The listing of this property clearly identified the size, number of bedrooms and baths and amenities. The complex is situated on the ocean with easy walking access from the condo. The grounds were well maintained and the maintenance staff was very accommodating and pleasant. The pool was large and clean with comfortable chairs and tables. The actual condo was not located with ocean front view as was advertised in the VRBO description. The cleanliness and accommodations towels, lines etc were adequate. The kitchen necessities plates, silverware pots etc were abundant! Unfortunately the appliance were not in working order. The refrigerator did not work and all our perishable food spoiled! The dishwasher did not work and the dryer to an inordinate amount of time to dry! The maintenance staff did repair the refrigerator and we had to repurchase our perishable food! The condo only provide 2 low sand chairs so we needed to rent beach chairs at $10 per day per person, which cost us and additional $240. The out door patio furniture chairs were torn and difficult to sit on. The recommendations for taxi and other services was good.

My husband, son, and his 3 friends stayed at the villa in July. It was absolutely perfect! I loved that the bedrooms are on 2 separate floors - so that the "kids" (all young adults) could be on the floor with 2 bedrooms and my husband and I could be on our own floor. The villa is well equipped with everything you need in the kitchen. Although, the laundry is not in the villa itself, it is in the entry area to the condo - literally 2 steps from the front door. There is a little bar/restaurant/sundry store within easy walking distance from the villa. We had take away dinner from there 2 of the nights we stayed. Also, my daughter stayed at the Atlantis and you can walk from the villa along the beach directly to the Atlantis - so she would take a taxi to the villa to join us for dinner and then walk back along the beach. The beach is beautiful and there is also a pool in the villa complex. And Azita gave us the name of a taxi driver: Khalin- who we basically used our entire trip. Truly a perfect stay.

Lots of common areas for us to enjoy during our stay, and large bedrooms, bathrooms and closets. We used cabs quite a bit as there isn’t really anywhere to eat dinner near the property, except Violas which was fun, we walked down the beach to get there.

Total deception!! Owner address say One and Only Ocean Club property actually located 18 Miramar Villa. Property outdated AC didn't work first 3 days, electrical outlets and plugs hanging out the wall Master Bathroom has no vents and smells of urine. Covid cleaning was awful blond hair on Master Bedroom head board and our hair is black!!! Excuse after Excuse. Bottom line owner is not doing the upkeep to the property and letting go down hill. The property is hard-pressed to get a 2 stars out of 5. A lot better properties I would recommend at half the price. Will not be back!!!!!

We wanted to explore Nassau but we were not interested in the rushed schedule of a cruise or the crowds and lines of atlantis. This was the perfect place for our family of 5 and would easily fit more. The condo has EVERYTHING you need for fun during your trip. From beach chairs and accessories to more towels then you could ever use you will not want for anything when going to the beach, pool or atlantis for the day. The house has all the necessities in the kitchen and beyond we needed as well. The location is walkable to atlantis. you can also walk to a few restaurants as well and of course all of the ones at Atlantis. Anything further a taxi or a rental car is necessary. The beach is right there in front of the complex and never crowded. The pool is very large and warm and surrounded by plenty of lounge chairs and tables with umbrellas and shade. We never saw more than 1 other person on the beach or in the pool anytime we went to either. Very peaceful and private. without spending 3X as much I do not think you can find a more perfect place for a family to stay on paradise. I will certainly stay here again on my next trip!

