It was practically perfect in every way, maybe a quick or two but we enjoyed our time. The place is as advertised, and clean and secure. It even comes with an occasional visit from a cat which likes to play board games. The beach chairs, the bluetooth speaker, and beach towels are all very nice and much needed.

My sister, daughter, niece and I stayed for a week. We left today and miss the villa already. It’s a special place and has everything you need; a fully stocked kitchen, an amazing outdoor space, and spacious rooms with AC. Just 10 minutes away from the shopping and beaches, the convenience can’t be beat! The backyard is so spacious with a beautiful well kept pool, amazing plantings, outdoor seating for dining Al fresco and you can watch TV from the pool while enjoying a cocktail! Thank you Lavonne and Brett for a special stay. We hope to be back soon!

My family and I loved the property at Calabas. It was clean,well stocked and centrally located to everywhere on the island. Every destination was 6 or 7 minutes away on GPS. The pool and the landscaping is beautiful. Lavonne and Brett (owners)were very easy to contact for any questions we had.

The home is beautiful and exactly as pictured. The instructions were communicated clearly and the host is very responsive and helpful.

This is an absolutely stunning property. The yard was as beautiful as the house. Plenty of pool toys to enjoy in the pool. So refreshing, I literally was trying to find a way to stay here forever. The beach chairs were a lifesaver. Thanks for having those on site for us to use. The patio table was the perfect place to enjoy breakfast of a cup of coffee. The beds were so comfortable. With 6 people I was worried we wouldn't have enough hot water but there was plenty and we never had to take cold showers. The kitchen is modern and had everything we needed to cook meals. Our girls hung out in the hammocks until bedtime. Close walking distance to a little supermarket which was very nice since we were relying on taxis for most of the trip. We had heard so many wonderful reviews of Aruba, and needing a post 2020 getaway, we decided this was the year to make the trip! However, while we LOVE beaches, we also cherish every opportunity to explore new places, so we were pretty sure we didn’t want a resort. Lavonne and Clifford’s place was just perfect!! We were able to see the real personality of the island, explore the National park and the beaches , fine great restaurants off the main strip… and everything was only minutes away! The home was amazing! Meticulously clean, spacious, and with the most welcoming back yard we could have asked for. It was truly perfection in every way... every detail was attended to, the home is beautifully appointed and the location and backyard are phenomenal!You can have total and complete confidence staying in this beautiful home. Lavonne was amazing to work with! From our initial contact, she was filled with useful info which made our trip stress free and easy. She was extremely friendly, professional and helpful. She even checked in with us via email after a few days just to make sure that we were enjoying ourselves and to make sure we had everything we needed. Outstanding service!!You will be thrilled with this beautiful home! It is immaculate! Not just clean... it is immaculate down to the corners, the showers, the floors, the bedding... everything was fresh and clean. That is especially important in today's world. I felt extremely comfortable and safe staying in this home.The backyard!! ABSOLUTE PERFECTION! You will have total and complete privacy. The pool and the grounds are phenomenal! The space will be your personal oasis! The pool temp was perfection, the hammocks so fun and comfy, the waterfall is beautiful and the outside dining area was perfect for our family.The kitchen is perfection - open and spacious and it literally has everything you will need! It even came stocked with spices, salt, pepper... things that you don't want to have to purchase because you will only need a bit of each. There is also a grill out on the side patio.The bedrooms are bright and cheery and the beds and pillows are SUPER comfortable! There is plenty of space in each room for comfort and utility (places for clothing, etc.). The showers had awesome water pressure with plenty of hot water and they are spacious and very nice. The front landscaping is gorgeous! It was so welcoming to pull up to an aqua colored house with beautiful flowers and landscaping! No detail is overlooked!This home is located in a residential neighborhood where you'll find a mix of permanent residents and vacation renters. My daughter and I walked the neighborhood at night and felt very safe. The rows of cute, colorful houses were such a fun sight to see!We thoroughly enjoyed every minute in this beautiful home! Aruba truly is One Happy Island! The people are the nicest and the food is phenomenal! Brett & Lavonne’s place just makes it that much more memorable. We had a few hiccups upon arrival with accessing the property (please make sure to send your flight itinerary so that you can be greeted and let inside). I overlooked that request in communication with the owners and ended up sitting in the car for about an hour waiting for a door code to get inside. ‍♀️Completely my fault. I should’ve paid closer attention to the email. lol Once inside, the frustration of that wait quickly melted away. This property is exactly as pictured! The kitchen is fully stocked, the rooms are spacious but cozy, and the pool area is your own personal sanctuary throughout your stay! We had a few minor issues with the showers not getting hot our first couple of days (mainly in the master room). However, this was quickly rectified after informing Lavone. Other things to note is that the pool is SOLAR heated, so expect it to get chilly at nights. That was really our only complaint about the property We also had two visitors (small mice) intrude on one of our pool nights (OUTSIDE, never inside the home) but it is the Caribbean and that’s to be expected. We saw a few of them at the Butterfly Farm as well lol None of this in anyway diminished the experience of staying at this breathtaking property! You’d never expect the home to be as sizable as it is from the outside. There’s a large laundry room inside the home and tons of nearby grocery stores! From the home you’re only about a 7 minute drive away from the hotel, casino, and major shopping scene! Brett and Lavonne are great and put us in contact with a local event planner who goes above and beyond to make your stay on the island seamless. I wouldn’t hesitate to book this property again!

This house met our every need and then some! From the excellent pre-stay communication to the check in everything went so smooth. The property location makes it so easy to get to many of the beaches and attractions within minutes. The house is immaculate and well maintained. We loved the pool area and the beach chairs and towels were a nice addition for our trips to the beach. We will definitely be back to Aruba and will stay here again!
