Good location, excellent parking facilities, very friendly staff. Good value homely evening meal with large portions !! And a good choice at breakfast buffet with the option of a freshly cooked meal as well. Room was spacious and comfortable.
Only one tiny suggestion would be to have shower screens rather than curtains.

The breakfast was okay but served to early. It was from 8am - 9am. I was there on holiday and did not want to get up so early.

nothing. very poor attitude from the staff.
Despite receiving emails confirming the booking and also a reservation reference number, on arrival at the hotel, with a shrug of the shoulders and an attitude that it was our problem, we were told that Booking.com had overbooked the hotel, they didn’t know anything about the booking and it was our problem to sort out. the booking had been made on behalf of an 83 yr old disabled acquaintance. we then had to try to find alternative accommodation. which was eventually found 5 miles away by a very helpful establishment.

Just be aware is in the ms in road so quite a bit of traffic noise and the town clock strikes every quarter of an hour from 0700-2300 !
