Bed Bugs, AC was not cooling well

- The entertainment was good - The place had a nice vibe and lots of potential

- Too hot and i understand they can’t control that but the fans around us were insufficient. - Food was dry maybe due to the heat but just couldn’t enjoy most things. - Breakfast wasn’t good at all, a basic pancake and omelette isn’t that hard to make right? There was only one honey bottle for everyone to use. - The gravel road to the location has too many potholes and bumps on the road, quite risky. A flat tire in that area would be hell.

The boards for sandboarding are in poor condition. The music after (!) the evening show was too loud for a long time

We loved everything. The room, food, quad biking, and fireshow was awesome. The staff made it special by surprising our daughter with a birthday cake. That was super sweet of them. Much recommended. Quad biking has extra charge, but it was worth it since my kids loved doing it.

A lovely desert camp in the middle of RAK desert, very easy to be reached. Tents are very clean, nice and well equipped. Absolutely recommend the show to be joined with a Shisha after/during the dinner.
