Excellent location, clean apartment, excellent helpful host
10.0 / 10.0
The apartment was located in a lovely, quiet neighbourhood but still only a short walk to the main tourist attractions. It had all the supplies needed and was very spacious for our family of 5. The host was very friendly and helpful, giving us advice on how to get to the apartment in the easiest way.

Excellent place to stay. The apartment is really nicely done out in a quiet area, Nice neighbourhood, although quiet everything you need is within a few minutes walk. There were places that did great pizza, morning croissants and coffee within a minutes walk. A little further away (less than 5 minutes walk) there is a busier street with a small supermarket and a selection of bars & restaurants.
The water bus stop is a couple of minutes walk away and St Marks square is a short trip away by water bus or around a 20 minute walk.
nothing, it’s a great place to stay

Stunning apartment within minutes on foot of Arsenal waterbus terminal. Located less than 2 minutes from bars, restaurants, a pharmacy, a supermarket and a beautiful park. There is also a charming little floating fruit and veg market at the end of the street.
The host was lovely and very helpful; nothing was too much trouble for her, and I would highly recommend it. The living area was huge, and with the sofa bed, there was ample room for 4x adults and 2x children.
There was nothing I could think of to improve my stay. I would visit here again in a heartbeat.

Very kind host who I didn't meet but chatted with and was always helpful, as was her wonderful Mother who lives locally and came to check that all was fine when I arrived. Incidentally I had to arrive a day earlier than booked and this was offered to me with her compliments!

It would have been nicer to have better sheets (only cotton)

I loved the space, the cleanliness, the helpfulness of the host, THE LOCATION!!! The neighborhood was charming, calm and peaceful, but close to restaurants and city center. Walking distance from San Marco square.
There was no shower gel. Maybe due to a distraction I guess.

Great location for visiting the Biennale . The host even though we didn’t meet her in person was nice and helpful through messages. The apartment was clean and quiet specious
The facilities might need a little bit of an update but nothing major , the living room space could benefit from a coffee table ( but that is just a personal preference) And having some essentials toiletries would be perfect or maybe just a disclosure that you need to bring your own

The location was excellent and suitable for our purpose of visiting Biennale. The excess of the appartment was easy, the street is quiet, but near everything. The appartment was clean, it is big and comfortable.
Nothing. Everything was fine for the time of our stay.

It’s spacious, modern and great value for money. The host Giulia was fantastic as well
The bedroom mattress could be better though the sofa mattress in the living room provides a superb alternative

Lovely two-bedroom apartment off the tourist tracks. Live like a local Venetian, go to nearby boat that sells vegetables, fish store, meat store or just around the corner for freshly baked bread, chilled prosecco, lemon lemonade. And a great full featured kitchen to make a dinner of your own. Great sleep, conditioning in all rooms. Clean, local neighbourhood. Vaporetto in 3 minutes walk. Via Garibaldi in 3 minutes walk, nice park area just few blocks away. If you like tourist area, it’s still a walkable distance if you wish to do so in 25 minutes or take a vaporetto, although Venice is about walking.
Not much to dislike.

We stayed in this nicely and modernly furnished apartment for one night. It is located in a less touristy, but still with the Vaporetti very accessible part of Venice.

Amazing area in Venice. Not crowded, little no none tourists. I loved the apartment! It's bright, nice, cozy. Large living room area with comfortable armchair and sofa, great kitchen and rooms. Everything is new, renovated. It exceeded our expectations. If I were coming to Venice again, I would rent this place for sure! Thanks ☺️🙏

The place: acceptable, with the essential basics (small TV, Internet, so far ok). Some far from the places to visit (always a minimum of 20 minutes one way, to the nearest tourist part, and a very mediocre neighborhood - not 100% Venetian experience)
We are digital nomads so we have stayed in more than 40 apartments only this. Normally we trust the scoring system (always +9.2 apartments) but in this case this system has strongly failed us, probably because this apartment does not have many opinions.
Several things however, were unacceptable:
- The first, and reported in several reviews here, in the purchase process they tell you that all taxes and fees are included and then the woman of the house comes to collect the municipal tax, without receipts. It is a significant amount: € 4 per person and night. For a family it will go up considerably in a week. I am studying how to claim this fand other things to booking
- Also, the landlady did not come to greet us the first night, and without scheduling an appointment, she came at 8:30 in the morning. Since we couldn't attend her (I had a work conference), she rang the bell continuously for 5 minutes like crazy creating a horrible noise, disturbing my work call and my wife. Everything to collect the municipal tax. That have never happened to me
- We rented "apartment with two rooms" but she got very angry for having opened the second room to use the office desk and get some sheets to cover the sofa saying we couldn't open the second room (???)
- She complained that we put the heating on !!! It was cold at night in that apartment, you can believe me
- In all the communications the rudeness was evident, and she continued to contact us by message until I told her to stop writing to me
As said, something like this has never happened to me. I hope they correct the communication of the payment of taxes not included, manners and description of the accommodation to put: 2 people = 1 room

The apartment was clean and spacious. The kitchen had all the necessary items and was big enough for two people. There was an air conditioning in one of the bedrooms and in the living room. The neighborhood was quiet yet close enough to the most important sights. A supermarket and many restaurants were close as well.
It is a shame that the second bedroom did not have air conditioning.
