Bellissima posizione, parcheggio in hotel, reception h 24

Avrei gradito un cambio asciugamani nei 5 giorni di permanenza e in stanza avrei gradito una scopa e paletta standard. Letti e cuscini non comodissimi

The rooms are fully furnished suite apartments. We loved that the room was furnished with convertible furniture. The bed could be pushed up to the wall, and underneath it was a sofa. We loved this feature since it gave us the ambient we needed for working during the day. In the room, there is a fully equipped kitchen with all you need. The wifi was good, and the hotel was quiet. There is a communal area in the lounge with games and sofas. We loved the neighbourhood. It was clean, quiet, and calm—something hard to find anywhere else in Berlin. It was also within walking distance of the subway and S-Bahn. Pets are welcome! Our dog was very relaxed in this hotel since he could not hear anything going on outside

The two ladies in the reception could be nicer and welcoming. They were so stressed about doing everything right on the booking system that they forgot to greet us. The did not even say Hi or Bye. The hotel is perfect, the staff could be improved.

Πολύ βολική τοποθεσία και ήταν και ο λόγος για τον οποίο το επιλέξαμε. Ένα S9 από το αεροδρόμιο και γύρω στα 15' περπάτημα. Για όλες τις μετακινήσεις βολεύουν τα S3, S5, S7, S9, U1, U3 που απέχουν 15'. Σε πιο κοντινή απόσταση αλλά με μικρότερη συχνότητα και λίγο πιο αργά, πολλά λεωφορεία. Το προσωπικό ήταν εξυπηρετικό. Το δωμάτιο ήταν πολύ άνετο, ήσυχο και με καλές παροχές. Τελος, για την περίοδο που πήγαμε ήταν από τις πιο οικονομικές επιλογές. Πολύ πιθανό να το επέλεγα ξανά.

Το δωμάτιο θα μπορούσε να είναι λίγο πιο καθαρό. Η πολιτική του WiFi χωρίς κωδικό πρόσβασης με απέτρεψε από το να το χρησιμοποιήσω.

L'appartement est très bien situé légèrement en retrait dans une rue calme. Les commerces de proximité se trouvent à 150m. Le concept est sympa si on passe plusieurs jours sur place et si l'on souhaite préparer un repas de temps en temps à l'appart... cela évite de se rendre midi et soir au resto😉

Il manquait un aspirateur ou un balai pour faire le ménage quotidiennement.

Cousy, well furnished and equipped room, Practically we did not miss anything to have a nice stay in the property. The kitchen was small but nice and since we were eating mostly outside it worked.

The only thing that we were missing was room cleaning, but of course we were informed prior that the property doesnt offer this service.

Siamo nella zona dell'ex Berlino Ovest, a Charlottemburg e a due passi dal Kurfusterdamm. Il 'sistema Adagio' prevede una serie di monolocali o bilocali attrezzati per soggiorni brevi. Ottima la posizione, a 100 metri dalla metro U1 e a 400 dalla fermata Savignyplatz dove passano le linee della S-Bahn. Ben tre supermercati molto forniti sono a pochi passi - Ewa, Edelka e Lidl - dove si può fare spesa e acquistare ciò che serve (ricordatevi che la domenica a Berlino tutti i negozi sono chiusi). Il monolocale è un mini appartamento con cucina attrezzata con tutto il necessario (microonde, piastre, frigo, bollitore, nespresso, tostapane e pentole e stoviglie di buona qualità) Arredo pratico, con scrivania - tavolo estraibile, mobili contenitivi, oggetti decorativi che rendono l'ambiente accogliente. Per dormire c'è un mobile divano letto (che immagino non venga mai trasformato in divano, perché sotto c'era polvere) con un materasso molto comodo. Bagno con doccia ampia e scaldasalviette fondamentale per asciugare i teli da bagno (i tessili vengono cambiati solo ogni sette giorni, così come ogni sette giorni vengono effettuate le pulizie a meno di non pagare a parte). Sapone per mani e doccia-shampo Fragonard, molto buoni, in dotazione. All'arrivo trovate un set per iniziare ad 'abitare' il monolocale (piccola confezione di sapone per piatti, 3 tabs per lavastoviglie, 1 canovaccio ed uno straccio asciugatutto nuovi, 4 capsule di caffè, 2 rotoli di carta igienica). Nel caso si preparino i pasti nel monolocale, consiglio di portare con se, oltre ad una spugnetta per i piatti, anche una piccola tovaglietta ed un paio di canovacci aggiuntivi. Attenzione a non fumare e a cucinare pietanze troppo 'fumose' (penso alla bistecca) perché c'è il sensore antifumo e se scatta senza motivo bisogna pagare 1.500€. Bene la reception, spazi comuni con ping pong, biliardino, libri e giochi.