We stayed at this condo for 6 days in June of 2019. It was a little challenging to find the first time and we needed some help from the attendant at the beach club next door to figure out how to get in and find the key. Our time was wonderful. A great location just a short walk from the beach, a 2 minute drive to Atlantis, Duncan doughnuts and the local grocery store. Azita, the property owner doesn’t live on site but was available to answer our questions. There is an office where I believe the property manager stays, but we never saw them, which is fine by me I prefer the privacy. The neighbors were quiet and the water was amazing. There is a nice swimming area at the property, snorkeling was so-so, there is no coral off the beach, but the kids found many star fish and even a sting ray. Overall, our stay was amazing! Location was directly across from the pool and it is a 1 minute walk to the beach. The beach is great. No rocks, or seaweed, clear water and easy to walk on. Next door is another small resort that has chairs and umbrellas for their use. You can go up and enter this place via the beach access and partake of the bar as guests of the Miramar. (cash bar) Drinks were approx $10 for most. There are 3 chairs at the townhouse to take to the beach and an umbrella. The pool has plenty of chairs and umbrellas and tables. In the unit are more towels for the bathrooms than you can use, and enough beach towels as well. When we arrived the unit was clean and ready for us. Beds were comfortable. 2 of the 3 bedrooms has TV's but we didnt turn them on. The Wifi is also good there. The kitchen is well stocked with pots and pans and dishware to use. Plenty of plastic cups for the pool area. The dishwasher is also functional.and the laundry was so handy to have as well. Spent most of our meals on the patio as it has a big market umbrella and a large dining table to seat 8 but some of the chairs were broken. Inside the table seated 6. There is a gas BBQ ready to use. There was also a supply of spices left from other guests. I took with me lots of kitchen pantry items as well as dishwasher tabs, laundry pods, and anything i could to avoid having to purchase these items as they are expensive there. There are 2 grocery stores just off the bridge on the main land not far away. Solomons and Value Mart. Be prepared to have small bills for the toll on the bridge to Paradise Island. It is $2 each time you enter the island, but no charge to leave. The walk to the Atlantis Harbour shops is about 15 minutes brisk or 20 at a slower rate. In general i would recommend this place for a group of up to 6.

If you want to sit on the beach or next to the pool this condo is not a bad place. It is quiet and the private beach is outstanding. The condo is not suitable for seniors or anyone with mobility issues as all bedrooms are on the 2nd and 3rd floors. The bedrooms are accessible by a narrow steep staircase with no hand rails. We found this condition to be very dangerous. The condo was clean but is in need of many repairs. There was exposed wiring, lights that did not work, leaking plumbing fixtures, TVs that did not work, broken curtains and ripped patio chairs. There were only 3 beach chairs and they were the folding camp style not really suitable for the sand. Linens and cookware are provided including a large selection of dishes and glasses but everything else will need to be purchased upon arrival including toilet paper and paper towels. If you want to sight see, this condo is fairly far from any of the islands restaurants and shopping. Taxis are available and the drivers are friendly. There is a convenience store located in the resort next to this condo which proved to to be a plus.

Miramar is in a nice quiet part of island at serene Cabbage beach The complex had a number of owners there who were very friendly and welcoming. It is an older property but generally well kept. The property management was quite prompt with help when needed- one even cut open a coconut I had found! The town home is very spacious and the beds slept well. The bed linens seemed clean but a little worn. The bathrooms were clean and hairdryers were provided Plenty of basic towels were available. The kitchen had everything we needed, except kitchen rags or sponges and the market next door did not carry any. Entry from street level was nice even though the bedrooms are on the upper levels. We could leave large items on the ground floor (ie, golf clubs). We enjoyed the close proximity to the Oceans golf course The owner was very prompt and professional in answering our questions. We might suggest that some general instructions left for the TV operation, trash info and locking/unlocking of the persnickety patio doors. Once you are on property, you are directed to ask the on-site manager. We just had a hard time finding anyone at times. Overall the townhome just looked a little tired and needs some refreshing. It’s not very child friendly as there were many electrical cords laying out for little hands to play with! Proximity to Atlantis was fine. A longer walk for some, but certainly doable for most. And being further away means you have the quiet. Taxis are readily available most anywhere. One gave us his name and phone so we called him for every instance needed. Providing bicycles would be a nice perk for guests, but I suppose difficult to store. The patio was nice with the large dining and umbrella. The beach chairs advertised are the folding “camp chairs”, as opposed to sand chairs. There were just three when we visited. We just used the beach towels provided. In summary, we enjoyed our stay and the quiet end of the island, but would search for another property where there is more attention to detail. Please note- I owned a couple of vacation apartments, renting them on Homeaway for years and I really enjoyed pampering my guests. So perhaps that affects my opinions.

Wanted to thank you for the wonderful time we had on Paradise Island. The condo was everything we had hoped for. Was walking distance to all the nearby shops. We will be back!

Azita was great! She made a great recommendation on how to be able to go to Atlantis without staying there. Her villa wasthree stories and plenty of room compared to a small hotel room. Her place was 200 yards from beach with ocean view . And if you can’t find the washer and dryer they are outside! She helped us with that as well. There was also a lot of spices in her villa as well. Very well equipped with plenty of towels, etc. We would stay there again! Place is relaxing and beautiful.

