Staff is lazy, hotel price is slightly high comparitively Shuttle drivers were long waiting for another passenger, due to this we lost our prayers in haram

De hotel was heel goed, hygiënisch. Een bus was altijd beschikbaar voor naar haram te gaan. De omgeving is heel aangenaam, zeker met een gezin.

Mijn eerste verblijf, kreeg ik een kamer die veel te klein was voor 4 personen.

اولا السلام عليكم،اللي خلاني احجز الفندق الخدمات اللي تحته تنفع للي ماعندهم سياره وكلشي حولكم واغلب المطاعم توصيلها مجانا بعضها ماتتعدا 9وال20

مشكلتهم ماوضحو انه مافي باصات للحرم مباشره،،الباص يوديك قدام فندق مكارم اجياد تمشين الين داخل الساحات وقبل انزل سألت سواق وين اروح بالرجعه ما جاوب اجابه مفهومه خايف من العسكري والمشكله حتى رجل الامن قال علمهم عادي وسأل خلصتو بكل ادب واحترام بس ماعرف ليه سواق مايبا يجاوب،،على العموم حنا عائله مكونه من7افراد ومن ضمنهم طفلين مشينا اكثر من السعي والطواف وبالقوه لقينا الباصات ولما لقيناها ليتها وصلتنا دايركت على الفندق حطنا في مزدلفه ورجعنا مشينا ثاني مره الين الباص ،لا وفوقها موقفينها نهايات وتعبنا مرا بالمشي،وقبلها دقيت على الاستقبال وماعندهم اجابه ،،هذا غير خدمه الغرف زي منديل سلبير بالقوه يجون،بساعات يقعدون ولما اتصل يقولوا ابشري ان شاءالله وبرضه محد يجي غير مستوى نظافه اول مره عطوني غرفه الله يكرمكم ريحتها شي مو اوكيه وبعدها تعاونو وغيروها لي لاكن خدمه السلبير والمنديل بالقوه يجون،،،ولاحظت في كذب عندي طلبيه عند الاستقبال وقلت طلعوها لي قال ترا مابتجي الا بعد ساعه ساعتين،شوي الا وهو يدق الباب طيب ليه الكذب

Really it was an amazing stay Alhamdolelah very clean with good designed big rooms, cooperative staff,nice break fast and available water and tea and coffee drinks all the day but the really amazing thing is their transportation system you will never feel the distance to Haram 24 hours buses are available and they park near Haram no much walking and easy to find From heart thanks for making our Omra that much easy and comfortable ♥️

I have stayed many times, and found very good accommodation and staff is very nice and no parking issue. Shuttle bus as well as Taxi available to go to Haram. It is better to park your car here and go by bus OR taxi to avoid parking problem near Haram

Rude behave they have when i went to the hotel for check in they said they dnt have room for even i already paid and my reservation was confirmed and than they offerd me tye next building which i refused and hotel is goving me realy hard time.

I dnt like anything from there everything was broken and dirt there, i am strongly not recomended to any of my family or friends

Smooth check in and check out. Staff very polite and professional. Breakfast was good, had a wide variety to choose from. Shuttle service to and from Haram. Underground car park was full but plenty of public parking spaces in front of the hotel.
