Showers didn’t run hot One shower possibly leaking

The employees were really kind and helpful.

Comfort, hot shower, convenience of micrwave and washer/ driver on the same floor.

All good. It is a working hotel. Noise was minimal

to be honest it was really clean. I’ve stayed several times and it always is . never stayed in room 1 however, bed was terrible, and the hallway door was a massive annoyance.

the noice . room 1 sucks . that outside door 🙈 they could not pay me to stay in that room.

Quiet, comfortable and secure. Great to deal with.

Took money from my Credit Card without my permission. Staff were rude. You will need noise cancelling headphones to counter the music in the pub downstairs.

Reception lady was very nice & price was fair.

No warm shower from 8pm Tuesday & i had a flight to catch at 12am Wednesday & there was still only ice cold water coming from the showers, at 10am Wed, when i left for the airport.

friendly staff, the room was clean & tidy & had everything we needed for an overnight stay.

Well I liked that it was in Footscray and I thought I’d give my old hometown a visit and stay in the refurbished Plough Hotel.

The “Accomodation Manager”, really has no place working in hospitality. He caused a lot of stress and I would never stay here again. I don’t recommend this accommodation. there is a lack of communication with staff, polite staff inside the hotel who tell you one thing and an overbearing “Accommodation Manager” just out to grab every dollar he can from travellers. As far as a room review goes- small room, no view, windows don’t open. shared iron in a laundry. the pub downstairs looks nice in some areas. A shame really as it is a historic old pub.

Close to the CBD and public transport - very convenient.

I liked that it had food with it

I didn’t like that I could hear everything underneath it, I thought it would be a bit sound proof, and the card machine didn’t take my debit card not everyone carry’s a credit card on them