Our stay at MiraMar Villa #18 was wonderful. So close to the beach, right next to the pool, and within walking distance to Atlantis and a cove for snorkeling and fish watching. We had 6 women for a 4 night girls trip staying in the villa. The accommodations were perfect.. We had Chef Perry Sweeting prepare a welcome reception, 1 breakfast and 1 dinner while we were there. His food was wonderful! He did our grocery and liquor shopping and had it all available for us when we arrived. I would highly recommend this villa for families and adult-only vacations.

The villa is a spacious and private getaway right next to the pool and a short walk out to the quiet and georgeous beach. We did not rent a car and were able to walk to Violas, Marina Village/Atlantis several times however it is approximately a mile away from Atlantis. I did not realize that Atlantis only sells day passes to cruise visitors and a few select rental properties so beware if you want to do the water park or dolphin adventure you may be out of luck. We enjoyed horseback on the beach, snorkeling on the reef and jet ski (right near the villa) and we strolled through Atlantis shopping, casino, shark pool and aquarium. Taxis are easy to come by if you stroll next door to the beach club. The only complaints I have are the industrial buildings just up the street are ugly and stinky and I thought that the villa was closer to Atlantis. Thank you for a wonderful family vacation spot!

We absolutely loved our stay. The location was perfect- a short cab ride to marina and downtown, yet far enough away to escape the busy areas. The villa was very clean when we arrived. Updated with Plenty of amenities. Lots of room for our family of 5. The pool and beach both just steps from our door. The beach was clean, quiet, perfect! Cabs were easy to get at the club next to villas. Convenience store also around the corner, which was great. We could not have asked for a better place. Owner is very responsive to questions. We highly recommend this rental, and hope to be back soon!

House was very beautiful and had very lovely decor. It was spacious and made for a comfortable stay. The villa is inside a gated property and is secure. There is a lovely pool and you can take the stairs right down to the beach. You can walk along the beach to Atlantis. We went to Nobu in Atlantis from dinner, loved how close it was to the resort. Had a lovely time there and everything went smoothly. I would go back again!

We stayed at the Villa for 6 nights it was simply amazing. The Villa was right on the beach and its about 20 minutes away from airport. We did our grocery shopping with the same taxi driver that took as to the Villa. From the moment we walked in, it felt like a home. It had 3 large newly renovated rooms with 3 separate washrooms. it was beautifully furnished and extremely comfortable. The layout was spacious and even with 5 of us staying, the house felt roomy with a lot of privacy. Kitchen included all the items needed for cooking which was very nice. You could relax on the beach which conveniently located about 1 min away from our room . The Beach was gorgeous and simply heavenly. I really enjoyed walking on the beach, snorkeling, jet skiing and many other fun beach activities. For fun or night life it was only short distance to Atlantis Casino. I love that we had a private pool just a few step from our Villa. Rental car was not required but good to have as a luxury. Definitely would like to go back this year again...

The condo was beautiful and spacious. Our kids loved the fact that the property had beach access. The property is gated and we felt very safe. The owner was very helpful and friendly. We would go back for sure.

Location was good. A few feet to private clean beach. Nice big heated pool. The condo itself was spacious and well furnished. We loved it. The owner was helpful and always answered right back if emailed. You do have to climb stairs to get to the bedrooms, and there's not much within short walking distance. We spent one day a Atlantis, which was fun, but a huge pain to get into and get around in, and they charge a lot for everything! Nothing included except what is put explicitly in writing. No one on staff seemed to be able to give us intelligent directions or information, and we had a person who has a little trouble walking and two babies with us.

Awesome 3 bedroom place. Lots of room for the family. Quiet place. Very clean. Close to Atlantis. A must see if you are in there. Ocean is great! Nice patio. Thanks for everything!

First of all the owner was very helpful and sent lots of information on the unit, before we arrived. This unit is just as described, very clean and comfortable. Pool was just feet from our patio area. We loved having the private beach access. I wish we could have rented a car, but they drive on the wrong side of the road and we did not feel comfortable with that. A lot of walking is involved staying here to see anything. Just not good for elderly with breathing problems. We used a taxi a lot! Spent more on Taxi than renting a car! DeWayne Wier, our taxi driver, was very helpful to us for the info about local favorites. Loved, loved, loved the beach and access. We were there every day! I would recommend this to everyone.
