Had a really nice stay at this place. Mr Rodrigues was really nice; he contacted us one day prior to our booking. The arrival was comfortable with caretaker waiting at the main gate. The apartment is just 10 min walk from main candolim market and probably another 5-10 min from the beach. It is located within a gated (sun n sand) society with security at the main gate. All amenities were present in the apartment with kitchen having ample utensils. Cleaning up is done on daily basis. I stayed with two children; one being of 8 months. Felt just like at home.

The flat is spacious with all facilities

Almost everything was fine, the only challenge was to contact caretaker. He was so much busy and took more time to connect with him. He is handling 10-15 flats so that he didn't pick my call as he was busy in managing other people at the same time.

Its a service apartment, we cannot expect complimentary breakfast. Kitchen is excellent, with all utilities.

Swimming Pool, its bit small. Lot of security question, while entering into the property

Everything, hosts are great they will make sure you have everything needed, its super clean and comfortable. Has a nice feel of being in a nice furnished home. Very near to all prime location on candoliam.

The fact the stay dint last longer, nothing to not like about the place.
