The break fast was good. The furniture was cozy. The pool was okay. Male receptionists were better.

Bad smell in the apartment specially in bathrooms and kitchen. The property is not maintained well, it's old property. We did the non refundable booking and after the booking we received message from the property that beach is closed for modifications. However it was not mentioned during booking and infact its written in activities that beach is included. The hotel receptionist was not welcoming at all, didn't even look at us or felt us pleasant while interaction. The location is not Al Marjan Isalnd, it's actually before the entrance of the island touching the coast. Basic consumables like shower gel abd facial tissues wre not there when we checked in. However on demand we received it after couple of hours. There were no play area for kids though it is mentioned in booking.com and we searched the property for family at booking.com. There was no iron in the room but it was mentioned on booking.com. Not suitable for families.

رائحة سيئة داخل دواليب الملابس التككيف مزعج اصوات الابواب مزعجه ولا يوجد عوازل لقد كان لدي طعام بالغرفه واريد تسخينه بالمكرويف واتصلت على مطعم الفندق قال انه يوجد لاكن لا يستطتيع هذا مخالف لان الاكل من خارج الفندق لاكن اتصل على الاستقبال اتصلت وقال لا يوجد لدينا هل خدمه تسخين طعام من مطبخ الفندق بها مشكله ؟

The location was good.

Bed bugs, room service terrible, no answer from reception, left over food in the corridor , water leakage in the room, and during check out, staff asked to take my phone and access the booking app the rate themselves, I told them I don't have the app they just kept scrolling through the email while they are not allowed to do so.

Great pool, good food and friendly staff

The beach was not maintained, it was full of seaweed which made it impossible to take a swim. The beach in the neighbouring property was maintained and it was visible many taking a swim. So that I believe could be a place to focus on improvement. The lift, for 10+ floors two lifts are not enough and only one was working since they were upgrading the the other.

Staff are nice and friendly.

The smell was horrible in the room, facility is old, and bathroom has bad smell from the sewage pipes. It's not allowed to smoke in the hotel but several rooms in the same floor were having horrible smell of smoke. Breakfast is so poor and pastry was not fresh, not enough tables for all guest during breakfast time.
