juanita is the property manager and she was kind, friendly, thoughtful, and made sure that we were well taken care of. The home is meticulously cared for, super clean, set up perfectly for a family, everything was working as it should, and it was very nice and comfortable. We had a blast hanging out on the large private property and really enjoyed the pool, the screened in porches, snorkeling, walks on the beach, and ocean was wonderful right in front of the property. The views from the home are stunning! We also love the location. The property is quiet, private, peaceful and conveniently located to make little trips to destinations and restaurants around the island easy and fun for our family. We highly recommend the Endless Breeze and our stay was perfect! Thanks again for our dream vacation!

We had an absolutely fantastic stay here. Everything was perfect! Communication with the owner was great and all the instructions were easy. The house was gorgeous and the view was breathtaking. The owners really thought of everything! Truly a magnificent place!

Wonderful location, large home on waters edge, well equipped kitchen……. But you can’t open the sliders or windows. So you will not hear the crashing waves as stated in the description of house. Has some issues with A/C but that was worked out.

It doesn’t get any better than this! We have been to Cayman 3 times, and this was our best experience- gorgeous, well equipped home, awesome snorkeling- nice and quiet! Can’t wait to come back- thanks Jim and Cora!!

Excellent rental - as advertised quiet and private and stunning views sunup to sundown. Great east end location plenty of access to restaurants and public beach access for snorkeling the whole island within driving distances. Will return absolutely!

Wonderful house and location! Highly recommend! Snorkeling is amazing. Live reefs with lots of colorful fish. House is beautiful, clean and beyond our initial expectations. Lots of great restaurants and so much to do on island.

The pool was a lifesaver for us. Rocks and sea urchins and maybe just fear kept us from the ocean, but we spent a good amount of time in the small pool. It was just the right size for adults. The views are amazing from every room in the house. Host and owner are kind and helpful. The Villa is about a 30 minute drive from most attractions, but if it is a quiet and beautiful getaway you’re looking for the Endless Breeze will not disappoint.

My family wanted to get away to relax and unwind from our busy lives and this vacation did just that. The house was amazing - clean, fully stocked with all the items you need. I enjoyed every morning sitting in my lounge chair having my cup of coffee looking out into the ocean. One thing that’s a must - sunscreen! We enjoyed all the great restaurants we went to and loved rum point beach the best. Fantastic vacation!

We had a great time at Endless Breeze. The house was clean and spacious. We rented a car and drove all over the island. The mosquitoes were bad along with seaweed. The pool was awesome to have. To get in the ocean at the house you do have to go over sharp rocks with sea urchins in holes. The water is very shallow. We went over to a couple other beaches to swim. Stingray City tour with Coral Gardens snorkeling tour was awesome! We also enjoyed the caves. We enjoyed being able to cook at the house along with eating at good restaurants. We especially enjoyed Peppers at Seven Mile Beach. Had a fantastic vacation!

My husband and I celebrated our 40th anniversary staying at this beautiful home. Perfect for a couple or two couples since there are two master suites. So wonderful to just walk out the back door to paradise and the pool is the icing on the cake!

We had the absolute pleasure staying at this home in Half Moon Bay for 2 weeks. Booking this via Vrbo and the owner, Jim, an excellent experience! The east end is the place to be for a quiet and relaxing vacation. We swam everyday and enjoyed sitting outside listening to the ocean. We had gone to Georgetown 2x and that was 2x to much. It’s just to crowded and the cruise ships dump thousands of people at a time. There was nothing fun about that. The residents of this beautiful island are friendly and very helpful. That made our trip all the better. There was everything we needed (restaurants) and it was perfect to go home to a quiet and peaceful rental home.

Enjoyed our stay. Nice big house for the 6 of us that stayed - you do have to go over rocks about 15 feet out into the water before you reach a sandy bottom. Then plenty of snorkeling can be done around the big rocks in the bay.

Amazing home and the location was perfect! We really enjoyed the quieter end of the island and the house provided plenty of space for our family of 6 to spread out. Our arrival flight was changed at the last minute and Jim accommodated an early check-in, which was extremely helpful. I would defintetly recommend the property! :)

The property was lovely with breathtaking views that could be seen from each bedroom and living areas. We were pleased with the cleanliness, new addition of screened in porches, where we ate nightly, free from buzzing insects and access to the homeowner and neighbor for inquiries. The waves breaking was music to our ears, yet the house was serenely silent. Two bedrooms were spacious and open and one more of a standard size. Three areas of improvement would be the ac needs to be more consistent in cooling each area, pillows are a bit hard and lighting around the pool edge is needed. Half Moon Bay is located in a pristine spot with close proximity to medical services and a few miles to restaurants and grocery stores. All in all an exceptional stay in a beautiful setting with a responsive host.

This was the perfect location for our group of six adults. It had everything we wanted: the pool, the view, and the quiet to rest and relax. We will definitely book this house again and again in the future.
