The king sized bed was amazing and the breakfast buffet was epic.

The distance from the main city center also the lobby could be a lot more comfy sofas and a lot less tables.

It is definitely a hotel that stands out in Arequipa. We booked it ad hoc as the other place we had didn’t meet our expectations and it was an amazing stay. From the moment you enter the lobby, you are taken care of properly. The room was spotless, very spacious, quiet and with a nice view, beds were super comfortable, large bathroom, big wardrobe. There is a restaurant and the food was amazing. A bit pricey but worth it. The staff, both in the lobby and in the restaurant, was very professional, helpful and polite. We had an early flight and asked for a transfer which was arranged with no problem. We also had our laundry done, it was a bit more expensive than we expected but, again, worth it. We planned to stay 1 night but extended our booking after all.

it is a good hotel, not really a 5 star, but an honest good 4 star in Europe.

the jacuzzi was not working and the gym was too small

Hotel is right by the main hospital so not really an easy walk to anywhere. However it did have free parking and was pretty close to the airport which is what we wanted. Room was comfortable and the restaurant at the hotel was good.

if I had anything at all to complain about, it would be the train horn, lol but such a small thing did not take away from the experience.
