Perfect place to stay for our group of 8 adults and kids. Had everything we needed and the kids loved it. Great location to travel to Legoland from. Great communication with the hosts also

The place was roomy .
Getting into the parking space . The lock system is not easy to unlock .
Had to ask someone to help , after a struggle we got it open .
There were a few cleaning issues . The bins were dirty . The toilet brushes were dirty . In the wardrobe there were spare duvets which filled the space where you could hang clothes and it looked really untidy . The curtains all didn’t work properly . The light from outside street lights shown into the bedrooms . Could not get the tv to work on ITV only on iplayer . no free view working . The flooring surround to the entrance carpet broke and I slipped as I went into the house on it .

We were very concerned about the area the property was in. it did not feel safe for families. The oven did not have any shelves so we had to cook one item at a time on the bottom of the oven.

The house is adjacent to the entire complex's garbage containers (large ones), right under the window and in the backyard which was allocated for it.
During summer you cannot open the window of this side of the house due to the smell (living room, two master bedrooms)
No use of the backyard, because of it.
When we got in, the house was so hot, we had to open the windows and lots and lots of flies and bugs went into the rooms, and I spent an hour killing them.
There was only a single large fan, in the summer the house needs more, or an A/C.
The neighborhood is a bit shifty.

A welcome basket with some tea and coffee and milk provided would have been pleasing. I had contacted and asked if coffee and tea provided and was told yes. 8 sachets of coffee And a few more tea bags between the two properties.

Amazing service! Great communication from the hosts, everything was quick and easy!
The rooms and house was extra clean with great facilities and amazing decor. Really enjoyed our stay!

The room sizes were great and nice and bright
It was also well equipped
Somethings could have been cleaner ie the fan and the mattresses should have had mattress protector s on as they were badly stained
The freezer also needed defrosting

Very spacious and greate value for money. Checking in was smooth and instructions were very clear. Great communication from the owners who was able to extend our checkout time by an hour which was very helpful. The property was well laid out and modern.
Walls had loads of marks on all over the house as well as the toaster, kettle and oven being dirty.