Mi è dispiaciuto non aver trovato una spugnetta per piatti e che il top del forno a microonde non fosse pulito bene (pieno di schizzi di grasso bruciati) ed è questo il motivo per cui alla voce "pulizia" non ho dato il massimo. Basterebbe davvero poco! Inoltre manca un aspirapolvere o almeno una scopa (c'è una 'scopetta' a mano del tutto inutile).

Location was perfect just off the Ku’dam. Quiet at night. Shops nearby to get food/drinks. Comfy beds, good shower and very clean.

The breakfast was a bit pricey

The facilities in the room were very good. The TV was useful and we were able to watch our own films on it via USB. The kitchen facilities were ideal and everything was clean. The bed was also very comfortable. Very nearby to two supermarkets. The gentleman was reception was brilliant - very welcoming and helpful and polite. Good view from the room.

The WiFi was very poor. We were told it was recently upgraded but it was so slow and unstable (disconnecting) that I could not use it for any video calling.

The layout and conveniences of the room were amazing for the small space. It was very comfortable and gemutlich. The kitchen was amazing with all its amenities. The furnishings made the room very practical and flexible, The location was also very convenient to restaurants, groceries, and shops, as well as transit.

The two rooms were comfortable, with enough space for two adults on each one. The rooms were also equipped with required equipment and items for use in a kitchen. The hotel location was between several options of public transport (subway, tram and bus), several restaurants, pharmacy, shops and some supermarkets. One underground public parking was available, but does not belong to the hotel. However, its 24hh daily rate was affordable. There is also a public hospital nearby, which was handful in our case.

If the breakfast was a little bit less expensive, we would have it on some of the days of our stay. We decided to have it only in our room. I did not see any option to buy snacks in the front desk in vending machine, as I normally see in some other hotels. Maybe, I overlooked it.

Very Friendly and accomodating staff, Helped up with contacting tour activities where language was a problem.

Location. Next to 2 big supermarkets

The room was really small ; we had to sit in the bed to eat something. The bedside lights were not strong enough There was very few international channels available on the TV ( only BBC world service)

When I arrived the reception was without anyone.

It was a nice and comfortable apartment with supermarkets and metro very near by. It has a kitchen with enough things to stay for a week. Nice view from the room and a quiet place.

The cleaning wasn't bad, but I could see some sports that were clearly left out from cleaning for some time. Small corners in the toilet was the most obvious. Some of the artifacts in the kitchen were old and falling apart. Nothing serious, but small annoying things.

we had early flight and came 9am, we wanted to leave our luggages there, but to our suprise we got our room early. We were very pleased, that we could have a quick nap before exploring the city. Receprionists were very helpful and answered all our questions

Loved the beds and size of the rooms

I didn’t like the price of breakfast. It was quite a bit more expensive than what we found in a Berlin but everything did taste really good.

Excellent location, Lidl across the road for convenient supplies, excellent breakfast if, like me, you didn't have time to sort out your own food. Staff were lovely and friendly, and the rooms were really quiet, spacious and well equipped. Lots of restaurants within walking distance.

Taxis found it a bit hard to find the hotel because it's down a side street, but once I had my bearings I was able to direct them better. It's not very close to any useful U-Bahn stations for reaching the exhibition grounds, but Uber was quick, easy and affordable.

Perfect location in the hearth of West Berlin. Well equipped and maintained. Friendly and helpful staff.

The price was double than the usual one due to the fact that our stay coincided with ITB Berlin. The cleaning is only once per week and by the end I would say the room became quite dusty. No change of towels.

Really good value for money. Nice studio in a good location, close to S-bahn and U-bahn, several supermarkets and restaurant. The studio is equipped with everything you need.

The breakfast is really expensive and I don’t know why anyone would take it with several supermarkets nearby and your own kitchen in the studio.
