Pues llegamos al alojamiento (21:15) para hacer el check in, en recepción no nos comentaron nada, llegamos a la habitación y resulta que no teníamos calefacción (fuera hacia 1 grado), cosa que no pudieron solucionar ya que llamamos y nos comentaron que llevaban estropeadas varios días (desde mi punto de vista eso no ha funcionado nunca). En cuanto a la habitación no era para nada cómoda la cama estaba hundida por el medio lo que ha hecho que nuestra estancia sea nada cómoda. Hablamos del baño, para nada accesible (adjunto foto) el baño era una pequeña bañera, digo pequeña por no decir de los años 30, el WC bien pero para entrar en el baño hay un escalón. Nos equivocamos de habitación al llegar y metimos la llave en otra puerta por error y resulta que ABRÍA cosa que no nos dió ninguna seguridad en nuestra estancia. En definitiva si quieres que tu estancia en Bolonia sea con un buen sabor de boca aconsejo no alojarse en este hotel

The location of the hotel is right near the city center which was great.

The rooms here small and very very cold in December. The bathroom was the biggest problem. It’s small, unheated, there is no radiator in there. The appliances were old and dirty, the shower was horrible, the shower cap was leaking the entire time we stayed and was gross. Also the shower curtain was moldy and black on the lower part. The furniture in the room is old and not working properly,, the outlets were few and very old. Also, the bedside table had glass on top which was broken of course and i cut myself in it.

La ubicación estaba bastante bien a unos minutos del centro caminando y a unos 20-25min caminando a la estacion de trenes. Me toco habitacion en la 5º planta, bastante amplia pero los techos bajos (es como un ático).

Si bien es antiguo y no me esperaba algo diferente, el colchon de la cama era muy incomodo y viejo, me despertaba con dolor de espalda. La calefaccion era casi nula y no tenian edredón grueso por lo que a la noche pasé frío. El desayuno estuvo bastante escaso y muchas veces habia poca cantidad de cosas entonces se agotaba y no vi que trajeran más.

L'hotel si trova in una posizione centralissima di Bologna, a pochi passi da Piazza Maggiore. L'ambiente è confortevole, lo stile classico. I servizi sono stati efficienti, tutto comodo e pulito.

Habitación exelente amplia y con buenos muebles de madera y estilo, con balcón y desayuno bueno, variado, muy buena atencion de los empleados.

Por ser un hotel histórico tiene como contra : baño viejo, deberian ponerlo a nuevo, la habitación lo amerita. Amplio y hermoso loby , amerita el retapizado de los sillones ( que son muchos y le da categorí y estilo) Estaría BUENÏSIMO con esos cambios.

Great value for a simple, clean and convenient room. Much nicer rooms than other value places we've stayed in. Perfect location for the city center too.

Location and proximity to everything was fantastic. Room in general was clean. The staff were mostly helpful. Lift was a good size and they offered luggage storage.

The overall cleanliness of the shared spaces, for example, the carpets in the hallways were so filthy and stained. The room itself was clean but very dated. Beds were hard and pillows uncomfortable. The shower was tiny and water flooded the bathroom floor.

The location is great and they offer private parking (18€ a night). Staff was in general quite friendly.

Seems like they had no renovations since the 1980s. Stains everywhere in the carpet, old squeaky bed, a very dated bathroom and in general just a really weird smell in the whole hotel... Also there wasn't any airconditioning so we were boiling in our room.

The location is great. Quite close to many places of interest in Bologna. The staff was very nice and answered any questions we had.

The general maintenance of the building could have been better.

It got a bit hot in the room since I only had a fan and not AC, but it was manageable.

Well-situated to center of town and Piazza Maggiore. Very friendly staff, good breakfast (recommend including in reservation). Rooms basic, but comfortable.

Room wasn't air-conditioned, but large window opened, so air flow was nice. Would have preferred double bed to twin (or two twins put together), but bed was still comfortable.

Staff were fine and location is very good.

Value for money was very bad. The room was tiny and hadn't been renovated since the 1980s. Pity because if the room had been cheaper: 100 Euro instead of 200 Euro I would be writing a positive review.

Location is excellent, literally under 5 minutes from Piazza di Maggiore and 20 min. walk from Bologna Centrale. staff are nice and there are juice/water machines. our bed was comfy and our room was huge - 108

There is nothing we did not like as such, we would go back to stay there but just be prepared for the hotel being old and benefitting from a make over. For example, our carpets were lifting.

It was a hotel that had once been very grand and was now rather shabby. This was reflected in the price and it was easy to imagine it’s former glory- double doors to my room- which I liked

The location of the hotel is really nice and super close to Piazza Maggiore and the staff is kind and pretty professional.

The Hotel is not in good conditions, the furniture and facilities are old (blankets, wardrobe, desk, chairs, bathroom facilities) and some dirty (moquette, curtains). Value for money is definitely not fair. I paid per night as 4/5 stars Hotel and we are not even in high season.

Location was really good, 2-3 mins walk into Centre. Staff pretty good too, although it must be difficult for them to work in such a depressing place. Location also good for restaurants and bars if you dont want to venture into the City.

We were struggling to find a hotel as we were working there and everything was full. Hotel is like a mausoleum, really old and tired and very dark. We asked to upgrade but were told that we had one of the better rooms. Rooms are dreary although the bed linen was fresh and clean, carpets threadbare, as were the towels. Shame really as its a lovely building and with a bit of a cash injection it could be made into a 4*. Its also false economy for them as the towels might have lasted more than one day if they were renewed. What can I say about breakfast....'grim' is the only word that springs to mind!!! Hotel needs a total makeover.
