that it is necessary to wear swimming caps in the pool - and that there is a change to buy one. this is not necessary and I have not seen this rule in a public pool for at least 30 years. very strange and it makes the experience no longer feel 5 star, nor as part of a relaxing spa/ sauna experience.

Breakfast is not so impressive as should be in hi class hotel. in the room, the separation between the bath room to sleeping area allows at night the light to pass through ,even if it is closed. Bed was too soft.

Friendly staff ready to help you with any questions. The room is spacious, quiet and modern, especially newest comfortable stylish lighting. Metro station 4.Levent is just 50 meters from the hotel entrance. One of the best and widest choice at breakfast till 11 a.m. The taxi from and to the Istanbul International Airport (IST) takes only 30-40 minutes, always without traffic jams on the toll road.

Be careful to book room through the booking.com, nothing possible to change in reservation conditions and price. Hotel employee told they can't change anything, for example if you need to cancel breakfast or other. For deposit only credit cards required, debit cards not accepted.

This hotel is excellent in all aspects. Clean, comfortable, very good location and most of all amazing team working there. Fantastic breakfast.
