Property as described. Quaint and clean. Property owner responded immediately to my couple of questions

The check process went smooth. Place was clean and comfortable. The neighborhood was overall quiet just a few people mostly students overly loud. Loved the place but wish there was a 1/2 bath on the bottom floor instead there’s 2 bathrooms upstairs. Also there were stairs going up to the condo along with the stairs inside the condo going up to the bedrooms and bathrooms. My husband and I tolerated the stairs just took it slow. other than that I probably would try to find an condo at the bottom level next time. Jay was very helpful and always available anytime.

I really enjoyed my stay at this property for the couple of days that we were there. beds were comfortable and kitchen was well stocked.

Convenient walk to ASU campus. Nice size condo, well stocked kitchen.

We enjoyed our stay, unfortunately it was raining but it was wonderful due to the apartment.

Great communication with host and easy check in/out process. My wife and I were very comfortable and had all we needed for a short stay. The location is close to ASU campus so it was perfect for visiting our daughter (student at ASU)

The owner was easy to deal with. We needed a later checkout time and he gladly complied. Our only negative was a smoke alarm that started to chirp one morning when we wanted to sleep in.

I recommend this place for anyone visiting Tempe. The only downside was the pool was closed the whole time we were there.

We rented this property for my husbands first full Ironman race. We drove three and a half hours from California to get there. When we arrived the condo was as described in the heart of student housing by ASU, perfect for a commuter catching the light rail or going to a sporting event. Unfortunately, the moment we walked into the property it had a pungent smell to it. A smell that couldn’t really be described but was noticed by all four people in my family. We opened all the windows and doors and hoped it would go away. I noticed the property manager right away. We left the property to go get something to eat and hoped when we came back it would be better. It was not. I asked if there were smokers in the house prior or anything that they were trying to cover up with a chemical or something, but The only response I kept getting was “no one has ever complained before so I’m not sure what you’re talking about”. Okay, we’ll keep trying to ignore this because we’ve obviously already unloaded our car and all of our gear for the race. My son wanted a peanut butter and jelly sandwich so I went to make him one and the silverware was dirty. Then when we went to take a shower, the towels definitely had a Smokey smell to them. I told the kids we’d just have to figure it out in the morning cause we were exhausted from the drive out. They got ready for bed and went to turn on the tv in the spare bedroom except that tv didn’t work. The tv had no channels and the old school antenna system doesn’t work too well. We tried to set up my laptop in the room and the WiFi kept going out. My husband and I finally got into the master bed and immediately rolled into the middle together. The mattress is shot! The bed frame is squeaky and extremely uncomfortable! For someone who is about to run one of the biggest races of their life, this wasn’t going to be manageable. I contacted the property manager yet again at 3am to tell him we couldn’t handle these conditions any longer. I asked to be refunded our money and to be let out of our reservations. He once again claimed to not know anything and “other renters have never said anything” unfortunately I don’t believe that for a minute or people have some very low expectations of how they should walk into a property that they’re paying to stay in. We have yet to get our full refund and are still in a battle as to weather or not we deserve our money back. I would not recommend this property.

Host was great, place was clean and as advertised. Well done!

Fast and easy rental.. owner was very flexible and we were able to get in the night as our flight came in late. Our Vrbo owner was nice enough to let us checkin rather than getting a hotel. Easy access. Many places to eat in the area as well as shopping. Did not swim as it was cool and pool was not heated. Plenty of amenities in the condo loved keyless entry. Thank you. It was perfect !

Property was great for what we needed, short visit to Tempe for college visit. 2 bedrooms upstairs and 2 bathrooms were nice. Property is quiet. Check in was super easy and areas was safe with gate for access to condo complex. Overall cleanliness was good, but there does need to be a good dusting on the next cleaning. We would stay again!

First I would rent this condo again and I would recommend that others do so also. Second, Location was outstanding for university events and for enjoyment of south mountain hiking, golfing options, excellent dining, and the airport. Third, this unit is not spacious but it’s large enough, everything works and the beds are nice. Property manager could not have been better though there were zero issues for the entire month. Perhaps that’s the best recommendation of all.

Great space for the price - it was less expensive than the local hotels and was more spacious, including full kitchen. So there is a lot of room on topic of a convenient location to ASU campus.

Great place. Stayed for IMAZ - as advertised. The place was great - cozy and comfortable and had everything we needed. Location is perfect for everything - close to the college, sports complex, food, the local rail to downtown, airport and MUCH MORE. Thoroughly enjoyed it!! Thanks so much Jay!

Enjoyed our stay at this condo. Very nice and very convenient. Nice kitchen with keurig AND Coffee. Comfortable beds.

The condo is very nice and very clean. Jay communicates well but only when you need him so not intrusive. The walk to campus is less than 5 minutes. You really can’t beat the location and the quality of Jay’s place. We highly recommend it!

Very clean and located in good area close to ASU

We really enjoyed our 9 night stay. We were on the go every day so we basically only used the apartment for sleeping (very comfortable) and coffee in the morning (the K-cups provided were a treat!). Jay was great with responding to any questions we had. We will likely stay here again when visiting our daughter.

The condo was very clean and comfortable. Jay was responsive to our questions. Our location was convenient to local restaurants and major highways. I would highly recommend this location to anyone visiting the Phoenix/Tempe area!

Our stay was good... some of the things in the condo was needed, a new mattress and box spring is much needed on the queen bed... the area has a lot to see...the staff was very good to work with...it could have been cleaned better, and the patio had not been cleaned for a long time...

This is an excellent, well kept property that I would highly recommend if you want to be in the ASU/Tempe area. Communication with the owner/property manager was very clear and even on Christmas day (our arrival day) very prompt
