Beach was a 5 min walk and park play ground was a min walk was perfect get away for a family

This property was in a nice area, but otherwise it was too far from most activities. With only one restaurant within walking distance, and limited hours, had to drive too much. The property itself was worn with updates needed.

My family enjoyed our stay in this comfortable home. It was conveniently located close to the public beach, which we visited every day. The host was quick to respond and obviously cares well for the home. The home was incredibly welcoming and we had access to everything we needed. We would certainly book this lovely home if we get the chance to visit Virginia Beach in the future.

We stayed at the beach house for a long weekend with our two friends and their 2 1/2 year old son. The beach is close and since it’s the bay and not the oceanfront, we found the calmer waters perfect for an overly brave toddler. The bedroom setup was perfect for two couples and one child. We each had our own space and our own bathrooms. The kitchen and living space were spacious and clean. We would happily stay again and recommend this property to anyone who wants a relaxing stay near the water.

I rented the house for my sister and her family all 30 plus age wise. They found the house very inviting and very clean. The location was great for what we needed. Walking distance to the beach and several restaurants.

Convenient, close to the beach. Enjoyed staying at the home. Small draw back the master bath hot water did not work.

We flew into town to attend our son's wedding. We stayed at the tree house, which was just a short distance away from our son's place. The tree house is in the perfect location, close to both the bay and Lynnhaven Inlet. We walked to American Brew a few times and walked the trails at Pleasure House Point. There is so much to do in walking distance. We enjoyed our stay minus the construction noise and trucks across the street.

My family stayed here for a long weekend so I could run the Shamrock Marathon. The location was perfect — quiet street, north of the more touristy area but with plenty of walkable/short drive options for food and nightlife. Our host was wonderful with communication, and the property had everything we needed!

The house was perfect for our purpose to visit family nearby. I was surprised about the amount of steps once you entered the property. The house is actually a duplex and we rented the upstairs. The best part was a large deck outside and you could see the water even though it is not a waterfront property.

The property was spacious and welcoming. Communication with host was excellent. We would stay again.

We stayed at the treehouse three years ago and loved it! When we tried to book it last year it was already taken. We were lucky to rent it again this year by booking early. The home is on the second floor and has a very specious living room, dinning area and kitchen. We loved the front deck where we could watch people ride their bikes, walk thier dogs or take their family on a very short walk to the beach. The master bedroom/w large bath, is very large and has a small deck out back where one can have coffee in the morning and read the local news. The second bedroom has a queen and has a shared bathroom. The third bedroom has two nice twin beds. There is of street parking for two large vehicles (sequoia and extended cab F150 with a large bed.) Chick beach is a local beach on the bay where one doesn’t have to worry about waves crashing down on small children. It is perfect to fish, or as I did, float the afternoon away on my float. The bike trails to the First Landing State Park and then onto the Virginia beach board walk is just off Lesher bridge by the house. A very easy ride once you crest the bridge on your bike. Kim, the hostess, was fantastic! It was easy to communicate with her and she was very responsive, warm, and welcoming ! We would highly recommend staying here. It is perfect in almost every way! We hope to be here next year!

We all truly liked the size of the unit and it was in a great location near the bay on a quiet area of the beach.

My extended family enjoyed a wonderful vacation at this beautiful home. Location was perfect and the owner was friendly! I will definitely come here again!

All went well. We rented this location because of its proximity to VA Beach Tennis Club. It was perfect for our weekend tennis tournament!

I was extremely happy with my choice for my 1st visit to VA Beach! The house is in a great location. It's a short walk to the wetlands, and an invigorating walk over the Lessner Bridge to a great bar on the water. It's also a short walk to the multifunctional American Brew restaurant as well a short drive to the airport, breweries, grocery stores and the ocean. We loved the outdoor spaces - a big deck as well as a private deck off of 2 of the bedrooms. It is on the 2nd floor so one has to schlep bags up, but worth it. The host was very responsive for any questions. I would highly recommend this venue!

It was spacious with attention to the little things, like sufficient supplies in the kitchen and bath. Size of balcony was an unexpected plus.

We came to visit our son who is stationed in Norfolk it was about a 25 minute drive to the base. Plenty of places to eat in the area and the house is in a quiet neighborhood would definitely book this home again. Thanks Kim

The outside patio space was wonderful. Quite and private. Close walk to beach and some awesome restaurants. Very clean, Nice beds, good TV for rainy days.

Excellent location for our weekend trip to Virginia Beach for a family wedding. Unit is clean and spacious. Loved the large deck and windows which make the unit bright and cheery. Beautifully furnished. Plenty of room for 6 adults to spread out and relax.

We enjoyed our stay for the week. Great location to anything you would want/need. Very clean and furnished with lots of extra necessities like pillows and blankets. Excellent communication with the owner. L

The treehouse townhouse was very nice and spacious for my family. The walk to the beach was just a short distance away. The deck was our favorite part. It felt like you were sitting in a treehouse. We were very happy with the rental property and definitely look forward to renting from Kim again.

Stayed from August 12th to August 16th, 2021. Came in with friends and family to celebrate a friend’s retirement from the Navy. Perfect location in a neat neighborhood right next to the inlet and Chic’s Beach. Make sure you hit Chic’s Oyster Bar for calamari, an Orange Crush and a Jameson Pickle Back!
