Tiny tv, no bath, no bedside lights. No signs on wet floor and hoover and laundry bags left in corridor.

The location is excellent. The whole place is friendly. Manager Neil is very helpful Donna (staff) helped me carry my bags up the stairs lovely lovey friendly lady. .Free parking a bonus Room clean and inviting. Will definitely return. Food wonderful and plenty of it lol

No closed drawers or little cupboard to store clothes etc etc?

Perfect location for a trip to the theatre at Wembley Park. Super friendly staff, did everything they could to support our little trip and the food was AMAZING! Thank you so much for making our stay even better than we had hoped :-)

Nothing - apart from a bit gutted that they don’t serve breakfasts as the evening food was so lovely! But they did recommend somewhere for us to get a good breakfast in the morning :-)

The whole place! Can't say enough good about The green man ! Staff where like old freinds but with attentiveness, consideration and the desire to be great hosts(not something i get from my old freinds. Lol), I've never felt so at home whilst working away before and I've been doing this for years. Food is great( have the homemade lasgna, unreal) the hotel is clean,all mod cons ect,Thank you to all that where working during my stay. I shall be back and bring my son.

Nothing really! Floorboards very creaky but it’s an old property so you’d expect that.

We ended up not staying and had to leave but the staff are exceptional and friendly.

The hotel is located in a very good area, close to Wembley stadium, 3 minutes from the main street with shopping areas, restaurants, bus station, subway.I was greeted by a friendly and kind staff, the hotel has a restaurant, terrace, parking and a large and clean room, equipped with all the necessary facilities. It was a pleasant stay and that's why I recommend it to anyone who wants to visit London.

Apart from the fact that the area is quite crowded at certain times of the day, there is nothing I didn't like.

Charming the floors were squeaky which for the age of the building isn’t surprising. Great location for Wembley and the tube station. Nice garden with lots of seating.

I little warm in the room. No AC but not many older properties do.

Booked two night but the pub was closed on Saturday so did not get the facilities paid for so had to stop in the room all night .

We had delay on the flight and staff was so helpful that called me and left the keys inside the room before they leave. It’s important to find these kind of people nowadays

It was close to Wembley. Beds were comfy.

My daughter did not sleep well as next door room was having a party and walls are thin. Which I guess there is not a lot that can be done about. However we were all woken up at 7am on Good friday morning as there was a really noisy beer barrel delivery that went on for an hour. It would not be so bad if we were told this was going to happen. But there is nothing on website to say that they get early morning deliveries. Likewise there is nothing on website to say that the pub is currently covered in scaffolding and looks closed.

there was reception, there was scaffolding covering all windows there was no reception, all dirty linen was dumped outside our door for the 2 days we were there rooms are definitely not as advertised far from what they say they are

Ideal location for what we needed. Good basic place for us to stay at a reasonable price for London.

The staff, Neil and Steve were brilliant, made to feel very welcomed. The food was great. The housekeeper was lovely and nothing was too much trouble. The location was ideal for a visit to the stadium. Great atmosphere all weekend and not just on match day.

Worlds creakiest hotel. Walking to your room and in the room was very noisy! The floor boards were exceptionally loud, probably woke the whole hotel up. Hotel covered in scaffolding and was making banging noises all night and workman banging and crashing at around 8am. Only staff member we saw was the cleaner, she wasn't aware we were due to turn up early, so we had to wait around while she sorted our room. Polite lady though!

excellent location (under 10 minutes to walk down a hill to ovo arena, wembley arena etc) friendly staff, easy check in, check out, tea and coffee, hangers, large mirror, parking, pub downstairs. All you need before/ after a night out in Wembley! We will definitely be coming back. The room doesn’t scream luxury…. but if you book a room above a pub you shouldn’t expect that either…..but….the bed is very comfortable, bathroom is clean so we were happy. The place had a scaffolding up as it was being re-decorated but it didn’t affect us at all.
