Rooms in main part of hotel need updating. No hot water in the shower for 3 out of 4 days, not what you expect from 5 star hotel. Food and drinks expensive especially soft drinks.

Zimmer - sauber, sehr schön, der Personal hat das Zimmer 2 Mal pro Tag gereinigt und die Handtücher ausgewechselt Personal - sehr nett, freundlich, zuvorkommend Essen - sehr gut, hat geschmeckt. Strand und die Hotel-Umgebung sehr schön, erholsam, schöne Palmen, Pool, Meer und man konnte verschiedene Wasseraktivitäten buchen.

Es gab in dieser Zeit Gewitter an einem Tag, das Hotel hatte Probleme mit Wasser. Die Rezeption und der Empfang würde schon eine Renovation brauchen.

Our stay was excellent. They arranged special amenities for my parents anniversary. And the employees and their hospitality were amazing. The breach front location is a plus point . Such a beautiful resort with 7 swimming and bars . The breakfast were great and has full variety.

The staff was very friendly. Food on breakfast and dinner was good. We had a half meal plan and the option were good. The hotel is big and amazing, with a lot of people but you didn't feel that.

Even for the half meal plan some waters could be provided.

Good check- in staff. Multiple kids and adult activities (no adult activities on Wednesday and Thursday) I paid and upgraded to Villa stay - having two swimming pools next to my Villa. ( note -Villa have a separate self car parking. ) a very Long Beach, 7 swimming pools. The Town by itself does not have much entertainment areas. Nearby Jabal Jais mountain is a good option for outing. Actually this resort will take your 3 - 4 days saty to enjoy fully. 😍

More soft bed (you can sink in!) Needs some maintenance of garden furniture. Shower can sometimes give very hot water flow. Beach May be having muddy waters during high tide.

Great value for money, beautiful beachside location and amenities that cater to everyone's needs. Do opt for the all-inclusive or full board package when possible. The hotel staff is super friendly and the cleanliness is superb down to the gardening maintenance done on a near-daily basis.

Re-supplying the buffet throughout breakfast could have been a bit better organized during the hotel's full occupancy. Announce guests of any external activities throughout their stay, there was a traditional Indian wedding being hosted throughout the weekend, which proved to be a very loud event and drew spectators. And there's a minor smell of the old tapestries in some of the hallways can be observed.

Room was big enough for a family of 3. It was clean. Although it had a direct garden access (towards the pool) from the balcony, it was silent as well. Staff was helpful in general but they were not able to handle the hotel load properly caused by eid break.

Open buffet and variety of food in the buffet did not satisfy us. They served the same things every day during the stay. They did not change the meat type on the grill for the 3 days. They did not have enough options for kids although we had basic expectations like pizza, fries etc. Hotel is quite old and it requires a renovation. There was a smell in the room and we felt it for sometime and we got used to it. And arranging the hotel for the major nationality of the visitors is not good for the rest of the people from the other nationalities. Our package was all inclusive but it did not satisfy as well. Except main meals, there was no snack alternative, and not all the beverages were included in the package. Included ones were on poor quality, especially non alcoholic ones. I think no need to pay for all inclusive, only breakfast would be better. For the rest of the day, you can use other restaurants/cafes inside the hotel

Frühstück, sehr gut. Das Hotel in die Jahre gekommen, aber sauber und die Zimmer sehr groß. Abendessen sehr vielfältig, sehr gut, für jeden mehr als genug. Nachtisch,Torten sehr lecker, schön dekoriert und immer wieder alles nachgelegt.

Neuen Laufweg, oder Pool Platten zu der Strand Lagune errichten. Alte sind rutschig, zerbrochen….gefährlich, wenn sie nass sind.

Pools, kids club, teens club , ground villa size and locations, excellent friendly staff from the buggy drivers , reception, restaurant waiters , even life guards !

Only thing is food variety definitely needs improvement for breakfast and dinner buffet at the Maaeda . I would only rate food 7/10

The location is fantastic; coming from Dubai, it's incredibly convenient and close by. The room was impeccably clean, spacious, and exuded luxury. I even requested special arrival gifts, and they went above and beyond with an amazing balloon, flower, and cake welcome pack! The surrounding area is equally impressive, with clean and spacious pools aplenty.

