The property is gorgeous and within walking distance of shopping, restaurants, and a grocery! Literally walked off the patio and onto the sand. We will definitely be back!

We had a great stay at this property. The owner provided great information and all very timely prior to check-in and during our stay. The property is very clean and pictured exactly as described. The property is within walking distance of most areas of 7-mile beach and a rental car was not needed. For those times when we didn't want to walk, we just jumped on public transportation right outside the property gates. Thanks for a great stay!

Literally everything was great. Marc and Monique were excellent hosts. They were very proactive in letting us know what was happening on the island and that their beach was getting smaller from storms, but we absolutely loved the smaller beach. If you want to walk the wide white sand beaches, there’s just a 10 yard walk through knee deep water then it opens up and you can walk as long as you’d like. There was plenty of sand just outside the condo to sink into and soak up the sun and the crowds were extremely small. There was a cool reef about 20 yards out where we were able to snorkel and see tons of reef fish, puffer fish, and a couple sting rays. It was amazing to wake up every morning and look at the beautiful water through the sliding door in our bedroom. The location was perfect too. Walking distance to multiple restaurants and shopping and a short drive or taxi ride to many others. Marc and Monique gave great recs on food. We felt at home right when we walked through the front door. The condo was clean, full of everything we needed, and very cozy. We plan on coming back to Cayman and will absolutely stay here again.

Great location fight on the beach and walkable to Camana Bay Mall with lots of restaurants, shops, and an A grocery store (Fosters), also walkable to a car rental company, great property, very responsive and helpful hosts.

Clean property. Marc was incredibly responsive to our questions. Played Pickleball and Tennis with their racquets, very fun! Beach is literally right there in front of you as you wake up. Can easily sit in the patio and enjoy the morning waves. Thanks Marc for the wonderful stay!

Condo was even better than presented... clean, fresh, well-appointed, well-equipped with every detail and need covered. Host and Hostess actively/timely communicated and responded to questions and requests prior to and during our stay. The property location was fantastic being within walking distance of everything that was needed (food, groceries, alcohol, etc.). We did venture (by local bus that's easy to use) to George Town (for breakfast at Waffle Monkey... Great!), but found along the way that we really did not need to go beyond what was located within a matter of blocks from Cayman Reef Resort. And, by the way, the hosts were right... the BEST place to eat was Ragazzi Ristorante and Pizzeria (food, service, atmosphere... exceptional!). Thanks to Mother Nature, the beach was short and the ocean bed was rocky, but must say it was rather nice to have the ocean literally right outside the sliding glass doors and virtually a private beach experience (between Noon and 5:15 pm). Overall, an excellent 5 day getaway.

This was our first visit to Grand Cayman. We had a great time. The condo was outstanding. It was well done, recently updated, very comfortable, and extremely well equipped. There were plenty of places close by including a liquor store, grocery store, and restaurants. Camana Bay and all it has to offer are an easy walk. The host was great. He provided a great deal of information and even called on our first night to make sure everything was good.I would definitely stay in this condo again.

All details and ammenities provided in this cleanly renovated beachfront unit. screened in porch to protect from bugs after dark was great. Owner super helpful and called to make sure we were all situated. As frequent traveler with discerning taste all details owner thought of and spared no expense: vittamix blender - huge shower with multiple heads, lots of towels, Vitamix blender, desk set up with Monitors, huge closet and big built in dresser, full size washer and dryer and snorkel gear and tennis gear. Being on ground level so easy to get into water and amazing location. right outside complex and across the street is a lovely path to the amazing high end mall with restaurants and shops and starbucks. you can also walk to grocery store and liquor store from there too so no car needed. There is a great bar about 1/3 mile from unit that is literally on the water. Being right on seven mile beach is fantastic for walkers like ourselves and we would walk / swim daily! can’t wait to go back!!! Cayman is the cleanest caribbean island i have been to ( been to 20+ islands and has the calmest water - great for small kids ).

Perfect accommodation for couples looking for a 1 bedroom steps from the beach. The condo is clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed staying here and loved having the screened in porch for meals or just relaxing with a beautiful sunset view. Appreciated all the helpful and courteous communications from Marc. My husband and I visited Grand Caymen for a few days of vacation and stayed in this wonderful property. It was clean, comfortably furnished, and in a perfect location. We were able to get by without renting a car because there were so many delicious restaurants all within walking distance. We also walked to a grocery store, a liquor store, and a shop where we rented snorkel equipment. We rode buses to a beach known for spotting tirtles( Spotts Beach). While we did not happen to see turtles that morning, we enjoyed seeing another part of the island. The snorkeling outside the condo’s back door was great; we saw so many pretty fish.
Marc checked in with us by email and phone but we didn’t need a thing. They left many helpful notes with suggestions and ideas which were helpful. The condo was family oriented but also quiet. We were so pleased with our experience there.
We would love to go back and stay again.

