Creo que todo fue excelente. La habitacion que nos toco era un apartamento super bonito. Muy nuevo y limpio. Con mucha iluminacion y super comodo. El staff del hotel super amables, muy especialmente los del restaurante. El desayuno de los mejores que he visto en un hotel y he estado en muchos incluidos resorts de cinco estrellas. Realmente de los mejores hotels que he visto para el precio que tiene.

It’s a very nice hotel. As soon as you arrive there’s a very warm welcome. They treat you really well. Courteous and friendly, without being all over you. Reception is very efficient. The hotel is in 3 parts. We had a suite with room / kitchenette, bedroom, en-suite, balcony (not much of a view!) it was very nice indeed: clean, modern, everything worked. Power shower. Toiletries. Fresh water. Snacks. Cleaned every day. And - important for Patong - quiet at night. The main block has a international style restaurant which is nice. It’s neat and clean and feels glamorous. There’s a swimming pool on the roof, which though small, is clean and tidy with towels and good quality sunbeds. The whole hotel oozes quality. They can arrange trips / taxis etc. No trouble at all.

Breakfast could have been better. I know it’s Thailand, but the bacon / mushrooms etc were a bit sad. The freshly made omelette was great though! Otherwise, nothing.

Staff and location to some extent

The given room was different than the room booked based on booking.com site photos and the hotel says that its booking.com fault. Maintenance noise from 8am to 10pm Water pressure and hot water are not consistent and shower head nozzles are blocked. There is no stand or table provided to keep the suitcase in the room. As per the hotel instructions, room cleaning should be requested by their application and on specific time, but unfortunately they room service did not show up and another request made thru reception.....!!! As the unit is one bed room appartment with full kitchen facility a dining table should be provided...!!!

Very disappointed with the reception staff, I had stayed here almost 8 years back and the owner Mr. Alex (as far as I recall his name) was extremely kind and helpful, since then I had many times suggested this property to friends and family. I wish i had run into him during my current stay, the lady at reception was extremely rude :( I had booked the bigger size room, when the room was issued to me I noticed the tiles near the kitchen and lounge were coming off they would make squeaking sound when you would walk on it, the second night my airconditioner stared to making a weird noise due to which I wasn't able to sleep, i complained about it at the reception To Mr. VIT very helpful guy he brought in the technician who fixed it @ around 3:00 am in the morning. But anyhow very disappointed with the reception lady staff. Hope Alex takes note of this.

The apartment was just perfect and the food is absolutely outstanding and a really friendly staff Definitely visit again

The only point that I would like to make is we had originally booked for three days and wanted to stay an extra two because we have so much fun, but when we went to try and book the next two nights the cost per night was extremely high. We were returning customers from the previous year .We were not offered, any discount to stay extra nights and was told that the rate would be a walk in rate, even though we were still customers at the time . A little bit disappointing, with the cost for extra nights so high, we didn’t stay the extra nights.
