We loved our stay from the pool and provided beach gear to the well appointed kitchen and comfortable bedroom arrangement. Jen was super helpful before & during our stay! The beaches in Aruba are beautiful- we would come back for sure.

This house is outstanding! We had a phenomenal family vacation and the property played a huge role. The house was prettier in person than even the photos and was located in close to the beach. The host was great in their communication and assisted us with any needs, including arranging activities that we were interested in. Would definitely stay at this property again!

We traveled with two families with kids ranging from 8 years old to 16 and we had plenty of space for everyone. From initial booking the house were very responsive and helpful. They gave great recommendations on things to do and places to eat. There were plenty of pool floats, beach towels, and sand toys. The two coolers were also great to have for beach days. The walk from the house to our toes in the sand was only five minutes and super easy. We loved having our own place to come back at the end of the night and play cornhole, swim, and play games. We will definitely be staying here again.

Our family of four (2 adults, 2 kids-11 yo) absolutely loved this property! The house was perfect for us. It was clean, well stocked, and spacious. We walked 5 min to the restaurants on Palm Beach and found the grocery stores to have a wonderful variety of food for meals cooked at home. Our kids loved the pool and my husband and I loved the palapa in the shade. Our favorite beach was Arashi because it was more rustic and less crowded. Jen was the best host we have ever had and we rent a lot of properties! Her communication, recommendations, and willingness to go above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect was appreciated. We spent a day at DePalm Island and rented a beach cabana to see the flamingos. The kids had a blast on the water slides, banana boat, and snorkeling that day. We would highly recommend it for families! There is so much to do in Aruba we are already talking about coming back. We would absolutely stay at the same property again and highly recommend it to others. We seriously hated to leave!

We loved our stay in Aruba! The place is within a 5 minute walk to the beach, shopping, dining and casinos. There was ample supply of pool floats, sand toys, cooler and beach chairs. The pool area is a tropical oasis and very relaxing. Jen is very responsive to communication prior and during our stay. We would definitely recommend this to our family and friends!

We wanted to share Aruba with our adult children and their significant others. This property has 3 bedrooms and baths so everyone can get ready easily. In addition, there’s a guest house with an additional bedroom/bath. The owners have thought of everything you would need from beach chairs/coolers to games in the living room. Jenn provided many excellent suggestions from Jolly Pirates snorkeling to Tuesday night tacos at Lolas. The house is an easy walk to the beach and has a beautiful pool if you’d rather have a relaxing afternoon at the house.
We highly recommend staying at Paradise Villa! Absolutely exceeded expectations.

We stayed at the property for 7-days with 5-adults and 2-childern (5&10). We had plenty of space for everyone. The property was just as advertised, and very clean. The kids loved having the pool to themselves after full days of the beach and exploring Aruba. Having a full sized kitchen and fridge was great as well as having an outdoor grill to cook. The hosts were very accommodating and were available for anything we needed. I feel they went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and taken care of. The beach is a short walk from the villa however there is a slightly busy road you have to cross. It wasn't a big deal as we managed just fine. Never needed to wait more than 2min to cross. We would carry chairs and coolers from the villa to the beach which no one ever complained about. The neighborhood is quiet and very nice. Stores are close by for quick things and larger stores are about a 5min drive. Overall, we would most certainly (and are planning to) rent again as the experience was very good. Thank you for the fun memories Paradise Villa!

This property was just perfect and was exactly as described. Our group had (4) couples, the property gave us plenty of room so we all had our own space, but also allowed us to gather for drinks, cards and plenty of laughs. The property is only about 5-7 minute walk from shopping, restaurants, the beach and pretty much anything you would need. The hosts were extremely helpful and super easy to work with. We would highly recommend this property.

We stayed at Palm Beach Paradise Villa January 12-18 2024 for a family vacation with our 3 adult children, all in their 20s. The rental was exactly as advertised--clean, spacious, well-appointed. The pool and outdoor areas were great. And the location was terrific--just a short walk or drive to Palm Beach, and with our rental car we easily trekked around the island. A big thanks to Jen, who contacted us before the trip and offered her recommendations on things to do and places to eat, etc. We had a wonderful time, and highly recommend this rental!

Great home that has everything you need to be comfortable and have fun. Short walk to the beach. Beautiful pool and amenities. Outstanding concierge helps plan a wonderful vacation. Chef can prepare great gourmet meals. Arrange massages in the shade outdoors. Close to shopping and restaurants. Best paradise vacation. Owner accommodating and very helpful. We had 10 family members and home had plenty of space for everyone.

This place is even better in person than in the pictures, and the hosts are just as amazing as the house. They are there to help an any way, shape, or form they can. They'll check-in just to make sure everything is going well, and are a true asset to the trip. We timed our walk to the beach at 8 minutes, but chose to walk further at times for open areas. The strip is also a great time at night, and being in the center of Palm Beach, you are a close 5 minute drive to eagle Beach or Arashi Beach (which was our favorite). We used the guest house for a couple that don't like to stay up late paying games, so the space ended up being so perfect. At the end of the trip, each person in my party talked about how great our stay at this house was. If you're going the house rental route in aruba, this is top notch.

