The noise Someone screaming and yelling all night and smashing something and wouldn’t refund us any money cause we ended up leaving day early

Location was excellent. Our son lives around the corner.

The lounge was too low for an older couple. Had difficulty getting up after sitting. Rug did not have a non slip backing which made it not stick to the floor.

Apartment and layout was good and clean. Made for comfortable quick trip.

Location is a little chaotic and a bit of a walk to resturants and such at night. During the day is all good.

Close to restaurants, tram to city. Room was spacious, WiFi worked well

7 day cleaning - so it’s a challenge if I stay 5 days. Have to ask for refills from toilet paper, trash bags, dishwashing liquids, etc. No bedside lamp.

Staff were wonderful anything we ask they replied straight away and I m not easy to please to be honest 😉

The after-hours checkin process was easy with great communication. Spacious apartment with all amenities needed. Great location - close to everything.

We didn't understand why we needed to do a physical check in at all - it was difficult to get to reception during open hours because of our schedule. We had sent through all documentation and payment prior to arrival.

Considering the cost, the lack of basics like tea and coffee was disappointing. Also, the requirements for guests to clean prior to departure was not what not welcoming concept. Signage throughout the building and in the information pack pointed to a lot of additional costs, should guests require assistance or the like.

Great stay place with everything you need like a washing machine and dryer. It also has all the facilities to make your own food and feels like home away from home.

Location, had all the necessary utilities, was clean and tidy. Staff was friendly and helpful. And the room was quiet.

The mattress was very hard; too hard for us. That is a real pity because it won’t make us stay there again, which otherwise we would have done.

Close to food &transport. Real paintings on the wall. Functional and user friendly kitchen and bathroom, good bed.

The handbasin plug - a common design was a bit blocked because of its poor design but easily fixed by friendly staff.

The carving knives are blunt and the pillows are atoo squxhy for my liking. We could have done with more dish washing detergent

The apartment was well sized and very clean and comfortable!! The bathroom was really nice. There is a great cafe really close by and the tram stops in front. We were unable to check in when we arrived and had a big day out planned for a friend's birthday, so we left our bags at the hotel. When we got back, the staff had taken our bags to the room and turned the heater on for us!!

The street the hotel was on wasn't amazing... the bed was slightly too firm for me but the pillows were great and I'm sure it'd be some people's preference to have a firm bed.

Helpful staff. The tv had a fault and the staff swapped the tv over immediately. Room heater on when we arrived which was very welcoming.

Location was terrific. tram to CBD, restaurants, walking distance for grocery shopping. The bedroom was fine. Staff were lovely and friendly.

The apartment was extremely small. There were only shade blinds on the lounge windows so you could feel the cold through the glass. There were very few kitchen utensils, not enough for cooking or storage despite a complete kitchen, nor dishwashing liquid etc for a 5 day stay. I touched the shower glass when I sat on the toilet, it was that close, and I'm not a big person. The hand basin was pretty useless as it was situated under the cupboard, couldn't clean teeth in there. There was no separate dryer so if the clothes didn't dry enough on the cycle they had to be hung out on a drying rack, not good if you want clean clothes to take on the next part of a trip. After 9pm there is no-one on site - not a problem unless there is an emergency, which then takes over 30 minutes for the after hours service to arrive.

not having an insitu night manager - an emergency number is not reassuring enough.
