Friendly staff.

Comfortable, quiet and relaxing spot. Free shuttle to/from Arashi, Palm & Eagle Beaches. Three minute walk to Catholic Church (Mass in English at 11am on Sunday; daily Mass M-W-F at 6:30pm in local language). Nearby bus stop.

The place was fun yet quiet. Great pools hot tubs and overall great place to stay . Priced fair as well

First of all, the reason that I always rent from VRBO is because it is a Vacation Rental By Owner and I always know exactly what I am getting before I get there. I was told by "the owner" that "thank you for your interest in my rental property. It is currently available for your travel dates". Then after we arrived, we were put in a subpar condo, One Bathroom with loud exhaust fan, NO patio No Balcony No table only a walkway, broken drawer on Stove, and so on...we called "the owner" x 2 and wrote to him on the VRBO ap asking him to call me and giving him our phone number. HE NEVER CALLED BACK. The front desk the next day denied knowing him (he is a broker that sells the timeshares that are available) so, they do know him! 4 other people had booked from him and also did not get what they were promised. The Front desk Staff initially stated that we would need to contact him to get another condo. We showed them pictures and correspondence stating we rented a One bedroom, Two full baths, Balcony with private table and chairs off of main room. Finally, on our second day at 3 PM; we got a floor level room with patio after spending 4 hours and 3 attempts at looking at other rooms that were occupied or the door would not function properly or there were dirty sand bags surrounding the patio. The grounds are small, pool clean and well kept, minimal entertainment of BINGO, really rude Security guard Frank who refused to allow an 8 year old boy to throw a soft football Nerf in the pool (completely allowed by rules) but allowed the adults to float in large floats with drinks in their hands (not allowed by the rules). The front staff said to allow the child to continue throwing the ball. The Pool Staff/pool towel attendant is Fantastic, The bartenders are fantastic, the Housekeepers are fantastic. I do not believe that VRBO should allow Brokers of timeshares to perform Bait and Switch operations on VRBO site. We should be able to book the rooms listed, photographed and charged on the site. I have repeatedly asked to be reimbursed for the 2 days that we had to fight for what we booked. We never got the balcony room we booked. There is no recourse on VRBO so I will probably not book on here again. Sadly this tainted our stay in Aruba. My father died in August, my mother in law is very sick and this was our opportunity to get away and enjoy ourselves for our Anniversary. "the owner" finally wrote back a few days later and ignored my requests for refunds

The condo was clean and well maintained. The grounds were clean and well kept…. This place is nice for the price! The staff was very friendly and attentive. It is about 1 mile from the beach area so a car is a plus. It was a great home base for us since we went all over the island with so much to explore

The property was older but very well maintained. The staff was pleasant and accommodating. There were some issues but they were addressed and corrected within 24 hours. Pools and grounds were clean and well taken care of. Would definitely visit again .

We had a great time. We met a lot of nice couples. Great location.

We truly enjoyed the location and the property it was close to many things, friendly and safe. It is a very well kept older property We would recommend it friends and family

The apartment was not a 5 start and it could use an update. however the place was clean and quiet. The complex amenities were great and very close by. The pools were clean and the water was perfect temperature. People were friendly and a the restaurant and bar was a plus. We love our stay!

We really enjoyed our time at this resort. The staff was always so helpful and they went above and beyond. Mia the pool bartender was the best. She was amazing and friendly we loved talking to her.

The condo was just what we needed. Full kitchen, comfortable king sized bed, great shower, nice patio and right next to the bar/restaurant. We enjoyed the pool at the short drive to Palm Beach.

David Flak was a great host . Very responsive to a few small issues at check in , a really great place to vacation . Most Staff is extremely nice and accommodating . Definite rental car needed is my advice to prospective renters . Staff recommended a rental car company very close and price and service was exceptional .

When my wife and I arrived, the lady at the desk tried to charge us double for the occupancy tax. We had just left Costa Linda where we stayed for a week and the total occupancy tax was less for seven nights then she tried charge us for two nights. We had to argue with her about the quoted occupancy tax. The room was not as described in the pictures on the VRBO website. It was down a long dark hallway which had multiple lights out. The room itself was dirty as my wife found a hair on the bed when we arrived, the bed and mattress were very uncomfortable. The mattress has seen better days and needs to be replaced. There were several holes in the ceiling in the pantry. The air exchange grate for the air conditioner unit was covered in dust and I must presume mold. We have been coming to Aruba for over 20 years and this was the first time my wife did not feel safe. When we checked out, there was no efforts to ascertain the reason for us leaving and there is no effort to make the situation right. Aruba is a wonderful place which we recommend to anyone looking for a great vacation. Please consider stating elsewhere. We recommend Costa Linda, Divi Links, The Hyatt Place Airport and/or MVC Eagle Beach. Cheers

My husband a d I had a great time! The condo and resort were extremely clean. Everyone's temperature is taken everytime we entered the resort and our hands were sanitized. The staff always wore masks and stayed safely distant. Everyone was very friendly around the resort. We cooked most of our meals and used the grills almost every night. We went to the different beached and found lots of adventures around the island. I recommend a car if you stay here, there is lots to see around the island!

This was the perfect and MUCH NEEDED trip particularly for this 2020 year !! 1) ASTOUNDING COVID19 Prevention - the resort will check temp and dose out sanitizer before they let you enter the property - every where you go there are contactless dispensers of sanitizers as well as staff wearing masks all the time! Proper signage is posted for covid precautions . Felt very safe and secure . 2) AWESOME communication with the owner , we missed our flight and I was able to contact him and the resort to let them know we would be a day late for check in. 3) The room is more then comfortable ! Great balcony overlooking the beautiful pool and at night the pool lights up with multicolored lights! Resort quiets down nicely at 10pm. Having the kitchen and fridge helped us safe $$ on food! (More money for Casino!! Lol)4) The restaurant is great and we had breakfast there every morning ! Very affordable for a couple! 5) The two Parrots are a morning delight too! PACO & LELO , they'll say “hello” right back! We are very excited to return and spend more time here and bring the kids too!!
