The hotel is built in a good location and despite being close to sightseeing centers, it is far from the crowd and traffic. Adnan Menderes Boulevard is very beautiful and clean. In terms of easy access, parking and facilities inside the hotel are very good, the lobby is not very luxurious, but it was enough for us.
In general, we had a very pleasant stay. We arrived very late on the first night. The reception staff, especially Mr. Orhun and other people, welcomed us very kindly, quickly and with a pleasant face. The first room they gave us had a tub in the bathroom, which I requested. The cabin should have a shower, they changed the room with kindness and sincere companionship. In general, one of the most obvious features of this hotel was the quick provision of requested services. Anything reasonable you want will be provided to you in less than two minutes, and for this, I am really grateful to all the hotel staff and Mr. Kamil, as well as the door-to-door service. One of us had a wheelchair, and during this time, they really helped us very well. Almost all the staff speak English, which is great.
I thought we had an indoor pool, but the pool is outdoor and could not be used at this time of year.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly and always ready to assist. The breakfast had a good variety of options and was quite enjoyable. The rooms were clean and comfortable, providing a nice place to rest. The pool was also well-maintained and provided a relaxing space to unwind. Overall, it was a decent experience, and I would consider staying here again in the future.

The location is superb, just a couple of minutes walk from the metro station. So, you can visit any place in Istanbul easily.
The room has all the facilities that we needed.
The tour desk took eternity to book our requested tours. But we had to cancel one trip and the refund was easy and smooth.

The location of the hotel and the view is good to some extent if you like to stay in the old city. The variety of the breakfast is good. As a 5-stars hotel, everything else is average or less than that.
For people who are looking for 5-stars service, you will not find it here. It could be a 5-stars hotel in the nineties of the last century. The air-conditioning inside rooms and the lobby is poor and you will never get a positive response of action when you complain. Most of the staff were doing ok but some receptionists were not well trained. Wi-Fi connection was poor. The half day trip arranged by the customer service with a third party was overprized and the tour guide didn't do his job. Most of the time, nobody cares whether you are satisfied with the service or not.

Breakfast was excellent.
The staff, specially Mr Serdar at the reception. Special thanks to Mr Feyyad who helped us getting a taxi at the expense of the Akgun Hotel.
AC needs fixing, it works for a max of ten minutes each hour, the room was very warm that we could not sleep at all, we made several requests for the technician who showed up after 4 hours and did nothing. Beeds are not comfy and the mattress makes creaking sounds with each move. Pillows are bad and old.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Plentiful food on breakfast buffet. Copious hot water and room service staff excellent. Faulty light switch switch repaired instantly.
High road noise round the clock from the eight-lane highway below, an arterial route to/from the city centre. I should have asked to be moved after our first disturbed night to the opposite side of the hotel. AC never worked so our room was never less than very warm.

* it’s not five star it’s more like an old 3 Star hotel
* everything in the hotel is old and worn out
* the tv is too small and too old the channels and the picture, sound quality sucks
* the bathroom smells bad especially after midnight
*I was struggling every time to close the door ( the main
door)
*I really don’t want to think about the towels and linens very old and dirty
* the very first morning I went to get breakfast it was horrible ( more like college cafeteria) I asked for omelette with out milk and cheese on it nobody was there to serve me) l never went back again to have breakfast.
