Pas de chauffage!!! Nous avons demandé une salle de bain avec baignoire… pas de bouchon pour la baignoire et pas de chauffage !!! Nous sommes pourtant en Belgique, étant belge, c est une évidence ! Le chauffage 😤

Das Hotel ist gemütlich. Es riecht gut. Man kann den Gesang der Vögel hören. Es gibt drei Aufzüge im Hotel. So mussten wir nicht lange auf den Aufzug warten.

Das Frühstück war jeden Tag gleich. Ich blieb 7 Tage im Hotel. Ich hätte gerne ein anderes Frühstück an verschiedenen Tagen gehabt. Die Decke war sehr warm. Geeignet für den Nordpol. Es war sehr heiß, mich mit dieser Decke im Juli zuzudecken. Die Bitte um eine neue Decke wurde an der Rezeption entgegengenommen, aber leider wurde keine neue Decke geliefert. Die Lage des Duschkopfes ist unglücklich. Das Wasser ergießt sich mehr auf die Rohre als auf die Person in der Dusche. Jede Nacht fuhren die Polizei und der Krankenwagen mit Sirene durch die Stadt. Die Geräusche der Stadt die ganze Nacht konnte hinter geschlossenen Fenstern gehört werden.

Staff were exceptional, all the staff from the reception staff to the cleaning and housekeeping staff were great, everyone of them seemed to genuinely happy to help and always upbeat, every morning the staff at breakfast were a real pleasure to deal with to start the day with a smile and on a happy note.

Everything was great, there was nothing to dislike

Eerst Kamer was klein en toen ik Ander kamer kreeg vond mooi alleen veel stof overaal. De kamer was helemaal niet schoon Ik ben allergisch kon s'nachts niet slapen Het ontbijt was niet zo en voor 2 dagen moest ik 108 euro betalen veel te duur

Tolle Lage, superfreundliche Mitarbeiter, Frühstück richtig gut und Hotel als Ganzes, eine gute Wahl!

Das Zimmer war nicht frei, obwohl wir schon recht früh über das freie Zimmer informiert wurden. Wir bekamen jedoch ein Getränk an der Bar als Ausgleich. Leider war das Zimmer recht staubig. Der Fitnessbereich gut ausgestattet aber benötigt mal wieder neue Matten. Parken im Parkhaus nebenan 24 € am Tag

Faltó Limpieza en la habitación. Restaurant de comida tenía poca variedad además precios muy altos. Deben cambiar las ventanas antiguas ya que tienen pésima aislacion.

Hotel em um imóvel antigo reformado, com design moderno no hall. Quartos espaçosos, boa infra estrutura.

Restaurante se recusou a nos servir por estar com duas mesas grandes e a 1h do fechamento. Opções de refeição pronta no hotel tinham aspecto de marmitas velhas. Região muito suja, repleta de imigrantes africanos, surpreendeu negativamente a expectativa que tínhamos de Bruxelas.

The room I was staying, costing 190 euros, was enormously tiny. I could pass between bed and the table only sideways, fridge door was not possible to open due to space limitations, bathroom is tiny. Sharp edges everywhere and due to lack of space bumping into them is unavoidable

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist gut, direkt am Rand der inneren Stadt. Alles zu Fuß erreichbar. Freundliches hilfsbereites Personal. Gutes Frühstück und schöne Räumlichkeiten- Restaurant und Bar.

Die Sauna war auch gut. Die Räumlichkeiten sind leider nicht gut belüftet. Belüftung des Zimmers hätte ebenfalls besser sein können.

Frühstück war sehr lecker und viele leckere Sorten. Das Zimmer war sehr schön sauber, und vorbereitet und das Bett war super bequem 👍 das Hotel ist ganz zentral, mit dem Fuß kann man direkt in die Stadt laufen. Es gibt direkt in der Nähe Parkhaus, da kann man ihres Auto sicher parken.

Beautiful spacious spotlessly clean room. In a perfect location. The bed was super comfy, great shower and nice breakfast.

Fantastisch centrale locatie, goed georganiseerd concept en uiterst behulpzaam personeel.

Zeer gezellig, huiselijk interieur met aandacht voor zeer veel bijzondere details en accenten. Aangenaam en verrassend.Personeel heel correct.

De receptionist die onze check in verzorgde, was super vriendelijk! Het interieur van het hotel geeft boutique vibes en is erg mooi. De kamer was netjes en verzorgd met lekkere koffie. Ruime keuze bij het ontbijt.

De badkamer was een beetje ouder en een te lichte douchestraal.

Der Stil

The bed and pillows were excellent. Europe usually has crummy pillows but each person had two big fluffy ones and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. We were fairly close walking distance (12min) to attractions.

The lights and air conditioning were wired a bit weird but we figured it out. Late night snack options were vegan only. Which doors were open when to get into the building was odd. All minor.

Room was shabby x Curtain off the rail x the tv kept failing x the loo in the bath was in an extremely small space x

Shower did not drain - ended up like a foot spa given it was a shower over a bath. Dirty towels behind the bathroom door - floor dirty - towel rail fell off the wall when used - door handle to toilet door nearly came off when used - dirty ring around bath - third bed was a pull out couch with a significant sag all through the centre (exceptionally uncomfortable). All in all not worth the money that was paid.

Chambre cocooning, spacieuse, trés joliment décorée. Lit extrêmement confortable. Personnel disponible, qui répond à toutes questions et fait en sorte de satisfaire toutes les demandes avec le sourire.

Un frein sur le groom des portes pourrait éviter que celles ci ne claquent et fassent du bruit inutilement. Chauffage un peu trop chaud à notre goût.

Excellent location. Rogier square is a major transport hub - bus, metro & trams, walking distance from Noord train station, just across the street from the old city centre - almost every major attraction is within walking distance. Room is nice, comfy bed - exactly matches what you'd expect for this price/stars level

Breakfast was very good and varied. Although it was the same every day, there was sufficient selections for us to be content with the breakfast. the rooms were nice, although a bit small. The staff was very friendly and always happy to help.

More variety in breakfast foods would be nice. Rooms are very small, but we expected that in Europe.

Great location, near trains, restaurants and shopping.