This place was perfect during our stay in Grand Cayman. You are literally steps away from the beach. We really enjoyed how convenient it was to restaurants and grocery stores. Marc was very helpful with the emails and checking in was a breeze . The place was decorated nicely and the property was very clean. We would definitely be using this rental unit when we come back to visit.

Great condo on 7-mile beach. Condo was very clean, updated decor and was well equipped with everything you we needed for a great vacation. The property was also very nice as it was well-landscaped and clean. Plenty of beach chairs and umbrellas provided for guests to use. Area was quiet but close (walkable) to local grocery stores and restaurants. I would highly recommend this wonderful condo and resort!

The apartment is fantastic! It was spotlessly clean, so well equipped with absolutely everything that you would need and the position just steps from the beach is great.
All the information that we received before our stay was so helpful. We didn’t hire a car as you can walk to restaurants and shops and, as recommended, if we wanted to go further we used the public buses which was so easy . I can not recommend this place enough. Thank you .

The perfect beach getaway
This was an awesome place to stay while in Cayman. One of the best VRBO experiences we've ever had. Can't wait to visit again.
THE CONDO: First floor with a screened in porch that opens directly to another porch. A few steps to the sand. Absolutely beautiful sunsets. The place is spacious with plenty of storage for cloths, luggage, and souviners :). The kitchen is fully stocked with anything you need. Ice maker pumps out the ice! Furniture is comfortable, shower is great. The owner even provides extras like a beach umbrella, snorkeling gear, tennis rackets, etc.
THE LOCATION: Awesome location close to restaurants. Quick drives to scuba diving, boat docks, shopping. Easy walk to liquor store across the street (and Wendy's). Domino's delivers :)
THE OWNER: Top notch. Varsity level. Upon securing the reservation, we received a link to a shared folder with any information we could possibly need including recommendations for drivers, restaurants, etc. A great FAQ with anything you need to know about the island. Very impressed by this owner's planning and attention to detail.

Great location to beach
We enjoyed our stay and the condo was very clean. It had everything we needed for our trip. The only downside was the property manager was pressure washing early in the morning and having to wait to enjoy the beach.

Perfect place on 7 mile beach
Enjoyed our return stay at Cayman Reef Resort. We missed the past two years so we were thrilled to be back. Everything was perfect. The unit was very clean and the owners are very attentive. The unit has everything to make ones stay pleasant. Can not beat this location and convenient to so many places. We could even hear the waves at night from the bedroom. We look forward to returning.

We were scheduled to move to the Westin after a few days. We wanted to stay at the VRBO suite instead. So good. Right on the beach, close to everything we needed. Definitely will stay here again. One of the best places on the island if you like a spot that is not too busy but close to the action if you want.

Beachfront paradise
Loved this condo! The waves were just a few steps away, and the place was immaculately clean and had everything we could possibly need. We were a group of 3 adult women, and we fit nicely in this place...one on the pull-out sofa bed. There were even tennis rackets...I really wished I had brought my tennis shoes, as the courts are quite nice.

We had such a fantastic time and this condo was absolutely perfect. I have stayed in many condos and resorts on Seven Mile Beach and this one is honestly my favorite. Can’t beat the location- near tons of restaurants, and the beach at this property is fantastic. This was my husbands first time in the Cayman Islands and he spent hours every day snorkeling in the water right outside the property. We saw a sea turtle and a stingray just 20 feet from shore on the first day! The interior of condo was even better in person - really clean and chic and we had everything that we needed for a perfect week! This will be my first property I check when we are planning our next trip!

Exceeded our Expectations!
The #32 condo at Cayman Reef Resort was as advertised. It was clean, comfortable, and well appointed. The unit was stocked with essential items needed for DIY meals and daily living. We appreciated that dishes, pans, utensils and so forth were of better quality than you usually see in a rental. The location on Seven Mile Beach was spectacular with the patio being just steps from the beach. The liquor store is across the street and the grocery store is a half mile walk without traffic on the dedicated walkway to Camana Bay which also has shops and dining. Mark was super responsive to any questions and/or requests that we had before and during our stay. It was a top notch experience for us in every way. I'm sure we'll be back in the future.
