Everything was amazing! The hotel room had everything you needed. Very spacious room, great view from the balcony as well. Very friendly staff. Delicious breakfast with good choice of food. Couldn’t have stayed anywhere better!

the location was great. 5 minute walk to boat terminal. Lots of bars and restaurants nearby.. Although I love a traditional old style hotel The Atlanta Augustus desperately needs a renovation.. The front very old and dirty awning and threadbare red carpet definitely needs replacing and it’s the first thing you see when approaching the hotel. The bathroom needs updating . The shower floods the floor because of the poor location of shower head. comfortable bed. The breakfast was good. lots of choice . The staff were wonderful and work very hard to make your stay comfortable.

Bad location for venice visitors, its out of venice and need a car ship to contact between venice and ledo

everything was very good. staff was nice and helpful. breakfast was also good.

We didn’t know that we have to request a parking spot. So we ended up paying 15 euro a day for that.

Great location. Walking distance from station. Definetly better than the main island (not that crowded). :) Many restaurants around. Its taking about 15 minutes from hotel to the piazza San Marco.

Breakfast could be little more varied.

Location was very quiet, in a very nice neighborhood, felt quite up-market without being pretentious. Very comfortable and spacious rooms, and was really nice to have a balcony and hot drink facilities.

No hot water for a shower in the evening, and the breakfast was a little confusing, but I think we got to it at the same time as the whole hotel, so it got a little hectic.

Location: Nice and away from the mad crowds and managed to get good rest in between activities

Room: Inadequate charging points, No coffee or tea stations inside the room. Lights were just okay, Breakfast: Standard items, but no exciting stuff. Not even fresh omelettes.

I don't normally put a review like this but it was not a good place The hotel needs a good clean .apparently you have to request the room you book to the hotel even if you book with booking.com the owner reminded us in a very abrupt way. When you book a room on booking.com you look at the photos and book that room things are different in this hotel very strange you have to request your room. The owner is not very nice very rude with no manners . The bath tub in the rooms are plastic and cracked when we said that this was not the room we booked "to bad all the room booked tonight we can move you tomorrow". to the room we booked (we never saw the room we booked got put into another one )( have photos ) The room was semi clean but dust everywhere and built in grime in the bathroom not what you expect for what they charge . The breakfast was Below average with very bad coffee. and the staff seemed not to like working there . We will never ever stay again will book the Riveara opposite the boat terminal .at least we know the photos match there rooms .

Location is closed to the water bus station.

The breakfast is plain. The room has some odor. Not very pleasant of talking with the staff about the smell in room and refused changing room.

The room was spacious and clean. Very close to public transportation and lots of restaurants and also the beach.

Nothing worth mentioning

I was already once in this Hotel, and I wanted to be there again. The Hotel ist very central, I like the way of Hotel. The People who work there very polite, Kind und like to help all the time. I like the Garten, always clean and tidy, nice atmopshere to sit any time. Breakfast ist very good, the person who working there very nice and polite and kind.

besides that I all like, may be it should be possible to have a place to let the chlothes dry after schwimming. There is no place for this. And it was very hot, may be litte bit more place for fridge.

The lady receptionist at check in was absolutely brilliant as she went out of her way to help and explain everything.

Shortage at breakfast been turned away no curd, no fruit coctail, this was by 0830 am while few more clients coming.

Very friendly, very helpful and the hotel had a faded glamour. Lovely
