Love the ambience and the breakfast buffet, so nice, I spoke with a staff called Ram he was so wonderful he said he was from pondicherry. I told him I am coming after so many years to India and asked for an omelet and he did the exact way I mentioned, very nice person. Please covey my appreciation to Ram

I ordered coffee satchet form in room service and it took almost an hour to get the coffee sachet to my room. I almost rang in room service 3 times. Spoke with a guy called sampath he advised 2 times that it will be soon but unfortunately it wasn't. It took almost an hour to bring the coffee sachet just the coffee sachet. For such a big hotel this is really a very bad experience.

It was a beautiful hotel. I did use the gym which was quite nice

The staffs were unfriendly. I did tell one of the counter ladies some of the issues I encountered. However, to my surprise, she told me I could go ahead and complain. When I checked into my room, I noticed that the AC fan was not blowing. So I called the reception to arrange for the technician to come. The technician came quick which was good. However, the repair took almost an hour. The were some other issue with the hotel room including stagnant water in the toilet and bathrooms. The soundproofing was not properly done also. I could here people walking past my room with my door closed.