This house allowed 3 couples privacy and great spaces for gathering! There were several spots inside and outside for meals, lounging, playing board games, swimming, and corn hole! The kitchen was equipped more than in any other rental we’ve used! Close to beaches, shopping, and restaurants! The neighborhood was quiet and easily accessible. Beds were comfortable and plenty of room to unpack your clothes. There were some rafts for the pool and beach chairs for all of us to use. There was even some beach toys and scuba masks in the laundry room. Jen responded quickly to any questions we had. Would definitely rent this home again should our travels bring us back to Aruba!

The location was awesome for access to palm beach's activities - beaches, outstanding restaurants/bars, shopping, etc. Super clean, awesome pool, comfortable beds, nice kitchen/common areas, great outdoor space. Really liked it. Have already recommended it to friends. Hosts were awesome and very easy to communicate with. Great property!

The house was beautiful, furnished with all the amenities needed, a well-stocked kitchen, beach towels, pool floats, etc. Directions and check-in process was great, beds were comfy, clean home, good wifi, close to Noord. The pool out back was beautiful and a great way to relax late afternoon after exploring Aruba for the day.

Bedrooms are large and spacious and the best beds of any rental we have stayed in by far. Great outdoor area with a palapa for shade and outdoor dining. Pool is awesome to jump into to cool off. The location of this house is superb as it’s a quick 5 minute walk to beaches, bars and restaurants. Would definitely recommend this house and especially if there are a group interested as there is plenty of room.

We had an amazing week in Aruba with our family of four and grandparents. We traveled with 2 little ones, age 4 years and one 8 months old and the house had everything we needed. The owners reached out in advance to ask if we needed a pack and play and high chair which was so much appreciated, less we had to travel with. One of the owners also called a few days before we left just to check in and answer any questions I had. They were so accommodating. The house had so much space and the pool and cabana outside was so nice. Every morning we had breakfast outside and drank our coffee while my son swam in the pool. The pool lights at night are also so much fun, my son loved them. It’s a short walk to palm beach, we had no problem taking the shortcut with our stroller. We chose to drive most mornings because we liked being on the beach in front of the Hilton the most. They have the widest beach and the most spread out. We rented umbrellas there and took our beach chairs. If you go early, there’s a side road by the Barcelo that’s public parking or park in the Hyatt lot. If you go to Eagle beach, there’s not a lot of food options so pack snacks if you have babes, but the palapas were free and there was even free beach chairs but it was so nice to have the beach chairs the house provided so we didn’t have to worry. I personally loved eagle beach the most with my babies, less crowded, got the best pictures there but it was inconvenient for food. 10/10 recommend this house. We loved all the games, Jenga, cornhole, dice, and we loved all the pool toys and floats. They even have a music speaker to enjoy. The house had multiple hairdryers, washer and dryer, coffee pot, blender, anything you can seriously think of, it had. Bathrooms with every bedroom, huge showers, beautiful kitchen and dinning table, and the outdoor area was incredible. I just truly cannot say enough good things. If you are considering booking, book now before it sells out. Best money I’ve ever spent. This was our fourth year traveling to Aruba and we will definitely be back. I cannot say enough wonderful things about our stay at this beautiful home in Palm Beach! Everything about it was perfect! The location was a short walk to the popular Palm Beach hotels and beaches, the private pool was perfect to lounge by anytime of the day or night!!! The house was large, private, spotless and had every amenity a family could ask for. The owners stayed in touch and answered all of our questions and made great recommendations of places to eat and things to do. I wish I had time to book a massage but the week flew by and before I knew it, it was time to head home. I'm already looking at the calendar to find dates for next year!!!

Perfect in every way possible!!!
I cannot say enough wonderful things about our stay at this beautiful home in Palm Beach! Everything about it was perfect! The location was a short walk to the popular Palm Beach hotels and beaches, the private pool was perfect to lounge by anytime of the day or night!!! The house was large, private, spotless and had every amenity a family could ask for. The owners stayed in touch and answered all of our questions and made great recommendations of places to eat and things to do. I wish I had time to book a massage but the week flew by and before I knew it, it was time to head home. I'm already looking at the calendar to find dates for next year!!!

Plenty of space for all 9 of us. Grateful for all 4 bathrooms and teens enjoyed their space in the apartment. The pool was perfect and kitchen provided all necessary items.

The place is fantastic, location is even better. We had our 3 kids and 3 of their friends with us on this vacation. The house is so close to everything that our kids walked to the beach, restaurants and shops, it made it so easy.The hosts could not have been better, everything was in excellent shape and communications with them was excellent.The home is very comfortable and has all the furnishings anyone could want. Lots of space for our big crew to hangout without feeling like we were on top of each other. Having a pool onsite was the cherry on top!Thank you M

The house was amazing and the owners were great! Called us a couple days into our trip just to make sure we had everything we needed. They sent a lovely email before we left with all the information and things for us to book if we wanted to. Highly recommend the place!

House was perfect for 8 of us, two families with plenty of space. Had all the amenities you would need, very clean and location was perfect. Able to walk everyday to/ from the beach, bars, casinos. Highly recommend it!