Opting for half-board turned out to be a significant misstep. Despite the hotel boasting five stars, both breakfast and dinner resembled cafeteria fare. The food quality was passable, but the staff left much to be desired, and the dining area was uncomfortably crowded, resulting in an overall unsatisfactory dining experience. Another big issue was the beachfront setup at the hotel, with insufficient beds and predominantly umbrellas. Moreover, security and lifeguards were lacking in proper monitoring, allowing certain groups to monopolize all the umbrellas by 9 a.m., leaving none for others. Pretty devastating experience in a 5* environment.1

The hotel is beautiful and the staff is lovely. I highly recommend it for couples and families. Even though it was fully booked, it doesn’t feel crowded. The staff did wonderful keeping up with the traffic in the main Kitchen restaurant. I love the pools and beach as well. And the water sport activities are a great fun activity. Food for breakfast and lunch is great. And I ordered the chicken tenders from the dome lounge, really good.

The bathroom is not comfortable, but manageable. I would recommend more lunch variety during lunch

Loved the location, room, beach, pool, breakfast, the size of the property, the check in , the decor of the hotel,the walkway next to the beach, the spa

The staff that runs the biggy, the staff that works in the shops, the luggage staff really ruined the experience for us. First the staff refused to take my elderly parents on the buggy, secindly the luggage staff took 30 mins to bring our luggage from our room to the reception even though we called twice , due to this i missed my zipline booking which I had already paid 350 dirhams for. The staff at the shops were very rude and the proces they were charging were tripple the prices that i saw at the hotel shops in Abu Dhabi

Property location is awesome, we stayed in sea front family villa - floor one. View to ocean was excellent

The food was dreadful, most of the time. The breakfast/dinner buffet was awful. We had uncooked chicken on the night we arrived. The following breakfast made us both feel sick. Sol beach and Maeda (2 of the restaurants) were actually excellent. We decided to treat ourselves and eat at the italian restaurant which was highly rated. The appetizers were amazing but nearly an hour passed until our mains arrived. They kept telling us the food was coming out 'now' which made the wait even worse. The mains were terrible. I had penne alfredo and the sauce/pasta wasn't even mixed and the chicken felt like rubber and had no flavor. If you eat all your meals outside of the hotel, it could work for you.

Everything about this hotel was amazing. Beautiful views, friendly staff, so many fun things you can do. Great good and perfect for any age group.

Room service doesn’t come without us calling them, and mosquitoes were all over the outdoor area of the restaurant and outside the room we couldn’t sit in the table from mosquito bites

This is our favorite staycation spot in the UAE, specifically in Ras Al Khaimah. The location, facilities, and team are amazing. Great resort that always goes above and beyond to ensure you have a memorable stay!

The resort is getting a bit old; however, the maintenance team do their best to keep it looking fresh, and everything works perfectly.

Цены в ресторанах просто дикие. Горячая вода в душе бывает далеко не всегда. Из туалетных принадлежностей только мыло.

Die Sauberkeit - geht so, die Terrassen im Zimmer werden nicht saubergemacht . Das Personal bei der Rezeption ist nett, keine spricht aber deutsch nur englisch. Personal am Bar im Lobby sind faul! Man konnte sehr lange auf die Getränke warten , lieber selber holen. Der Kinderclub ist ab 18:30 geschlossen, ich fand das echt doof, der Kinderspielplatz haben die auch abgeschlossen. Es war nur die Möglichkeit, dass die Kinder im Lobby spielen können und wenn die Kids rumgelaufen oder laut sind ,wurden die dann von Security angesprochen .

Place is clean and it is just beautiful.

Pillows are not really comfortable. Not all people like feather pillows. Maybe that one can improve. Shower is unpredictable. Hot shower goes very hot and nothing to adjust in the middle.

Sehr umfangreiches Büffetangebot. Wir haben immer einen Platz auf der Terrasse bekommen. Schöne Pool- und Strandanlage - freundliches Personal.

Die Stühle auf der Terrasse des Buffetrestaurants waren in einem desolaten Zustand - reparaturbedürfig und klebrig - die Polster mit zahlreichen Flecken und zerrissen. Der Wasserbrunnen in der Mitte der Terrasse des Buffetrestaurants war mit Unrat verschmutzt und das Wasserspiel hat ständig gequietscht. Auch die Tische waren teilweise klebrig und unappetitlich. Ein Pool war durch eine Baustelle nur zur Hälfte benutzbar und es war auch ziemlich laut. Auch die Liegen/Sonnenschirme bei den Pools waren teilweise reparaturbedürftig. Das Bad im Zimmer ist ebenfalls in die Jahre gekommen...

מלון נפלא על שפת חוף הים היפה בראס אל חיימה. חדרים גדולים ויש חשיבות שיהיו עם נוף לים. התארחנו בדיל של חצי פנסיון - ארוחת הבוקר והערב היתה מצוינת 7 בריכות שחיה, יחס נעים ואישי מומלץ מאוד
