I have stayed at this hotel several times and always find it excellent value for money. The staff throughout the hotel are very friendly and make every guest feel special. The breakfast has a great choice and is served from 6.00am. Lovely coffee shop and comfortable bar/lounge area.

The outdoor pool area would benefit from more seating or loungers.

ไม่มีเบลบอยช่วยยกกระเป๋า เห็นมีคนเดียวซึ่งช่วยลูกค้าต่างชาติอยู่ ไม่สมกับระดับโรงแรม4 ดาว ซึ่งปกติรร.อื่นระดับนี้จะมีมากกว่า3 คนมาคอยยืนต้อนรับที่หน้ารร. เอารถเข็นมาและช่วยขนของลงจากรถและเข็นไปส่งที่ห้อง ตอนเช็คเอาท์เราเลยเอาลงมาเองเพราะถ้าโทรคงรอนาน และพอไปเอารถมาจอดเพื่อเอากระเป๋าขึ้นรถก็ไม่มีคนมาช่วยเลย ไม่มีเบลบอยสแตนบายคอยช่วยเหลือลูกค้า บัตร key card ให้มา2 ใบ ใช้ได้ใบเดียว พนักงานฟร้อนตอนเช็คอินก็ไม่แนะนำลิฟอยู่ตรงไหน ไม่มีการเรียกเบลบอยมาขน คือไม่แนะนำอะไรเลย เช่นสระน้ำอยู่ตรงไหน มีแต่บอกหมายเลขห้องคือจบ การบริการโดยรวมไม่สมกับราคาค่ะ

Very central monorail outside the door of that hotel staff, extremely attentive, very helpful very friendly your restaurant for breakfast very much value for money staff, extremely attentive and courteous would come back 100%

No air conditioning, when leaving the rooms in the hallway or towards the lift that’s the only setback for a four star hotel
