Overall the condo is wonderful. Very clean and updated. We had an issue with our stay and the owner was quick to respond and correct the issue wonderfully. I would recommend this condo you won’t be disappointed

My husband and I enjoyed this condo immensely. Check and check out was very easy. The owners were very assessable and communicated as needed. There was one minor glitch with Internet when we first arrived but I think that was systemwide and had nothing to do with this site,as the next day everything was fine. But the owners contacted the company and the serviceman came out and helped us get the remotes paired to the TVs. Thank you for a wonderful time. Great view ! We could enjoy the beach from the balcony without getting in the sand. We are not water sport people, so what we wanted from the beach, we enjoyed from the condo! Even on colder, windy days, we could still enjoy the view without going outside. Everything we needed to cook was in the cabinets, except the food, of course. A grocery was less than 2 miles away, as well as close to lots of restaurants. There were beach/pool supplies in the closet that included pool noodles, paddle boards, rafts, beach bucket of toys, and a large cooler!

We had a wonderful time this year. We had no problems at all with the condo. If there were any questions I had Chelsee was great for getting back with me quickly and was always very kind. The condo was clean and kitchen was well furnished. We loved the pool area it was perfect for our grand babies.

Loved this property! Beautifully decorated and had everything we needed for the week. The owners are very nice and quick to answer any questions I had. We loved sitting on the balcony in the mornings watching dolphins and eating breakfast. We played on the beach almost everyday. Love having beach service too! The beach chairs and umbrella are so nice to have. The grounds are clean and kept up beautifully and everything is so manicured and taken care of. We would definitely stay here again. We had the best stay! Perfect location with beautiful oceanfront views. We saw dolphins almost every morning we were there! The pools were such a nice feature to have and because there are two it was never crowded in the water. There were a few breakable decor pieces that we had to put out of my daughter’s reach, but overall was a very child friendly environment. The owners were also amazing with communication leading up to the trip and providing us with a welcome packet pre-arrival. Would definitely recommend this condo to anyone who wants a relaxing place to stay and enjoy the emerald coast!

Condo was decorated very cute. Great view from the balcony. We saw dolphins from the balcony in the morning. Very clean upon arrival.

We loved our stay! You can’t beat the location, the view, or the accommodations. Our hosts were very easy to contact and helped us get settled in. It truly felt like a home away from home, and we can’t wait to stay here again.

Highly recommend this property. Beach chairs, umbrella, toys for the kids provided. We purchased and left a 48qt igloo cooler for future guests. The view was gorgeous, and if you go down early enough you can snag a complimentary umbrella and 2 beach lounge chairs as well. The pool was massive and spotless. A perfect place to wear the kids out after a salty day in the ocean. The only thing we didn’t have with us and could have used was a blow dryer, so bring yours if needed and you'll be set!

The property was very nice the view of the ocean was perfect we had a minor problem with the drain being clogged it was handled excellently it was a great location convenient to all property was well maintained we would come back again

I’ve vacationed in these units for around 15 years. This is just my second time to vacation in this same unit. Great location, beautiful views, well furnished, clean and good neighborhood. After staying in this unit last year, I requested it again this year, and I’ll request it again in the future.

We love this condo because it is right on the beach, has plenty of space, is very well set up, very clean and the owner is very responsive. This was our second year and we will be back for as long as this home/unit is available. We had a great experience!

We loved our stay in Fort Walton Beach at Waters Edge! The unit was clean and well stocked with necessities to allow us to cook and feel right at home! The pool was clean and fun area to hang out. The beach is one of our favorites, white sandy beaches and clean blue ocean waters. The grounds were also very well kept and staff were friendly! Overall we can’t wait to be back!

Have stayed at this condo complex many times. This unit by far was the BEST! Wonderful owners and great time had by all!

The condo itself was absolutely gorgeous, the view was breathtaking. We had 7 of us in the condo and we had plenty of room. Everything was so clean and the pool and beach area were amazing. So many great places to eat close by along with many fun things to do.

The condo is so spacious and comfortable! Felt like a home away from home. Will absolutely stay here again. Loved being away from the busy areas of Destin. The complex is so well maintained. Pool and beach are perfect!

This condo was perfect for our family of 7. We had 2 infants with us and the master closet was so large, we could fit one of the kids in there in a pack n play. The views were amazing and the owners couldn't have been more gracious. Would definitely book here again.

We just arrived home from a week in this beautiful condo! I absolutely loved the decor! I wanted to pack it all in my suitcase and bring it home with me! The owners were easy to deal with. Luckily, we were able to check in a little earlier that 5pm. We anticipated traffic to be much worse than it was. Okaloosa Island is far enough from Destin that it does not seem crowded at all. We would absolutely stay in this condo again!

Have stayed three times at Water’s Edge. This has been the cleanest condo so far. It was decorated nice and super comfy. Would definitely stay here again.

It was a little confusing to find the condo door as there is no front desk anymore from what we were reading. After that it was easy. Had a lot of fun, beach was clean from litter just a lot of seaweed this time of uear I guess. Close to restaurants with about a 5 minute drive. Destin Is pretty close to fort walton for more things to do but is a super busy city where as fort walton is more laid back less people overall. Had a great stay and will probably come back to the same condo in the future as the owners were very responsive and sent the info on the days they said they would.

The condo was clean, very nicely decorated and had ample space for our family. The balcony had a perfect oceanfront view. The pool was large and not overcrowded. The condo is had nice helpful items like sand toys, blender, air mattress etc. Owners responded promptly when AC was acting up. Great place to vacation!

The property is as advertised, clean and comfortable. All the amenities in the property were what we needed. Pool and grounds were well maintained. Parking was easy and so was access to everything Waters Edge had to offer.

This our fifth time staying at Waters Edge. We love the beach, pool and out of the way feel but yet everything is so close if needed. We will be back again!

Condo was perfect. Immaculate and everything was as advertised. The owner stays in touch which is great. We have already booked it for next year!

We stayed at this property at the beginning of April for Spring Break with our teenagers. Neighbors and friends of our rented a unit in the same complex also. The condo itself is absolutely perfect for our family of 5! Super comfortable beds, full kitchen, everything we needed. Views were gorgeous - even saw dolphins swimming from the balcony while having coffee one of our first days there! The beach is immaculate & the beach chair service is great! They even have an ice vending machine on your walk out to the beach to fill your coolers for the day - that was a really nice feature! There were sand toys & extra beach chairs left in the room for us to use from previous guests which was a big plus for us! We all had the most amazing vacation & cannot wait to visit Okaloosa Island again! Definitely will be back to this condo also, location was perfect! Away from the chaos of super crowds but close enough to enjoy it when we wanted too. Loved our stay!!!

We loved this condo! The location was fabulous and it had everything you could possibly need for your stay. In addition, it was beautifully decorated. The owners were very quick to respond to any questions we had and were quite helpful. I would not hesitate to stay here again!

Great property, well equipped and lots of beds. Kitchen had lobster pots, Kurig and even a margarita machine. Only "bad" thing was almost too much furniture on the deck so it was a little crowded with everyone outside.
