Luxuriöse 3 Schlafzimmer 3. 5 Bad 10. Etage Einheit in Ocean Vistas, einer der wenigen ausgewählten Premiere Eigentumswohnungen in der Daytona Beach Area. 2848 Quadratfuß (SF) klimatisiert und insgesamt 3500 SF, einschließlich der zwei separaten Balkone mit Blick auf den Ozean bzw. den Intra-Coastal Waterway (ICW). Jedes Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein eigenes Badezimmer, einen Deckenventilator, einen 32-Zoll-Flachbild-TV und einen großen begehbaren Kleiderschrank. Jedes Zimmer bietet Meer- oder ICW-Blick. Das Gerät bietet Platz für 8 Personen. Zwei Schlafzimmer mit Kingsize-Bett, ein Schlafzimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten und zwei tragbare Einzelbetten (keine Klappbetten). Eine Gourmetküche mit Mittelinsel ist komplett ausgestattet. Die geräumigen und komfortablen Wohn- und Essbereiche verfügen über einen 40-Zoll-Flachbild-TV und einen DVD-Player. Die Waschküche ist groß und voll funktionsfähig und umfasst Waschmaschine, Trockner, Theke und Waschbecken. Die Veranda am Meer ist groß (480 SF) und privat (nicht wie ein Vogelkäfig Barsch). Es umfasst einen Esstisch und Stühle im Freien, Freizeitstühle, Deckenventilatoren und einen Jenn Aire-Elektrogrill mit zwei Brennern, WIFI und Kabel-TV für die gesamte Einheit. Bringen Sie Ihre Handys mit, da das Festnetz selten genutzt wurde und eingestellt wurde. Zu den Annehmlichkeiten der Wohnanlage zählen ein Concierge, eine zugewiesene Tiefgarage für Gäste, ein Versammlungs- / Unterhaltungsraum auf der 2. Etage, ein Gästebürobereich mit passwortgeschütztem Computerzugang, ein Kraftraum, Aerobic-Geräte, ein Pool und ein Whirlpool.

The unit itself is outdated. There was a mold issue while we were there.

We spent our Spring Breaks there in Daytona Beach at a place just down the road from Ocean Vistas from 2010 through 2016. This is the first time we’ve come for the week between Christmas and NYE. This condo was perfect for a family of 5 adults and a dog; very spacious with all the necessary amenities. We truly enjoyed the oceanfront balcony watching the sunrise and eating/playing cards on the large table. The other balcony off of the other 2 bedrooms provided a sunset view as well. Heated pool was awesome especially on the chilly days. Only suggestion would be is provide more eating utensils; we’d run out quickly and there wasn’t a wine/bottle opener so we bought one and left it.
Mary was awesome! Her flight was canceled, but she called and text us several times before our arrival, during our stay and after we checked out to make sure all was going good for us.
Luckily the building was right next to a beach access road because the piers at the condo were closed due to the recent hurricane damage. No fault of the facility. I feel bad for many other places around Ocean Vistas because of property damage.
All our favorite waterfront restaurants were open and it was fun seeing how Daytona Beach closed off Main St for NYE with bands, food trucks, other entertainment and fireworks.
Not sure when we will get back to Daytona Beach, but if we do, we would definitely rent this condo again.

Wonderful unit, rude staff!! Stay somewhere else!!
The unit, cleanliness and check in was great! Mary was great!! If you want to enjoy yourself and like rude property managers it’s the place for you!! Don’t go barefooted, don’t throw or toss a ball, don’t enjoy the wet areas pool hot tub or fire pit after dark, the security live there they are hateful they hate weekly renters, animals are to be on a leash unless you are the president of the HOA then they just roam free in the lobby. They can’t tell glass from plastic! They yell at kids, correct little kids not the parents…….. Cruella de Ville as the pool people were calling her was horrible…….never in 40 years of going to Daytona have been treated so poorly …..never again!! I’ll find a new place to stay! And they don’t like being told of their deficiencies like leaving the gates propped open with cones with no security around and taping the doors with masking tape so anyone could enter, although you suppose to use an electronic fob to enter the buildings.

We had a great experience. The condo and the building were both very nice, better than the pictures. Great location and directly ocean front. The management company was great to work with and made it seamless. I would definitely recommend this place!

We had a wonderful time. Kitchen had everything you would need. We were very unhappy that the outside grill did not work. That was one of the reasons we booked. I suggest if you book this unit you bring your own beach towels. What they supply are few and worn. Other than the grill and towels everything was wonderful. Between the view and the sound of the ocean it was so relaxing.

I suggest if you book this unit you bring your own beach towels. What they supply are few and worn. Other than the grill and towels everything was wonderful. Beautiful Condo very convenient to the beach.
Having to deal with inlaws and teenagers, this condo was a good fit for everyone. Loved the underground parking that led right to the elevator (for inlaws). Loved the pool and beach access for the teens. The condo is very spacious. We were able to not be on top of each other which is a huge plus.

This is one of the most beautiful condo's we have ever stayed in. Location on the beach was great. Parking with beach stuff storage was great.
