Lovely location for wembly stadium.

We canceled originally since my partner was in hospital, but we ended up going. When we got to site, the staff on shift was very rude to me and had a go at me. Once up in our room, we lost power, came back at 23:00 and the room still had power issues so had to move rooms at 23:30. The next room had duct tape on the power outlets, so only 1 working power outlet in the room. There was no TV remote or bath plug so had to go BACK downstairs to get this addressed(the TV in the bath also didn't work) We were given the key to the old room to grab the items this room didnt have, then had to go back downstairs for about the 5th time that night. Our whole weekend was upset but this hotel and the inconveniences it caused.

The first room we were offered smelled extremely bad of cigarettes, I feel that it should of been checked by the house cleaning team. The second room we were offered did not have a hair dryer, I feel for a 4* hotel this should be standard. Also, there was no hand wash soap in the bathroom, we had to utilise the shower gel to wash our hands. The parking of the hotel is also quite difficult to find.

was an ok stay overall - average without being exceptional - probably about right for what I paid

room was a bit tatty in that the thermostat was hanging off the wall. and because you see it as soon as you open the door into the room - just made it feel a bit grubby

location receptionist were very good

they didn’t clean ; my dustbin was not cleared out for two days… my tea cup used was left as it was cleanliness by that one cleaner perhaps but surely she could clear out the bin!!!

The room was nice and well-furnished, decent location with a bus stop just outside the hotel.

Very rude receptionist on arrival. £25 per night deposit taken at check-in with no warning about this. We were given a double bed despite requesting two single beds and having been told that this would be accommodated. There were some stains on the carpet and curtains in the hotel room.

despite it being the coldest day of the year with snow falling the room temperature was very toasty but it wasn’t obvious how to control it (turn it down)

excellent location if you want to go to a concert at the Ovo Wembley arena. The bed was large, the room spacious

it is located on the main street, hence the windows could not be opened. I'm not a fan of air conditioning. The mattress felt a bit worn out
