Everything was so neat and clean. It was expectation. It was so comfortable. Love the view on da beach .

The staff was so nice and welcoming. Our room was spacious,clean, and had everything we needed for our week long stay. The whole hotel was clean and well kept up.

Enjoyed easy access to the beach. The staff was friendly and resourceful. We had neighbors that were playing really loud music late at night and the issue was resolved quickly and quietly.

I liked the room! It was nice and clean!
I didn’t like that I paid for a room I didn’t buy. I gotten a different room than what I purchased. Manager said because I booked threw booking it’s a 3rd party and we get the other rooms. We didn’t have a balcony on blvd nor ocean view. Manager said booking selected it like that!

The location is absolutely beautiful. The room was very clean and smelled amazing.
When we booked this location online, we reserved and paid in advance for an oceanfront room. We received a Boulevard room and was not given a chance to get the room we booked. It was disappointing but the stay all in all was supurb!

Remodeling room were awesome
People next to us on Saturday were smoking pot next door and we couldnt even open our door to the balcony and smelled it through the door disappointing

We liked the courteousness of the staff, the value of the room and the stress free environment of visiting during the off peak season, etc. We liked that a grocery store was very nearby within walking distance of less than two blocks.
We did not really have any noticeable negative concerns on this trip and did not have to request any assistance for anything,

Guest services manager Liz made sure we were assigned the room we requested online. I feel she went above and beyond her duties to make our stay memorable.
The condo complex is being renovated, so there was plenty of workers busy doing things and some noise, but it is the off season and this was the best time for them to do these things to get ready for the summer season. Our room was newly remodeled and excellent so this was minor.

Everything was very nice and beautiful. I want to thank Jenny Smith for all her help and kindness with my husband that is handicapped. All the staff was very kind and pleasant and will be back.

it was not ocean front as stated on my room type. I was informed by a staff member that booking customers don’t get ocean front room. I think if I paid for ocean front I should have received it

best part was the hotel is right on the beach. could ask for anything better.
handicap parking was extremely minimum. there is no restaurant or bar right at the hotel. BUT they are going to start renovating the hotel AND the is everything you need within a short walking distance.

Ask for more towel sets at guest services only got 1 set then tried to call to tell them no answer. Bathroom was a little smelly would have liked to smell cleaners or bleach in there to know it was throughly cleand.. Also it was pricey compared to last year.
