This was a last minute pick, as our original choice booked before we had the chance.
Property is fine, just not for us. Location did not feel safe & traffic was loud.
I should have reviewed the pictures better as this is a townhouse with an efficiency size “kitchen”. The communal area was just far too small for our family of 4 and we were often crammed and on top of one another.
Location is close to theme parks.

We had a great stay for the Royal Canin AKC National dog show. Our host was very responsive to our inquiries and checked in with us to be sure we were happy with everything. Very clean place, nice neighborhood to walk the dogs, felt very safe.

Gayle was very communicative and her place was just the perfect stay for our family of 4 (2 adults and 2 teens). Everyone had their own bed. We were able to cook our own food each night after long days at the parks. Short drives to Universal and Disney. We enjoyed seeing the Magic Kingdom fireworks across the lake most evenings.

We stayed for a kid-free girl’s weekend and chose this location for its proximity to both Universal and Disney (less than 20 minutes with traffic in either direction). The property had everything we needed to be comfortable and the amenities were a nice touch-especially the Keurig! We had a couple things to point out to Gayle regarding the condo but she replied immediately and offered to fix any of the maintenance issues we were having (minor plumbing issue). Great communication! The only thing that I missed that may not be immediately clear from the photos is that the upstairs bedroom has an open pass through to the living room downstairs. There is a shade so the sun isn’t an issue, but if the plan is to put kids to sleep upstairs it might be difficult to continue visiting downstairs. My only suggestion to improve this property would be to update the door to the master bedroom downstairs-the deadbolt on the outside of the door is somewhat unsettling even if it didn’t fully lock. Overall, this was a pleasant and comfortable stay. Thank you, Gayle!

DREAM ACCOMPLISHMENT
The property is like from home to home. We had enough space to mingle and everything was available to used such as towels, napkins and cooking pot with utensils. All the house equipment was working perfectly. And what a wonderful property manager who never tired of your questions and enlightens on places to visit. We were able to tour all the fun venue due our strategic location.

Quiet Lake view getaway
I enjoyed every minute of my stay. I was able to start my mornings on the patio overseeing the lake. The entire facility is quiet and calm. The vrbo itself is very functional, the furniture is comfortable, and the space can easily accommodate groups from 2-6 people. Gayle was super easy to contact and responded to questions within minutes. This was a great first stay in Orlando and we would definitely return!

Everything was so clean and we had everything we needed! Location was so close to great restaurants, stores, and all the local attractions!

This was such a reasonably priced property close to everything and very quiet. The community is an older built community but the place was very contemporary and had a nautical/ beach theme. Great Lake in the back for walks for our dog and she thought of everything- from starter snacks and cleaning supplies to makeup wipes and novels! We enjoyed and Gayle was so responsive!

We enjoyed staying here! Great location for convention center & Disney. Plenty of space for our family of 4. The only negative part of the experience was that we saw the homeowner too many times during our visit. And others might not mind that, but we like our privacy and would prefer not to interact with homeowner throughout the stay. (But she is very nice!)

This was a great rental for our family of 6. Close to everything, such a great price. Everything was very adequate, very clean, I think the only thing that may have surprised me was after some remodeling, there were lots of lamps… But a lot of light switches that didn’t work anything. Haha. But truthfully that was not a big deal, because the place itself was great, clean, had lots of new things in it, and even though the kitchen was very small was still adequately stocked. Also having the room upstairs with two queen beds made a perfect spot for my four children. That’s hard to find in a cheaper rental.
Would definitely rent again when in Orlando!

EXACTLY as described!
This quaint, updated and comfortable townhome is located right in the thick of things whether you are traveling to Orlando for fun, family or business. In our case, we rented this unit in order to be close to the Orange County Convention Center and International Drive, yet far enough away from all that chaos so as to avoid being part of all the action 24/7/365.
As described by the manager of this property, less than five minutes from this townhome's driveway, we had already passed the entrance to Seaworld and were now passing the side-entrance of the WEST convention Center concourse. The North and South concourses were just two minutes further down the road. Interstate 4 is even closer whether you are headed to downtown Orlando or to Seaworld (which by the way is less than a mile from this property!) The ease of getting to and from this property each day of our convention was effortless. The same can be said for those headed towards ANY of the other attractions. If you have intentions of visiting Kennedy Space Center, the entrance to SR528 (also known as the "BEACHLINE) is only one turn away from this property! The 528 will take you right out to the beaches, the Cruise terminals, and Kennedy Space Center.
Dinner was never more than another five-minute drive whether our group decided on Steaks, seafood, pasta or something with an international flair.
Although the common areas of this property are limited, the unit itself is PERFECT for those whose stay in Orlando is always on-the-go. It is also well apportioned with all the necessities of a true home, including the kitchen, that while of limited space is properly outfitted with an apartment-sized refrigerator, range, and cupboards. and suffices ideally for breakfast and late-night snacks. You might not be able to cook a Thanksgiving dinner for 8 people in this kitchen, but then again, who wants to cook dinner when you are on vacation? That's what UBER Eats is for! LOL!
Should you have forgotten something at home, there's a Super Wallmart less than a half-mile north on the same road (Turkey Lake Road) as this property we visited on more than one occasion.
Without a doubt, if you are seeking true value in a vacation property that can sleep upto 6 people, this townhome can't miss!
Best of all, the neighbors are quiet and friendly, A REAL PLUS!!

Perfect and Convenient
We came in for a dance competition at the Hyatt Regency and this was an extremely convenience location to and from. Gayle was helpful and the property was even better than the pictures. We spent 5 days here and the property is also very close to the other attractions as well. Thank you.

This townhome was perfect for our needs. It is close to SeaWorld. There was a little mixup initially but the property owner was quick, responsive when needed and very nice! There is one bedroom and full bathroom upstairs and another bedroom with full bathroom downstairs.. two master suites. I would recommend putting new floor/table fans in the unit as there are no ceiling fans and only one of the 3 works anymore...they were definitely needed for some air flow in this heat! Also, the front door sticks really bad and may need to be adjusted...we had to use all of our body weight to open it each time. Overall a really good value and would recommend!
